Fantastic experience: Jill was a PHENOMENAL instructor!! I had an incredible 10/10 experience. She was so patient, understanding, friendly, and always had a smile on her face. She made every lesson fun and productive with her clear explanations, constructive criticism, and continuous support - resulting in me passing my test, and making me a confident driver!

Negative experience: Not impressed at all.. The course was great until the end. Paid for the more expensive package witch was $1800 for my child use their car and pass the drive test, then he failed the drivers test and they want $500 to try it again.. The test is only $55 dollars to retry if you have your own car, but you purchase the better package to use the young drivers car then if you don't pass the first try the company dings you for another $500. Anyhow it's absolutely a money grab at the end if you don't pass the first time..

Fantastic experience: Perfect for new drivers like myself, the instructors are amazing at teaching you what to do and how to do it and they make it fun and entertaining as well. This course has fully turned my driving from inexperienced to being confident on the road and driving properly and safely. amazing course hands down.

Negative experience: The good: In car lessons follow a well designed curriculum. The instructor was friendly and even tempered. The online training was well done. The bad: Booking appointments by phone required 30-75 minute hold times. Pickup and drop off was not at our home, which wasn’t very convenient. Phone operator was rude and unprofessional, interrupting and hanging up when we tried to explain our frustration with booking a YD vehicle for the road test. Was subsequently transferred to voicemail and have not received a call back 48 hours later. The solution: Called “DriveWise” in Simcoe and he went out of his way to accommodate us, booking a lesson at 7 AM prior to the road test. We will not be choosing YD for the rest of our chikdren.

Fantastic experience: Young drivers boosted my confidence, skills, and ability in general with driving habits and ways to improve. The online portion was easy to follow, informative, and allowed me to move through at my own pace, and the Instructors in-car prepared me for all sorts of problems i might encounter on the road, so that i’ll be prepared in the future. My instructor was patient, helpful, and made my learning experience enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy taking this course my Driver instructor, Steve showed me how to use emergency braking and basic day to day driving skills and because of that I feel a lot more confident on the road and now I’m ready for the road test!

Fantastic experience: Young Drivers was a huge help to me. I was always so nervous to get behind the wheel of a car but their helpful, informative teacher(s) helped ease my anxieties and made sure they taught each student in a way that worked best for them. I now am proudly driving on my own and am more confident than ever. Can't thank them enough! I highly recommend Young Drivers to anyone who is just starting out or to those who may be a bit nervous and unsure where to start (like myself!). P.S. Shout out to my instructor Jill who was always so patient and understanding. Couldn't have done it without you!
