Fantastic experience: I originally came into the dealership while killing time having my truck serviced down the road. I ended up ordering in a dirt bike helmet as they had great sale prices but sadly didn't have the color I wanted in my size in stock. After chatting with the apparel crew they let me know they could order me one in and were still willing to match the sale price. Bonus! I then ended up chatting with Derek Webb about a new KTM 1290 SDGT and he walked me through the great prices. By the following week we had got close to a price agreement with my trade in. I ended up on a group phone call with both Derek and Pete (owner) and they were willing to meet me where I needed to be to buy the bike. The day of pick up and trade in assessment went super smooth with everyone being easy to work with and both Derek and Pete being fantastic. I had a great experience and was treated super fair for pricing. Often when you look to trade in a bike you get ground down and nickle and dimed but that was not the case here at all. I would highly recommend checking Mountain View Motorsports and looking for Derek. Thanks again guys!

Negative experience: They had the bike I wanted and the staff were pleasant, but unfortunately I feel my bike buying experience was below average. I believe part or all of the PDI was missed. I was told they can look into giving me a deal on parts, but I was quoted prices 20% higher than the Bayside links I originally sent. I feel it does not make sense for me to do any future business here. My bike came off the delivery truck to my place ($150) with a fuel warning light and blinking check engine light (recognized only later). Jim, the driver, gave me $20 out of pocket for the gas. Resolution for the check engine light (they stated most likely only due to reminder to register bike with manufacturer) would not happen until next week. Alternatively, they also offered a 20% discount on the first service if I felt like waiting until 1000km. I also sent them a list of full exhaust systems I was interested in buying ex. Graves for $2240 and M4 for $1540 on Bayside (linked in original message). I received quotes for the Graves for $2720 and M4 for $1870.

Fantastic experience: I had my life's best dealership experience here. Got acknowledged the moment I walked in, the owner checked in with me if I had been helped already. Torry from sales is an awesome guy, helped me with my new Ducati and walked me through all my alternate options. He let me test ride the motorcycles I was interested in. Professional negotiation, I did not feel pushed at all. Couple weeks in, I noticed the Ducati needed a minor fuel leak repaired and Mountainview offered to cover all costs for a repair at Ducati Richmond. Great staff overall, couldn't be happier!

Negative experience: I apologize in advance for the lengthy review, however I feel it is necessary in order to share my experience with Mountainview Motorsports. I brought my Harley 48 here on a U-Haul for a desperately needed service while on a road trip, over 9 hours from home. The bike completely died on me with no power whatsoever. The guys at this shop replaced the battery and it was ready to go the next day. After riding for just over an hour after picking it up, the bike died a second time with the same symptoms. Only this time, leaving me and my buddies stranded on the side of the Coquihalla highway, late at night, in the middle of a raining thunderstorm. RCMP were called from family members of mine to assist us in waiting out the night. The next morning, I unfortunately had to rent another U-Haul for the second time, in order to get my bike back home, as I could no longer rely on the help from Mountainvew Motorsports in Chilliwack to properly diagnose my bike and fix it correctly. Upon returning home, another shop took a look at the bike and found out the cause of the issue was a faulty voltage regulator. Something Mountainview Motorsports failed to check. I have been in back and forth contact with Mountainview Motorsports about some kind of reimbursement for their misdiagnosis. To this day, I still have not heard or received anything from them in regards to correcting this issue. At this point, they've given me the impression that they could care less about their customers, and more about the money they can take from you. If you or any friends of yours are desperate for help and need some kind of service, I would highly encourage you to seek help elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: This long weekend I experienced mechanical issues with my HD touring bike while in Chilliwack. I couldn’t start my bike and it looked as though I would be unable to move forward with the rest of our journey into the BC interior. Three hours before the business was set to close, a fellow rider went to Mountainview to seek help. As a result, a technician from Mountainview literally came to my location and had me up and running within minutes. He brought tools and was happy to assist. What could have been a long cab ride home and a tow to the service shop turned into a positive experience and I couldn’t be more grateful. Not suggesting this service is something they do for everyone, so I may have just been lucky. (I also purchased one of my Harley’s there too, service is excellent.) Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure to meet and deal with Payton and Allan spanned over 6 visits to pick up several different parts for my dirt bike The service they have provided me is the reason why I have zero hesitation to come back for all of my needs. Negative experience: Find a different shop if you can. They’re too busy to genuinely help you. Had a diagnosis after a break down. They took 24 hours to tell me exactly what I told them when I dropped it off. The part they told me to order was not necessary and they charged me a hefty fee for returning it. Can’t get a straight answer from them or any consistency from one employee to another. I think they are spread too thin and in the middle of a location change so a lot of customers fall through the cracks. Really glad I eventually found a different shop to do the work.

Fantastic experience: Bought a 24’ Zx6r from Torry. Was very easy process even as an out of town buyer. 5000km later my bike is still running as new. Very happy with the whole experience, would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was in a real pinch yesterday 5 o’clock on a Friday, I had a flat rear tire on the highway I call Cam the owner and with in 10 minutes he showed with his truck and trailer towed me in he went and picked up a new tire for me and had his guys get started on replacing the tire!!! All I have to say is WOW Mountainview hands down takes care of there customers Thanks a million Cam you will be my first call if I need anything Thank you Randy

Positive experience: I went to the shop in person and they made things right. They took my complaints like a champ and my bike got looked at fairly quickly and now it runs a lot better but my brakes still squeal. I will probably pay them a visit in the near future to get that resolved.

Positive experience: Pretty cool shop and the employees are all in a good mood, lots of cool stuff. I was about 1000km from home and needed a popped tube swapped on my dirtbike. They got me in fast and had it done in about 30 mins. Only thing i wasnt stocked about was the 170 dollar price for getting a tube replaced, i made sure to bring the rim in as opposed to the whole bike thinking i would save a few bucks, boy was i wrong haha

Fantastic experience: Solid guys behind the parts counter. We needed a battery for our 2023 450 Kodiak asap (trailer load). They didn't have any left in stock, so the guys pulled one from a new machine. In and out in 10 mins. Really nice to see this level of customer service, is still out there. Thanks Mountainview

Fantastic experience: Had the easiest and most hassle free purchase experience for a vehicle this week with the team at Mountainview Motorsports in Chilliwack. Derek was a no pressure but professional sales contact who made it easy to work thru the purchase process. Their Finance Manager Clayton made it very easy to work out the numbers. Jake the delivery dude got my bike home right when they said they would, safe and sound. Very professional as well. I highly recommend this dealership and the team. Great bunch of people. Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Derek at Mountainview Motorsports. I had reached out to him via AutoTrader (late at night) in search of a particular bike and he got back to me the very next morning and was incredibly helpful in getting me set up with exactly what I was looking for. He made sure I was going to get the best price available and answered all my questions. Derek and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and I plan on visiting them again and again for any and all gear I will need. Top notch customer service and communication. Fantastic experience: Bought a new Suzuki King Quad 750 from Cal Hoeppner. The customer service Cal provided was spectacular right from day one. Cal provided his professional advice and options for consideration as I looked for a new quad. This guy is awesome. Owner Pete also assisted, was highly professional and tremendous all around going over all specific details with absolutely no pressure in any way. Torrie was also very helpful. I also had the opportunity to meet owner Brian who provided excellent service as well. Calvin in Finance was a pleasure to deal with. I can say with full confidence that the overall buying experience and customer service I received from Mountainview was second to none. They care about their customers in a fulsome way, listen to any concerns, provide solutions, and go above and beyond in their customer service. They are truly exceptional. Negative experience: I need Colin to call me . We brought in our machine to install a heater . They completely ruined my machine . I took it into concept to see the issues and they have sent me pictures of things that could have killed me and my wife . I will be sending you the invoice , and if I don’t get my money back my lawyer will be sueing . I have documentation of everything you guys have done . The dealership is also a very friendly and welcoming place to be at. Joe the service manager is a pleasure to deal with. Fantastic experience: First off I don't normally take the time to leave reviews but I feel my experience here at Mountain view motor sports justifies it. Was trying to figure out what kind of bike I would like a year ago and even though they knew I wasn't prepared to buy that day I was by no means disregarded or treated differently which was definitely not my experience at other places. Fast forward to yesterday and despite them being absolutely swamped with customers I still really felt the customer service was good. Natasha my sales rep was awesome as where the financial office and gear sales reps. Will definitely be going back if I decide to upgrade my bike. Ended up walking away with an awesome 2022 Yamaha v250.

Fantastic experience: First off I’d like to put out a big thank you to Natasha for all your help you are a sweetheart and I’d also like to thank Christine for her help, this is my first Harley Davidson I was trilled. I also got a welcome to the Harley family from Joe in the service department that was awesome thanks bud ,and it was great meet Tyler nice young fella gonna take care of me if I have any problems with my bike or any questions, he’s got my six. And I’d also like to thank Cassidy for showing me around very knowledgable young lady. So all in all I don’t believe you can go wrong buying a motorcycle from Mountain View Harley Davidson all wonderful people. So as I’m a little late in putting this in I have now five other people who I know have bought motorcycles from them that I ride with. And this is only in the last three or four weeks. Fantastic experience: I decided to buy a dirt bike and I headed in on Saturday at 10:30 (they open at 10). Torry was the sales rep that I’d been speaking with prior. He reached out less than 24 hours after I filled out the online contract form. He was super kind and helpful and very attentive while we were at the store. He’s very very knowledgeable as well. We wouldn’t have gone in that day if I hadn’t received a text from him on Saturday morning saying they had the bike I wanted in stock. The excitement just through the texts he sent alone, got me excited enough to wake up my sleeping boyfriend and tell him we’re going to get a bike for me haha. When I got there they had my TT-R230 sitting pretty and ready to go. I headed upstairs to pick out some gear and Brady was absolutely amazing. Most helpful person ever. Dude needs a raise for sure- I spent some extra $ just because we got along so well and he was so relaxed. Didn’t feel like selling. More like a conversation. Christine, the finance manager, was very helpful. There was an issue with the financing at no fault of my own, but because the credit union hadn’t recorded that I paid off my car loan over a YEAR ago. Christine literally worked all day to correct this, and even sent in my proof of final payment to the finance company. She literally cut the finance rate they had offered me into 1/3 once she’d proven that I’d paid my loan off, and even fought to make it lower after that. While we were waiting for everything to be sorted out, we spoke to Krystal (Parts and Accessories Manager). She was extremely helpful and offered me a ton of advice on the bike and riding tips. I feel a lot more confident after speaking with her. We also had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners- Pete. He was very kind and helpful. Lastly I wanted to mention Dex. He is one of the newer members of the team and truly was one of the most helpful. We were at the store from 10:30am-4:30pm due to all of the issues with the financing company. Dex was constantly coming to chat with my boyfriend and I and make sure we were comfortable while we were waiting. Super chill and down to earth guy. I truly don’t think we would have waited as long as we did if it weren’t for him! Definitely deserves a shout out and some credit for this one. Having employees like Dex can really make any experience quite positive. I hope he sticks around! As someone who works in sales, I have to say this was the best sales team I’ve ever seen. They work together so well, and clearly have your best interest at mind. They work from the heart! It never feels like anyone is trying to upsell or push a sale, and I never felt any pressure. Thank you guys! So happy to make referrals for your shop in the future!

Fantastic experience: Mountainview continues to impress! Lots of really great changes to the floor, I personally appreciate a company that keeps things fresh. Staff, A+ all the way around and no matter if your buying or just browsing you get the same treatment, just a friendly environment. Yes and it’s entirely possible to walk in for a jersey and leave with a bike….so watch out! I recently (4 hours ago) took possession of my brand spank’n new 2022 Yamaha Tenere 700, cannot wait to take it for a rip and thanks to the parts, sales and service staff for making this dream a reality.
