Fantastic experience: Kim and Mike were excellent instructors for the Initial 4-Wheel Drive Operations Training Course. They were knowledgeable, addressed our questions, and guided us through practical scenarios with a focus on safety. They also stayed longer to ensure everyone had a chance to participate in all the scenarios!

Fantastic experience: We had such a positive experience with our 4WD Operations Driver Training Course! From planning the course to the course itself, the entire team at ARC is incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our course instructors were patient and kind, and took the time to teach us vehicle capabilities and safety in a way that was safe and applicable to our work.

Fantastic experience: I have had the absolute pleasure of taking multiple of there 4x4 courses weather it be full size trucks,jeeps or quads! Each and every time they deliver the BEST course I have taken in the field(and I've taken a few from a few places) they are INCREDIBLY knowledgeable in all aspects knowing there work inside and out, but not just in there training. I have not met people more InTouch with there rigs of any shape and size. As for the trainer's. I can only say the same. They are so professional and delivered the best course they possibly can every time. They only use the most tried and true gear, teaching you all the ins and outs. Teaching you the proper use on everything. I could not recommend them enough! Weather it is recreational or commercial. I will continue to go back and do the courses again and again. Learn something new every time

Fantastic experience: I joined the team for Low Gear 2024 this past July and the experience was A++. If your looking for an adventure filled weekend with like-minded women, this is the event for you! We learned new skills in a safe and encouraging environment, had a blast getting to know each other, and were spoiled. From lovely gifts bags, to all meals (and not just burger ladies, but real top notch food) prepped and served by the men, to wine and other amazing beverages, ARC Off-road thought of everything. 10 out of 10, would recommend to anybody. Fantastic experience: My husband and I spent the day learning to take our vehicle off road. Chad is a fabulous instructor with the ideal mix of professionalism, knowledge and the ability to make the experience really fun. His ability to teach my husband (who is already an experienced off roader) and myself (a neophyte to off roading) is a testament to his broad range of teaching skills. Fantastic experience: Completed a UTV course today and had a fantastic time with Davy and Chad. Booked through my company, myself and 3 coworkers went through an informative and thorough course learning everything there is to know about operating and maintaining a UTV, all in accordance with Canadian Safety Council standards. Our instructors were absolute professionals, so considerate to our different levels of experience, and were such a hilarious team to work with. We practiced a variety of maneuvers and had a super fun ride around the beautiful property to top everything off! Thanks again for the excellent course :)

Negative experience: Difficult to deal with owner who has not yet provided the professional service in the safety driving or training areas.

Fantastic experience: Leah is a superb trainer! She helped me recover my cargo van and flat deck trailer from an icy inclined road and had me back on my way in no time. I would describe her as well prepared, highly knowledgeable, and great at providing easy to understand instruction.

Fantastic experience: I participated in both an off-road driving course and a UTV course through ARC Off-road Training through my work and I have to commend Chad and his team for a job well done. Arc Off-road was hired to travel to our job site to provide the training over a number of days to a department of young to middle aged adults of both genders. The instructors, Chad and Kim, were highly knowledgeable and posses a diverse and technical skill set. Lessons were very informative both in a classroom setting and in the practical portions of the program, covering things such as the mechanics and limitations of four wheel drive systems, how to safely operate off-road vehicles, and how to perform safe and effective vehicle recoveries, all of this in addition to basic operation of UTVs which was a dedicated certified course. High-quality, and well-maintained, recovery gear was provided by ARC for the duration of the course so that all could become familiar with the proper equipment and it's safe operation and usage. The trainers were clear and consice with their demonstrations and instructions while being accommodating to all skill levels in the class. It is clear that professionalism was of utmost importance and everyone was treated with a great deal of respect. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in training in overlanding, off-roading, or is required to traverse challenging terrain in an off-road vehicle as part of their work, as is the case for me and my colleagues. Everyone in the class was able to advance their skillset and pick up a few new tricks and I hope to have the opportunity and pleasure to attend another ARC session sometime in the future.
