Expérience fantastique: The ease of use with the online courses was a big plus with this program. The office staff are very accommodating when it comes to changing the schedule for in car lessons. Instructions are clear, with lots of encouragement. Well worth the cost

I had the opportunity to study in Katrin Grem’s group, I want to highlight her as an excellent teacher regarding both theoretical and practical classes. She does her job flawlessly, which in turn helped me pass the test the first time. I would recommend this school for novice drivers because, in my opinion, there is no better option.

Expérience fantastique: In August I passed my Road Test on the first try, and it was all thanks to YoungDrivers and my instructor Kyla! I was a very nervous driver but Kyla taught me so patiently and calmly, she gave me so much confidence. This school changed my life and I finally have freedom and can drive to school and work every day. So if you are deciding on a driving school to go to, YD is 100% worth it!!

Expérience positive: If you need to learn how to drive a car, this is the place. They'll help teach you the basics, not just how to navigate the vehicle but also what the rules of the road are. You will need to study to get the G1 licenses, but once you spend enough time with them, you'll be able to get G2 and then the full G license. It can be costly, depending on how long you want to be taught how to drive, but the teachers will help you get used to the road.

I’d already had lots of driving experience prior to taking this course, but over the course of time I’ve spent being taught by Larry was very insightful as he helped me gain more understanding and confidence in many aspects of driving such as parallel parking, reverse parking, speed management, etc. The whole of each lesson he had been very patient and extremely calm till the very last moment. My instructor was helpful and encouraging, with useful advice for both testing and general driving. Helped a great deal to prepare me for the test. Edit: Having just passed my G test, I am grateful for my instructor and the pre-test warm up session. Helped me work out any nerves I had and made me much more relaxed for the test itself.

Expérience négative: Lessons are very expensive, and instructors act as if they are doing a favor to you. Clearly, that's not the case with the price they charge. Amanda, stop being a whinny woman, if you had a problem, you should not have been a driving instructor. Your job is to teach, not to yell and moan at your students. I did not pay this much money to get this horrible attitude from instructors. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.

Expérience négative: Booked two lessons in January and February, one was canceled because of new lockdown, but then they tried to charge me for this lesson. When I called them, they said that it was a mistake and everything is ok. I called one day before my second lesson. They told me that they just canceled it. Without any notification just canceled my lesson two days before my road test.

I passed both on my first try and I feel confident in my driving skills, thanks to my in-car lessons with her. The online/in person lessons and in-car lessons are fantastic, there is great communication and it’s very professional and helpful. The independent lessons are also filled with so much information that is also sooooo helpful, especially if you’re a visual learner!. I have Dawn Grover as my instructor, and she is simply the best! She always helps me feel more confident behind the wheel and when I mess up, she corrects me in a calm and polite manner which is helpful for us learning drivers! There’s also great conversations :) I used to be TERRIFIED of driving, but now I feel super confident and am excited to finally drive on my own! Definitely recommend!

Expérience fantastique: The self directed lessons and lessons in class (or rather online this time) were excellently executed. I really felt like I was learning to be a better driver. However, the best part of the course was the in car lessons. My instructor was Kathryn Graham. She was a fantastic teacher that was able to offer wonderful feedback. My driving improved tenfold throughout my lessons with her. Thanks to her, I've become a much more confident driver and no longer feel unsafe behind the wheel. She was an excellent instructor and very fun to have lessons with. I would absolutely recommend this course, and if possible, request Kathryn for an instructor. I didn't have any trouble passing my G2 test with her instruction! Overall a marvellous teacher!

Expérience fantastique: I was reccomended young drivers from a friend who used their services before they got their licence. For years I had relied on public and other paid transportation, friends and family and it was time for me to get my own licence. Then I realized, I had no experience, and was very intimidated by the prospect of driving and owning the responsibility that comes with it. I signed up with Young Drivers, and I learned about the responsibilities and potential consequences of driving. I learned about the rules of the road, and how to be safe and proactive behind the wheel for my first time. The in class as well as e-learning gave me valuable perspective only a seasoned driver would have developed, and helped me learn about my cognitive strengths and weaknesses. In car, my first instructor was not a good match for me personally, however after inquiring, staff at young drivers paired me with another instructor who was litterally a God send. He took the time to hear my concerns, understand them, and really took care in his approach to working through the material with me. He was not judgmental, and never made me feel inadequate while I was developing the skills needed and the confidence required to safely operate a motor vehicle. He used visual aids, demonstrations, and we went over things I had trouble with, often offering different explanations to find what made the most sense to me. I left feeling like I had a program that was really tailored to my limited experience and felt dignified and respected in the steps I had to take to overcome what I realized was a fear of driving. I was able to use the instructors car for my G2 test, and I passed my G2 test without a problem. My evaluator commented on the cleanliness of the vehicle and noted that it was much appreciated, during covid. I am truly greatful for the program at Young drivers, the teaching staff and administration coordinating sheduales especially after cancelations during Covid lockdowns. And of course my instructor, who put a lot of work into bringing me up to speed, took extra precautions during covid to ensure our safety in close quarters, and left me feeling like I had someone in my corner throughout the whole process. I would recommend their services to anyone whether you just became eligible for your licence, have waited a while like I did, had your licence expire, or even if you've have had it for some time you can take something away from this program, brush up on your skills, and even learn something new.

She was very respectful and professional, and I learned a lot from her. I am happy that I chose Young Drivers as they were very professional and interactive, as well as informative. The value of your money will not be reflected in the quality of the training. They will do everything they can to reassure you are a valuable customer and your business is important to them, but that's about it.
