Unique Drivers

Positive experience: The instructor Sam is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. While driving we talked about a lot of different interest including driving rules and different types of car. Friendly instructor with great deal of patience. School location is good and not crowded at all. I would recommend anyone to take class in UDS and complete 10 hours in-car driving lesson or more.

Fantastic experience: I was totally scared of driving but now I'm soo happy and I'm not afraid anymore, Sam was very friendly and had a lot of patience with me and he taught me so much. Highly recommend this school.

Negative experience: Never inputted that i got my driver ed done. Had to keep calling to tell him to add it. Still not sure if it is inputted. It cost me $12 to find out he never added it.

Negative experience: The people who rated this driving school 5 stars, must of been promised a discount or something on their crappy lessons. You get brought on the same route, repeatedly. The in-class lessons are in a dingy basement. The instructor Sam is frequently not punctual/on time. Save your money and go to a different driving school, if you really wanna be on the road.

Negative experience: Second day off class Sam (driving instructor) kicked me out for not having a few questions done that was homework. Then threaten to call security when trying to explain why I couldn't get them done and reason with him. He later then made me come another day (2 weeks later) to do the class that I missed because he kicked me out and charged me for it! ($15). No refunds allowed and the class is in a sketchy basement. Sam (the only driving instructor and teacher) is very rude and condescending towards his students, he yells/insults them too. The practice driving is repetitive (same route every time) and he makes you drive around and pick up family to drop them off somewhere. Also you have to drive to the nest students house to pick them up. The other student then drives you home. Instead of having a class 7-8, you don't get home until 8:30 because the other student has to drive you home. Please go to another driving school if you can, paying a little extra to go somewhere else WILL be worth it.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with both my in-class and in-car driving lessons with Sam! From the first session I attended I felt as though I got my money`s worth and that it was a very valuable course to be taking. Sam`s very flexible and easy to schedule with and a calm, knowledgable teacher. I would (and will) reccomend Unique Driving School to anyone I know!

He taught me lot and provided well feedback on how I should improve my driving skills to being a good driver. Fantastic experience: Really good experience so far at Unique Driving School! Instructer Sam is a very understanding and calm instructer. I personaly feel like i've learned a lot from just 5 classes, he explains clearly until you fully understand the concept. Although the in class sesions were very long and usually tiring Sam trys to make it enjoyable by interacting with us! I recommend Unique Driving School to those who have a goal and mind set to learn how to drive and pass this course.

Fantastic experience: The classes i took from unique driving school are amazing! you might think the in class part is very boring, but unique driving school teaches you a lot of skills to be a good driver. Also all the information is useful to you. i definitely recommend coming to unique driving school to do your drivers education.

Negative experience: Ain't nobody got time for Sam (the driving instructor). The only thing UNIQUE about this driving school is how UNIQUELY bad the service is. Sam is definitely a Unique character. If you want a UNIQUE driving experience , aka, learning to walk and take the TTC … consider Unique driving school. Positive experience: I recommend this school for getting your driving licence as Sam is a good and experienced instructor for giving u lessons..

Positive experience: The school is well suited for new drivers due to the small number of students per class. Sam is clear in class and on the road but he needs to confirm whether a student has a car to practice what he/she learns in order to plan the in- car lessons accordingly. I would recommend Unique driving school to anyone who has the desire and patience to learn.

Negative experience: I sent my daughter for the March break week long class. The driving school is in a creepy basement. The instructor Sam showed up late for the class start time, not even 5 minutes early on the first day of class to take our money. Young students were allowed to 'giggle' and talk while classes were taught in the damp basement. For the driving classes, the student is supposed to give 24 hours notice to change or cancel the 'in car lesson' but Sam was allowed to show up late and cancel lessons with no notice. Watch out for additional charges, not all inclusive. When I tried to discuss a problem with Sam, he repeatedly yelled at me screaming 'ARE YOU IGNORANT?' very rude, I would not recommend wasting your time and money at this so called 'driving school'.

Fantastic experience: Sam is a nice guy, a little strict but he is a no nonsense guy who teach you what you need to drive and get your license quickly.. I would recommend Sam to anyone.. my overall experience was 100%, he is a little tough sometimes but very nice otherwise a real nice guy.

Negative experience: Do not go to this driving school all the instructor (SAM) does is make you drive up and down the same street, lesson after lesson. He is highly unprofessional and always messes up the time of your appointments, confirming 10 minutes prior to your lesson. He doesnt teach you anything indicated on the website and tries to cram everything in the last lesson. When you tell him you are not sure how to parallel park, he asks why? He didnt show me how to do it and it surprised why I dont know. His site says he will pick up and drop you to your destination of choice, but that was never the case with him. Take my advise....stay away from this driving school, hes horrible and should not be teaching. go elsewhere, dont waste it on this pathetic driving school.
