Expérience fantastique: Je suis vraiment heureux d'avoir visité cette auto-école, cela m'a aidé à développer les bases qui m'ont finalement aidé à devenir un conducteur sûr et à réussir mon examen de conduite du premier coup, un grand merci à Philip, mon instructeur de conduite, qui a fait preuve de patience et de persévérance tout au long de mon parcours d'apprentissage et qui m'a beaucoup aidé, ainsi qu'aux autres membres de son équipe.

Expérience fantastique: Mon instructeur Philip est le meilleur. Je viens de réussir mon examen de conduite avec succès. Il est très professionnel, patient et connaît son métier. Il m'a mis en confiance. Maintenant, je le recommande vivement à ma famille, mes amis et à toute personne qui me demande une école de conduite.

Expérience négative: Clive pour la préparation de G1 était vraiment abominable ; impoli, arrogant, abrasive et prétentieux. Je ne retournerai jamais dans cette école. Il a refusé d'enseigner et a refusé de donner des instructions et a eu l'audace de remettre en question mon intelligence malgré ses murmures d'instructions inintelligibles.

Expérience fantastique: Mon instructeur de conduite, Phil, est un conducteur incroyable et très compétent. Il m'a montré comment me garer correctement en perpendicular et en parallèle. En pratiquant, nous avons emprunté exactement la même route que celle que j'ai empruntée lors de mon examen. J'ai réussi du premier coup ! Je recommande certainement All-pros à mes amis, en particulier Phil.

Expérience fantastique: Je recommande vivement cette auto-école. En m'inscrivant au cours de BDE ici, je n'avais jamais conduit de voiture auparavant et j'étais très nerveux au volant. Joe était mon instructeur et il est sans aucun doute le meilleur. Pendant les leçons, il m'a montré patiemment et précisément chaque technique importante pour maîtriser les compétences de conduite (stationnement, virage à 3 points, virage à gauche/droite, etc.). Grâce à son expertise professionnelle en conduite, après 10 heures d'apprentissage, j'ai gagné en confiance et j'ai réussi mon test G2 du premier coup. Expérience négative: La pire école de conduite dans laquelle j'ai jamais été de ma vie ! Le gars Philip était extrêmement impoli et disrespectueux ! Il n'a aucune ponctualité ! Le premier jour de la leçon de conduite pour le G2, il est arrivé avec une demi-heure de retard, et l'autre jour (vendredi), quand je suis arrivé à l'école de conduite à l'heure pour ma leçon de conduite comme il avait dit de venir, l'école était fermée ! J'ai appelé 10 fois, aucune réponse ! Enfin, il m'a appelé et mentait en disant que je n'avais pas de rendez-vous et me demandait si j'étais ivre !! Quel grand menteur et gars insensé ! Il me disait de réserver plus de leçons avec lui pour qu'il puisse gagner un peu plus d'argent et disait que j'avais besoin de plus de pratique et que je ne passerai jamais le G2 comme ça, mais je savais que mes compétences de conduite étaient suffisamment bonnes ! J'ai arrêté de prendre des leçons avec lui et je me suis préparé tout seul... J'ai réussi mon examen de conduite G2 du premier coup ! Évitez cette école de conduite... Je ne recommande pas cette école de conduite ! C'est un raciste, c'est sûr !

Expérience fantastique: Eh bien, je dois admettre que c'est l'une des meilleures auto-écoles d'Ottawa et qu'elle doit vraiment être connue de tous !! Surtout l'un de leurs instructeurs appelé ✴️M. RIGO✴️. Il est non seulement bilingue mais a aussi une excellente expérience en conduite et en enseignement. Un grand merci à All pro et à tout leur personnel.

Expérience fantastique: Before I begin my review I would like to mention to some people such as M A that you can't blame your instructor for any shortfalls if you didn't put in the work as well, I passed my driving school driving portion with 95% and passed my G2 with a perfect score, using his method of teaching, and even going far into depth when needed, he was patient with me and gave me advice. I even caused a mishap were I damaged his tire and he still gave me advice and what I can do instead of any adverse comments I even asked him to give me extra sessions past the allocated time of the given with the school and I couldn't express how much experience I gotten from that. I would Highly recommend Clive, I got him after my first instructor bailed on me on my first session and then ghosted me fully.

Thankfully, Phillipe was able to help me considerably, with an easy air of confidence that I would be able to successfully navigate the test without too much issue. At times during the process I made mistakes, but Phillipe has a good sense of humour for those times which made me feel comfortable. I would absolutely recommend Allpros for those who feel they lack the skills necessary to pass the tests, but also to those who have a nervous disposition, because being comfortable is the first step to success. Expérience négative: Please save your money and time and don’t go to this driving school. The driving instructor Phillipe is very rude and condescending and he will make you wear a face mask after the mandate is over. Also he will take time off your driving lesson by doing coffee runs through the drive through. He will also refuse to pick you up at your house and will tell you to meet you at the Blair bus station. He also rarely took me on the highway and didn’t really teach me how to merge on the highway.

We registered our daughter for driver training, easy enough, she passed the web tests and when she tried to schedule in car lessons there were excuses that instructors are not available. We have been trying to contact them for two years via phone and e-mail with no response. Now her license is expiring and will have to go through the whole process again. Consider carefully before you engage with this firm

He wants to see his students succeed and he always provides them with numerous useful and simple tips and tricks when it comes to parking, lane changes, highway driving, and important things to do during the tests to ensure a pass. We focused on my weaknesses and with lots repetition of routes and key things examiners look out for, it helped calm my nerves and when it came to test day I was excited and prepared and I was able to pass my G2 and G on the first try! They’re also super accommodating with scheduling lessons around school/work/appointments you may have, and working with you to develop a schedule with enough practice time that meets your needs. But as the day passed, I realized what Clive was trying to convey and how serious driving is and how dangerous it is if not driven properly. The exam was much easier than I expected, as I learned the management of pressure and stress while driving with Clive. Because we studied step by step before the exam. Overall I highly recommend Clive as driving instructor and Allpros driving school.

Expérience fantastique: Had a very good experience with them. They were able to fit me in last minute for a 5 hour package of lessons before my G2 road test. The instructor was clear, all that was shown to me I was tested on and passed on my first try! They will fit their instruction based on what you feel like you need to work on and build up your confidence. Will be taking more classes with them for my G exam.

I had Clive as my instructor and although he could be a little tough at times, he is extremely knowledgeable and just wants you to succeed and learn all the techniques and rules properly. When I started I have never driven before, after my 10 hours I feel confident enough to drive. Definitely recommend All Pros

Knowledgeable, provide very good tips, very nice and funny, stay cool and helped her keep calm when she was very stressed! Lessons were in French. Last year, she took the 10 hours package. She had Clive as instructor. Good instructor too. I recommend the allpros drivers ed school, they offer very good price, it is an excellent value in Ottawa.

Expérience fantastique: I purchased the 5 hrs + Car for the G Road Test package from Allpros and it was worth it. Philip really knows what's expected of us in the exam and I was able to pass it in my very first attempt. We spent the 5 hrs practicing in routes that turned out to be the EXACT one I had to take in my exam, so I knew every little detail about it, such as all speed limits, which corners were dangerous and required some extra attention, how and when to speed up/slow down in highway access ramps and exits etc. Thanks Allpros and Philip!!

I recommend going to allpros driving school to learn a lot about driving and the signs and what to do and what not to do. Sam was my teacher in class and he was very helpful with the students and explained everything very well and helped students that did not quite understand what he was trying to say. They both were great teachers/instructors and I 100% recommend going to them, I will send family members and friends to allpros driving school.

Expérience fantastique: I don't usually leave reviews that often, but when I do it's because it deserves to be acknowledged. Clive was my instructor last year for my in-class and practical driving. I was practicing on my own with a family friend after that for a few months and decided to book my G2 test for December of this year. I booked two practice sessions with Clive (the day before and the day of my driving test). There was quite a few things I needed to fix with my technique but there wasn't much time since my test was the next day. But, thanks to Clive's amazing skill, patience, and technique I ended up passing my G2 test! I am so happy and cannot thank Clive enough. I highly recommend him to anyone and anyone reading this should definitely use him as an i nstructor

Expérience fantastique: For few years now, I’ve had Clive as a driving instructor and he’s amazing. I had him help me with my G2 and my G road test. I of course with years between my two test I drove well but had gained some bad habits so again I had Clive help me and followed all his instructions on how to be a good driver. Keeping in mine those little bad habits I would of failed my G so I’m very thankful for his help and making me a good driver. Both times when I passed my G2 & G road test they complimented me saying how well I did and that I’m a great driver, I told them because I had a good coach and I mentioned Clive’s name and both times for my tests at different locations (G2)east end and Walkley for my g the instructors knew who he was and in different worlds basically telling me they know he’s a good instructor, and one said 95% of his students pass... SO FOR FUTURE STUDENTS NEEDING HELP ID RECOMMEND REQUESTING CLIVE... very nice person and amazing coach if I didn’t have him telling what I was doing wrong and teaching me some tricks to memorize maybe I wouldn’t of passed. He has a very calming presence in the car, and has a wealth of practical tips and tricks to improve your driving skills. He doesn't only tell you what to do and what not to do - he explains why, and provides a framework that makes driving make sense. He's also very patient.
