Fantastic experience: Beautiful shop and good service a must visit shop

Negative experience: I purchased a nice evening purse for $85 . The first day, When I was opening it and removing the paper from inside, the material started to get detached from the metal frame. when I removed the all paper from inside, the material detached completely from the frame on one side of the body of the purse. I returned it to the store but the person working or owner did not accept it , not even exchanged the purse nor refunded me my money. Who would want to lose $85? I left the purse at the store because it was useless and told the owner to keep the purse. What a waste of my time and money!
