Negative experience: Honest review, never been disrespected like this place ever before. Needed 2 lessons, was referred to a guy name “Jamal”, called and set up dates and times prior to my test. Never showed up to both!!! In my first session, we scheduled to meet up at 7am. after multiple attempts of calling and messaging, I finally got through to him, just for him to inform me he wasn’t feeling well AFTER it was past our scheduled meet up. He decided to reschedule and give a discount, but the second attempt, the day of our session at 7am and he could NOT be contacted at ALL. Did not show up and could not be reached. Honestly worse customer service, why schedule and NOT show up to any of them just for you to do it again. Wouldnt recommend find somewhere else. Luckily I didn’t pay.

Fantastic experience: I can briefly summarize my experience with Jemal, as awesome. It is more of an art for him, as he carefully walks you through the steps with a lot of patience and understanding. I would definitely recommend him for his skills and service as an instructor.

I was a nervous driver but he made me feel comfortable driving and was very patient. I had my G2 test today and passed on my first try! Will definitely take my G lessons with him in the future.
