Expérience négative: Nous n'avons pas eu une bonne expérience avec cette entreprise. La communication entre les collègues est inexistante, ils ont essayé d'aider mais souvent nous recevions des communications différentes de différents employés. Il était clair qu'ils ne communiquaient pas entre eux. Ils ont dit des choses incorrectes à ma fille. Par exemple, ils lui ont dit qu'il n'était pas nécessaire de signaler pour faire un stationnement en parallèle et n'étaient souvent pas clairs sur ce qu'ils voulaient qu'elle fasse quand elle conduisait. J'apprécie qu'ils aient essayé de l'accommoder quand ils le pouvaient, je pense juste que ce n'était pas une expérience positive pour ma fille ou ma famille. Je n'ai pas l'impression d'avoir eu de la valeur pour mon argent.

Expérience fantastique: Victor était incroyable avec ma fille qui avait très peur de conduire. Il a été gentil et patient avec elle, ce qui a tout changé pour elle. Elle était prête à passer l'examen et a réussi du premier coup.

Victor a été incroyable avec ma fille; il était ponctuel pour les ramassages et ma fille a adoré apprendre à conduire avec lui, elle a beaucoup appris ! Expérience négative: Évitez cette école. Ils retiennent leur certificat de completion afin que la réduction d'assurance ne soit en réalité pas incluse dans le package que vous achetez. Ils essaient ensuite de profiter des nouveaux arrivants en disant qu'ils doivent payer en espèces pour des heures supplémentaires. Allez avec une autre école qui tiendra sa promesse de vous former correctement.

Expérience négative: Nous avons eu 2 enfants qui ont suivi l'école de conduite Teen Plus en même temps. Chacun avait 2 conducteurs différents, mais les problèmes que nous avons rencontrés étaient similaires. Sachez que les instructeurs utilisent leurs propres véhicules personnels, pas des véhicules associés à l'école. Cela signifie qu'un enfant a conduit une berline et l'autre un monospace ; les deux étaient évidemment des véhicules utilisés par la famille. Il n'y avait pas de planification régulière des sessions de conduite. Parfois, elles avaient lieu une fois par semaine, parfois deux fois, rarement le même jour, et cela semblait s'adapter davantage à l'emploi du temps de l'instructeur qu'à celui de l'adolescent. Les sessions semblaient être réservées à la dernière minute, 1 à 2 jours à l'avance, et nos adolescents se retrouvaient systématiquement à se demander quand ils pourraient conduire à nouveau, aucun des instructeurs ne réservant la prochaine session à la fin de la précédente. L'adolescent devait toujours envoyer un message texte pour demander quand il pourrait conduire à nouveau. À un moment donné, l'instructeur de la berline a dû amener son véhicule au service, ce qui a complètement arrêté toutes les instructions pendant 2 semaines, car il n'y a pas de véhicule de secours à utiliser. Les deux éducateurs ont annulé des conduites en raison de problèmes familiaux, et aucun d'eux n'a contacté nos adolescents pour reprogrammer les sessions manquées. Aujourd'hui, j'ai découvert que l'instructeur d'un de nos enfants a réservé sa prochaine conduite pendant les heures scolaires, donc il doit manquer son cours de chimie. Elle n'est pas en mesure de le reprogrammer après l'école car elle a des enfants d'âge scolaire. Elle insiste pour qu'il conduise pendant ce temps afin de passer son examen de conduite dans une semaine... qu'elle a également programmé pendant les heures scolaires, donc il manquera une autre classe. Nous avons également payé pour un véhicule de location auprès de Teen Plus pour le test de conduite. Ce que cela signifie réellement, c'est qu'il utilise son monospace pour le test, il doit donc s'adapter à son emploi du temps. Il est en classe de 12e année et a des examens de diplôme dans moins d'un mois, et il manque des cours parce qu'elle ne veut pas s'adapter à son emploi du temps scolaire. Enfin, les instructeurs de nos deux enfants prenaient régulièrement des appels téléphoniques personnels pendant les conduites, en mode haut-parleur, donc nos adolescents participaient à chaque conversation et distrayaient l'instructeur de son travail. Cela a créé une situation inconfortable, surtout lorsque l'un des instructeurs a eu une dispute familiale pendant la conduite. Bien que je sois sûr que l'enseignement en classe était à la hauteur et que les conseils qu'ils ont reçus sur le stationnement en parallèle étaient parfaits, je ne peux tout simplement pas ignorer tous les problèmes de planification. Savoir qu'entre les 2 enfants, nous avons payé plus de 2000 $ pour une instruction de conduite comme celle-ci... est décevant, pour le moins. Cerise sur le gâteau - le premier enfant, après avoir terminé chez Teen Plus avec des avis élogieux de son instructeur, a déjà échoué 2 examens de conduite. Je ne recommande pas. Basé sur d'autres avis ici, je souhaite un peu que nos enfants aient été enseignés par Victor... il a l'air incroyable.

Expérience fantastique: Victor a fait un excellent travail en formant notre fille et en la préparant pour son examen de conduite. Elle a réussi et a maintenant confiance pour conduire seule. Merci Victor.

Expérience négative: Je souhaite vous informer que cet « instructeur » essayait de se garer en parallèle juste devant l'école et cela lui a pris 3 tentatives. Vous devriez peut-être réévaluer les capacités ou les qualifications de cette personne en tant qu'instructeur de conduite. Il a effectivement touché et est monté sur le trottoir avec sa roue arrière à ces 3 occasions. Je ne suis pas impressionné et inquiet pour tout nouveau conducteur envisageant d'utiliser cette entreprise. Et… pour votre information. Il n'y avait qu'un SEUL occupant dans le véhicule donc AUCUN élève à bord. L'instructeur est incompétent ou non qualifié.

Expérience fantastique: Our son thoroughly enjoyed his driver training experience with Victor. You can tell Victor enjoys working with youth as he is very kind, patient and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Expérience fantastique: We had the best experience with Teen Plus Driving School. Victor was very thorough with his instruction and prepped my daughter really well for her driving test. He built on her driving strengths and worked patiently on areas that needed improvement. He definitely has a system that we had to trust in and listen to. He was very accommodating for times and scheduling. I would definitely recommend them for a teen learning to drive.

The modules online had entertaining and educational videos, along with in-depth discussion about the rules and regulations of the road. Victor was patient, and able to teach my new driver the skills and confidence he needed to pass his road test on his first attempt! He walked us through the process; advised when he felt my son was "road test ready", ensured he was brushed up and prepared the day-of, and even had his lesson vehicle available for the test. My son attended the in-person classes prior to starting his driving lessons, and really enjoyed the two days; he retained the information taught and appreciated the personalized aspect, and ability to ask questions or clarify concepts. It’s very evident that Victor has a lot of experience with new drivers (and their parents) and is a master at guiding people through the process. Our daughter very much enjoyed learning from him. She found Victor to be patient and kind, and was really good at explaining concepts to put into practice. I certainly could see the difference in her confidence and skill level after each 2hr lesson. I also appreciated Victor’s guidance in letting us let us know when our daughter was ready for the road test and then making sure they had a refresher lesson right before her test. Expérience fantastique: If i could give this place a 10 I would, i moved here from BC and was procrastinating to get my license, I had no one to teach me and was discouraged by that. That’s when I came across teen plus, I had emailed them wanting to get some information after 10 minutes of emailing Victor had called me. They were super accommodating and let me pay in chunks with cash, and worked around my schedule for work. Shelly was my instructor, I was so nervous my first time but all we did was talk and talk and talk. She was very kind and slow with me. Of course I passed my road test with flying colours, this is the place i recommend to anyone with little to no experience. If you’re reading this and are in the same boat I was go with teen plus.

We had a very poor experience with another driving school in Sherwood Park and were one lesson away from completion but were not willing to continue with them as we were completely unsatisfied. My wife reached out to them, had a conversation with Victor, and signed us up that day. Our Daughter went into this new school with the expectation of disappointment. After the first lesson she came home and told us how good the experience was and that she was looking forward to driving. Until that point she had mostly lost interest in driving due to how the previous instructor taught and made her feel. Today she went in for her class 5 drivers exam and passed on the first try! Expérience fantastique: Victor has instructed two of our sons and a couple of their friends in the past 3 years. All of them passed their road tests on their first attempts, and are all much better drivers as a result of this training. They all really enjoyed Victor’s teaching approach and personality. The program is priced well and the results speak for themselves. The kids also really liked using your Tesla for the on road training. We strongly recommend Teen Plus and will be going to Victor again for our 3rd son in a year or so!

Expérience fantastique: My son struggles with confidence following an accident in the summer of 2020. He was rear ended while finishing his last driving lesson with a different company. Thankfully, he was not injured in the accident, however, he has not been comfortable driving since. It was suggested to us by a friend to reach out to Teen Plus Driving School here in Sherwood Park. That is when we met Victor. He has helped my son regain his confidence and comfort driving. I could not be more pleased with his services. He was very accommodating booking lessons with her work/school schedule and was never late, always early! Victor took her the morning of the road test for a quick lesson, which help with her nerves. Victor , her driving instructor , came highly recommended from a friend . We were so impressed with his teaching strategy . He was able to increase our daughters skill level and confidence without overwhelming her. We were involved with the process as Victor provided feedback weekly and we were able to work on different skills after each lesson. We would recommend Victor at teen plus and give him a 5 star rating . His approach is amazing .

Also, since we we unable to use our own vehicle (due to window tinting), for a nominal fee, we were able to use the instruction vehicle, which happens to be a Tesla. I highly recommend Victor and Teen Plus Driving school.

Expérience négative: First I'll make it clear I have never used their service, but I saw one of their "instructors" texting and driving (while speeding) the other day going north on Hwy 21 to Fort Sask. Looked like a white Camry plate 00n131. Can't imagine someone who can't follow basic driving laws to know how to teach teens to drive. EDIT: The person driving was no mechanic, they were also nowhere near a shop so they would have definitely gone far out of their way for a test drive.

Expérience fantastique: My son just passed his driver’s test on his first try thanks to Teen Plus Driving School! I trained with Teen Plus almost 20 years ago and they are STILL the best in the park in 2022. He has received quality instruction and so much encouragement. After a hiccup with one instructor and scheduling issues, Victor provided excellent customer service and was able to rectify the issue quickly and effectively. My son finished his last two lessons with Victor himself and I must say he is outstanding! I believe all the instructors are good at Teen Plus but Victor is exceptional. I highly recommend Teen Plus.

Expérience fantastique: We used Teen Plus for our daughter's lessons. I only have positive things to say. First, my daughter was pretty excited by learning to drive in a Tesla. It made her excited for every lesson and feel a lot less self-conscious about learning to drive. Second, the instructor Victor was nothing short of fabulous. His calm demeanor and pleasant manner made it a low stress situation for her to learn. His methodology increased my daughter's confidence and abilities. Victor was flexible in his appointments and was able to get my daughter trained up in a hurry! He knows the testing procedures and he knows how to get the kids ready. He was confident that out daughter would pass her test and she did on the first attempt. Finally, you can rent the car that they learn in for their driving tests so the kids are comfortable and know the vehicle inside and out on test day. He took her for a quick lesson on test day and signed her in for her scheduled appointment. Use Teen Plus and ask for Victor - we will use them for our other daughter!

The instructor, Victor, was kind and patient and provided a lot of important information in a digestible way. There was a lot of communications and flexibility with our schedules. Victor was good in responding to my son's and my texts. We actually decided to go with this company over ones in Edmonton and we were happy with them. Expérience fantastique: I definitely recommend Teen Plus. Both of my kids passed their driving test on their first try. Victor helped them prepare and did an excellent job. He was great with them both. We recommended Teen Plus and Victor to some of our friends and they also had the same great service and experience. A bonus was that the kids practiced in a Tesla!!!

Victor was just recommended by my friend, and she assured me that Victor would do everything to help me pass the road test on just one try, and that is exactly what happened today. He was very patient and he made sure that you were prepared for the test before he let you go. My husband, my friend, and I were having very good driving lessons and experiences with Teen Plus Driving School. He not only taught driving skills, but more importantly he helped to build confidence in my son and his driving abilities. I highly recommend the package that gives you a lesson immediately before you do your road test and book their vehicle for the road test! The road test is stressful even for us seasoned drivers, and having this last minute refresher truly helped calm his nerves and helped him in being successful in passing his road test. The instructor Victor is calm and patient and explains things very well. I was a very nervous driver to begin with but by the time I had finished the course, it felt like I have been driving for years. He has been in the driving industry for tons of years and was even an examiner for many years. He is super flexible with class scheduling and always had a time slot that suited my needs. He basically guarantees that the teaching he provides will enable you to pass first time (if you don't do something dumb on your exam) . If you want the cheapest, easiest, highest quality driving class, TEEN PLUS is for you.
