Fantastic experience: Ive had a great experience driving with Alex. He is a very kind and calm and provides excellent tips for the exam. I prepared for my G2 and G with him and really appreciated his approach. A constructive feedback i’ve given him is to provide instructions a little bit more ahead of time because as a learner it helps to mentally know what will be happening long in advance, and he’s taken that feedback with so much grace . Definitely recommend him especially if taking exam in the Brockville area

Negative experience: I've registered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau over First Route's failure to secure a driving instructor for my son after his completion of the virtual driving class last February. Because you didn't find him an instructor OR EVEN COMMUNICATE for the 6 months between his completion of the virtual course and the deadline for course completion, he has nothing of worth to show for his effort or for the $449.99 we spent on the "complete BDE package." First Route should not advertise to locations if they don't have sufficient instructors to meet their contractual obligations!

Negative experience: Terrible experience. When I completed the form I required a car for my road test. I expected to be contacted from an instructor who would be available in the day of my road test. After having three lessons with them they told me one day before the exam that they were not available on the day of my road test.

Negative experience: Signed my son up for the driver training in class course in March in Brockville. Was told there was no wait time for in car lessons that he would be contacted 2 weeks after to start the drives, this never happened. Never received a call or email from them, I gave them until the end of April and then called. Said they had no drivers, after several weeks and calls to them and the run around I asked for a full refund the end of May. I was given a partial refund. My son is not the only one that has went through this, so to me it is bad business to not even contact people you have taken money from and offer them a solution. I have had to move to another company which has now cost me more money to finish his training that should have already been done. I normally do not write reviews but this may save another parent the time and money to book with an actual company that cares about their kids and save the time I have had to spend on chasing this company.

Negative experience: Instructor left and I was told they would set me up with new driver, they never called me back or emailed me back to finish my last 2 sessions.

Fantastic experience: Joe is an absolutely amazing driving instructor! He’s incredibly understanding and very patient. I had a lot of anxiety about doing things like three point turns and highway driving and he was very understanding and clear well answering all my questions and helping me along those paths. Since I’ve started taking drivers ed, I’ve highly recommended it to multiple people in my age group and that’s completely based on my experience with Joe. An easy five stars, I’d give much higher if I could
