Expérience fantastique: Arrow star est une excellente entreprise ainsi que mon instructeur M. Bilal ! Les cours sont agréables car il y a un petit robot mignon qui vous enseigne les règles et réglementations de la route. Pour mes leçons de conduite, même si conduire sur la route pour la première fois était intimidant, j'étais à l'aise car Bilal m'a guidé en me faisant d'abord conduire dans des quartiers et en m'enseignant différentes méthodes de stationnement. Chaque leçon était très agréable car nous discutions pendant que je m'habituais à conduire sur la route. En raison de mon impatience à obtenir mon permis, j'ai déjà réservé mon examen même si nous avions 2 cours restants. Avec seulement 8 cours, j'ai réussi mon examen grâce à Bilal !

He will tell i am not available for next 10days and will take up classes close to test date. And he will keep discourage the people during drive, may be because they would not let people pass on very first attempt, so its beneficial for them on next road test I went to other driving school and they are too excellent in shaping our skills Seriously Please ignore this school…

The car was great, and maintained very well. Billal himself was an amazing instructor and always articulated what I could improve on. Expérience négative: My nephew went to an instruction here and did not pass the test. I sent my son here months later and based on the description of the lessons can confidentially say it's best to spend your hard money elsewhere. He passed with my assistance with little to no help.

Expérience négative: Unfortunately instructor was late for lessons here and there (which he did not make up for time wise as payment took place in advance) and on the test date booked another drivetest - the drivetest location is notorious for delays (which he told me) meaning the other student he had could not use the vehicle that they had paid for. Instructor also denied extra lessons (which I offered to pay for) but instead wanted me to pay for a re examination fee for the vehicle. He does not remember all the students who have signed up, as he takes all the money but none of the responsibility. I had warned the instructor of health concerns and a deadline as my licence was too expire. Instructor had also ignored my messages regarding appointments for lessons and only paid attention when I requested part of my money back (of lessons unused) MONTHS prior the test date. Instructor spent the wait time waiting for the test to take place playing tiktok videos on blast - mind you this is a man in his 40s with a family. I had a headache, improper preparation (he spends most of his time scrolling on his phone during lessons without saying anything and did not introduce me to the highway for the test until the day off in a panicked hurry, throwing a whole lot of instructions), unprofessional conduct. Try another driving school and safe your money. Reviews are most likely conflate from family members and friends.

I did only one small mistake he yelled instead of telling what's wrong. I asked him I'm weak on left turns. His parking methods work, no matter the car. On my test I was easily able to perform a perfect parallel park and front park thanks to Bilal. Personally, I find reverse parking to be the easiest and this is only because of how easy Bilal's method made it. He also has an understanding of cars and the purpose of their design. It allowed him to give me priceless advise on how to use my mirrors, in what situations to use them, and how to get the most out of them. My G2 test was a breeze, I passed with flying colours on my first try. A result that might have been different had I not been taught by Bilal. Expérience positive: My instructor was punctual and taught me well. The training car was really good too and my driving test day experience was smooth. I passed my G2. However, I felt like I needed more classes and was willing to pay, but had to do them on my own with friends and family because the instructors here are very busy and do not accommodate such requests.
