Fantastic experience: Tyler was a HUGE help! Kept me from skidding off the road during harsh weather, and had shaped me into a better driver overall! Best instructor I could’ve asked for!

Negative experience: Very disappointed in the instructor and the whole program in general! My stepson completed in-class and it has been a nightmare with scheduling lessons. They are 5 to 6 weeks apart, discrepancies is how many lessons have been completed, instructor smokes in the car between lessons and the Instructor Scott was very upset that my stepson did not know how to correctly parallel park (one of many manoeuvres to which is what we have paid for Scott, the Instructor to teach) and spoke harshly to him. I have spoke with other parents here in Parry Sound having somewhat the exact same issues that we are experiencing. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I would like to say a big thanks to young drivers and a big thanks to Scott he was a very good teacher I have learnt a lot and booking lessons was easy booked all my lessons ahead and scott was always on time and kept good conversation thank you guys and I would highly recommend this driving school to anyone of my friends coming to the world of driving was hands down worth the money

Fantastic experience: I got enrolled for a week of in class learning, and I will say the in class was nice, we had 7 people and didn't get as much group work, we got 3 breaks two 15 and one hour lunch, it might be costly but you will get your money out of it, I would say go for it, Scott was friendly and really helped.

Fantastic experience: The new owners in Midland are top notch! Very professional and great to work. Scott is a great instructor - highly recommended.

Negative experience: This operation is totally unprofessional with no communication to its students. The franchise owner Brad Hosach will not respond to repeated calls and emails for an explanation as to why he thought it was ok to tell an 18 year you're late and you can't take my class any longer. As well, the admin that works for him is condescending and rude when we called the office for clarification. Strongly recommend you go elsewhere for your driving instruction and drivers education classes. Buyer beware as the National office of young drivers is saying, not our problem. Run away, go anywhere but this place.

Negative experience: My brother attempted to start drivers Ed here, thought the start time was 6:30 when it was actually meant to start at 6. He ended up showing up 20 minutes late and was not only kicked out of the class, but sent home and told he was out of the program. The poor kids been trying to reach these people to reason with them, or at least to get more than a kick out the door, and all we’ve gotten is a bunch of “you’ll have to contact so and so” and “oh well I don’t know where it says it but our policy is if you’re late you’re out”. I find it hard to believe that my brother deserves to be tossed aside with hardly an explanation, Brad Hosack hasn’t gotten back to us despite numerous messages and calls to head office. No acknowledgement, no explanation, we don’t even know if he’s registered or he isn’t, as his status on their website hasn’t changed. Extremely unprofessional.
