I was on a motorcycle trip from the mainland and got a screw in my front tire, with no options other then chance it the staff dropped what they were doing and put a new tire on my bike same day! Fantastic experience: I was extremely satisfied with my with the time my salesman (Jason) took to explain the details of the model I was interested in and time spent in finding the right colour that I was interested in. Also I was happy with Jasmine in the parts department with the time she took with me in finding some additional additions for the bike.

Negative experience: I'm from out of town and I stopped by to get my chain tightened, a bit of an emergency due to the long weekend. Came loose on me before the malahat. Was promptly told to remove my Honda from the lot because "the guys like their Harley's". Last time I EVER wave to a Harley.

Negative experience: Very rude employee, with zero customer service. The lady didn’t even acknowledge our hello when we walked in the door??? The fronts and backs of all the t-shirts were not all displayed and she wasn’t wanting us to take one off the shelf to look at it??? No other sales person came to say hi, good thing we weren’t there to buy a bike $$,$$$!!! And… their t-shirts were boring as hell and expensive $85??? Don’t waist your money or valuable time shopping here.

Fantastic experience: So while on a short stop in Victoria, B.C on an Alaskan cruise we wanted to stop here and get a poker chip as we collect them from every store when we travel… we weren’t going to make it on time before they closed so I called to see about buying one and having it set outside to pickup after hours.. an employee named Dylan Bechard answered the phone and offered without hesitation, because he lived downtown which is about 20-30 minutes from the dealership that he’d just meet me somewhere down there with the poker chip whenever our cruise ship docked… someone that’s willing to do this for a random caller and an even more random request is an asset to their employer… very grateful for what you did Dylan!

Fantastic experience: I purchased a Harley 3 days ago @ Barnes H-D in Victoria from their sales consultant, Melvin Sun. It’s been nearly 2 decades since I rode due to an accident and wasn’t sure if I was mentally able to ride again but Melvin took the time to personally ride with me as many times and it took and helped me along the way until I was comfortable enough to go on my own with a new bike! He went well and above my expectations and had it not been for Melvin, I truly believe I’d still be wondering when and if I’ll ever feel that freedom of riding again! He answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable and if there was anything he didn’t know off the top of his head, he found the answer minutes later. Also the whole team at the Victoria Barnes H-D location go out of their way to make you feel like one of the family and it will be a place I will return for business over and over again as well as send more business Melvin’s way when looking to buy! Negative experience: I had bought a bike from these guy over there web site and it was the worst experience I have ever had buying a harley the sales girl was awesome to deal with and so was there accounts receivable but the sales Manager is as Useful as a wet paper bag not only did they take the performance parts off the bike and installed used factory parts. They did all this after the deal was made and deposit was down . Then when I do get the bike the stereo doesn't work then he says that's the way it is and not once was it noted on any inspection paper work . I will strongly never deal with this place ever again and suggest if any one does take caution .

Positive experience: Nice staff, fun group. When someone buys a motorcycle, there's a big production, including music, horns, and the ringing of a bell!! Was a little disappointed that I didn't see H-D tees with the shop's name and BC Area logos. We collect tees from around the world from different H-D stores.

Negative experience: Gave 2 stars because the sales staff put effort in when I purchased my bike. Otherwise it would have been 1 star. Staff in service and especially parts put in minimal effort, couldn’t be bothered with even common courtesy. To the point where I only get parts from there if I absolutely have too. Won’t do services there at all. I have tried to get quotes in the past and staff clearly were annoyed that you would want to ask questions.

Fantastic experience: I have delt with Barnes Victoria a few times now and have had nothing but the best customer service each and every time. I both sold them a bike last fall and purchased a new one this week. I was forced to sell my Ultra Limited in the Fall and was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. They stood by their over the phone quote having not seen the bike in person. There was no haggling or trying to reduce the amount they quoted me. When I was back to purchase a new bike they again were spot on with their customer service. Jimmy in sales was open and honest that he was new to the dealership but did a fantastic job providing me with the information I needed and completing the paperwork, with a little help from Brad, in a timely fashion. Sale and Business Manager Heather is fantastic and fun to interact with. She explained the details of financing and warranty options clearly. They even delivered my new motorcycle at no extra charge up to the North end of the Island within a couple days. I look forward to meeting and interacting with the rest of the Barnes team in the future when I am down to get service and parts for my new ride. P.S. If I had one criticism it would be the lack of a popcorn machine...lol. Nothing like chomping down on a bag of fresh popcorn while waiting for your HOG to be serviced.

Positive experience: Helpful people working there but I'm not sure what has to happen in order to make a t-shirt affordable I did buy a few things that day and I got a reasonable price for a pair of pants cheaper probably than anywhere else in town but the t-shirts are just unreasonable that's all I have to say

The ride was a TriGlide, which was more than I was looking for. It turned out I talked myself into into the TriGlide and made the deal. I was handed professionally over the entire transaction. I was most impressed with the close where I did a “Poker Run”, and met representatives from each of the support team, Service, Finance, Parts, and the Manager. Who made you feel like family, when you walked back out the door. Adam gave me the freedom to choose what I really wanted, and listened, and heard, to what I was saying about my choices and why. A gentle giant with a huge heart. Yash was absolutely awesome, a respectful, confident, knowledgeable salesman who won our trust! Bonnie was respectfully upfront with our style choices, and again, we trusted her opinion… it meant a lot. Heather was downright mind blowing as a financial whiz. Wow! Because of her, I walked out the door with my first bike in over 17 years. As for the manager, Garry— with his door always open, and wearing his heart on his sleeve — let’s just say it was an honour laughing till tears came— I wouldn’t have it any other way! You guys ROCK!!! It was a pleasure watching you all work together like family. We will be back!

Fantastic experience: I went in with my dad only to ask a few questions as we are just getting into motorcycles. Yash was the most helpful person I could’ve found at a Harley dealer. He had answers to every question I had and gave me considerations I hadn’t even considered before. I myself wasn’t wanting a Harley at first but I didn’t know much about them in the first place, Yash helped me realize that they are the most reputable bike out there and from what I’ve seen with aftermarket parts is crazy! I will absolutely be going back to Yash to purchase my first motorcycle and probably the next few to come. I suggest you do the same!

Fantastic experience: My usual skepticism about salespeople was easily tossed aside from the minute I walked in the doors and met with Jason. His genuine demeanor was very appreciated, and he knew what he was talking about. From that meeting to my very first poker-run, Jason Heather and Gary (seriously, every one of the staff members I met) were very helpful, insightful and professional. I am so glad I made the decision to buy a new bike through the Victoria Barnes crew, they felt like old friends from the first handshake.

Fantastic experience: Touched base with Yash a couple weeks a go, on a new used model Harley i was interested in. Yash knew a bike was coming in, and took my deposit. I was flip flopping for a couple days on a couple different bikes, The dealership was swamped with customers, and the guys stayed super friendly, and took the time to keep good communications. Gary and Yash were extremely straight for about pricing, were very fair, No BS at all, and we cut a great deal in short order. Heather in finance is a finely tuned machine, she had some great options for financing, fantastic lady to deal with. Now im dealing with Adam in parts, has been great chatting with him about the route we are going to take on my engine upgrade's etc. The experience has soaked in after a nights sleep, woke up really happy about what just took place at Victoria Barnes.

Fantastic experience: I recently went to Barnes Harley Davidson in Langford . I was there with friends to get some oil for a friends bike . I saw the bike I’ve always wanted and made an offer on it . Jason worked with me , to work out a deal that worked for both Barnes and myself . It was a really good experience , and any concerns I had were dealt with immediately. Fantastic experience: Went to HD for the 1st time - ever! So very impressed by the experience of buying a HD from Barnes HD at the Victoria location. They certainly made the experience of parting with your money, a fantastic one, very personalized. A special shout out to Yash Beigi, the Sales Consultant I was dealing with, very professional and knowledgeable, did not for one minute made me feel pressured to buy a Harley, and so patient. Fantastic experience: I made the purchase of my first Harley today and I can't tell you how amazing the experience was! The service was excellent and the team was fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. The atmosphere within the store was relaxed and the store was very well organized. Jason was my primary salesman with help from Amy, both were welcoming and professional, demonstrating their pride in the brand and attention to detail that saw them cleaning a spot of residue moments before I left well long after the sale was complete. They alone made the experience worth writing this review. Fantastic experience: Needed some help getting my bike approved for federal import inspection. Parts division helped me convince inspector that the bike was passable at no cost to myself. Was really great customer support even without me paying. Seems to me they invest in their customers for the long term, which is a great change of pace. Thanks again guys!

Fantastic experience: From the moment I first walked in, until months later when I found my bike, Jason's customer service was exceptional!!!!! He gave me honest feedback, I never felt any pressure to spend more than I was comfortable with. Jason's professionalism really helped me choose my 2022 Road King with no regrets!!!
