Negative experience: Their employees just work for the money, they don’t really care if you pass or fail, I had an appointment today the blue eyes guy didn’t teach me nothing or prepared me for nothing he just wanted to finish so he can take the money on top of that he was asking for more money so he doesn’t call the cops this is ridiculous i just gave him the money because I didn’t want any trouble and on top of all that i failed my g2 test because of them and now I have to wait another 2 months to book another one, I recommend everyone to go everywhere else but this place.

Fantastic experience: Hesse was an amazing instructor, i passed my G test yesterday and he was happier for my success than me, he puts his heart into his work so your success is his own ! Respectful and very well mannered. He didn't force me into signing up to any of the packages and he worked on rescheduling our lessons when needed for both in a very professional way! I recommend this school and Hesse as a driving instructor for yourself or your kids!

Negative experience: My instructor told me “you disgust me” after I guess I couldn’t drive that well? He just yelled at me the entire time I found another instructor that actually gave me actionable strategies and passed my g test first try.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with this driving school! I passed my road test on the first try. I recommend this driving school for anyone starting or continuing their driving education.

Negative experience: I paid 900$ and now that I need to book the driving part of the program, they dont answer emails or phone, I tried going there in person during opening hours, the door is locked when the open sign in there, and the voicemail, which is a personnal cell phone voicemail, is full. Super sketchy. He's lying in his response, he never refunded me, I got chargeback by visa because he's a burglar. I tried to get them removed from the list of accredited schools of Ontario transport commission but they won't do anything. I also went to the police but they say it's civil.

Negative experience: The worst driving school you could ever imagine . He's one and only obsession is getting money, doesn't help you to build confidence plus he is arrogant. He changed our deal about the whole package, I have never seen such a mean person. You better find another school in Ottawa.

Negative experience: I can't put into words how bad my experience was with this company. The instructor literally told me I would fail before my test (I didn't). He was obsessed with potholes and charging his hybrid car instead of teaching me. Due to Covid too much time had passed between in class and in car lessons and I was never given my certificate. He then said they could 'change the dates for me' for a fee of $300 (first he asked me how much I'd be willing to pay, so it was clear this fee was totally random). Do better.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with this school, the process was simple and Hess really helped me gain confidence on the road. I was able to pass my g2 test with 0 issues thanks to him. Thanks!
