Ultimate Drivers Brantford

Fantastic experience: I really recommend Ultimate Driver's to anyone. I use the one in Brantford, and they are really great. They get to you when you need them in a timely fashion. When I called and didn't get anyone the called back in a timely fashion, and when I called after business hours they called back first thing the next day. Now that's great customer service. And any questions was answered. And I had a superb instructor, Shahid, he was phenomenal. He was patient, calm, and understanding. He made sure he is thorough and made sure you do things right, so when you do the test you will pass. He explains everything so you know fully of what he is trying to teach you and you gain full knowledge and understanding. He engages with his clients respectfully and he is calm which makes his client feel relaxed and eager to do better so when you go for your test, you will pass with flying colours. He's good with conversations, and he is always on time. He's understanding so you'll feel relaxed and comfortable. He's a great instructor. So I would highly recommend using Ultimate Driver's, and use Shahid if you are in the Brantford area. I give them 5 stars.

Negative experience: 1. They are extremely unorganized. Choose another school. 2. The receptionist or whomever they have answering calls is very rude. Oh when you cancel they find a way not to give you a refund. Learn from my foolishness mistake. Do not waste your time nor money.

Negative experience: My experience with Ultimate Driving has been disappointing. I didn’t have anyone to teach me how to drive, so this seemed like the best option for me. Unfortunately, the drivers are extremely last minute, and book sessions with less than 24hrs notice. The app they use to book sessions does not work correctly, and incorrect dates and times are often posted. Moreover, drivers will claim sessions on the app that have not been completed. Also, every driver does things differently, so there is no consistency in what is being taught. Finally, I requested a new driver as the one I had was texting throughout the entire session. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and claimed they could not find me another driver. I have reached out on multiple occasions regarding these issues and the lady who answered the phone was bad-mannered and inpatient. Honestly, I would pay someone for private lessons before considering this business as once they have $1000, they don’t bother with doing their job.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Ultimate drivers brantford was exceptional, especially because of Kim! I was terrified to start driving, especially in an area I was new to. However, she gave me excellent instructions, stayed patient and with her help, I was able to pass my test on the first try! Their programs are absolutely worth it and I'd recommend them to any new driver :)

Fantastic experience: I've just got my G licence, besides having a licence for many years in my country, I was not used to driving in Canada and many things were confusing to me, in addition, I have crystallized many bad habits along the years. Hiring driving lessons with Ultimate Drivers in Brantford was very easy and completely made the difference. My instructor, Kim, was very patient and signalized what I had to improve and habits I should abandon. By assuring I could drive safely, my instructor helped me to, consequently, get the licence. I totally recommend this school.

Fantastic experience: After hearing great things about them, I decided to sign my daughter up. She completed her G1 all the way to her G through Ultimate Drivers. No complaints, she had a fun time and they provided so much reassurance and information. Very knowledgeable and nice, 10/10 (she never failed which is thanks to them haha)
