Fantastic experience: Young Drivers is the best driving school to go to, especially if you have little experience on the road. They teach you quite literally everything you need to know about driving, from the basic rules of the road, to defensive driving, maneuvering around obstacles, driving on highways, and driving in different weather conditions. Young drivers has not only made me a confident driver, but also a safe one. Thank you for putting together such an amazing program!! I forget my driving instructors name, but he drove a black Honda hybrid, and he had been working with Young Drivers for a long time. He is AMAZING, always made me feel incredibly comfortable, and did everything in his power to fully prepare me for my G2 test. If you know who I’m talking about, give this guy a raise! Edit: I remember his name, it was Jeremey!!

Negative experience: I would strongly recommend that you DO NOT book this driving school! They only pick up and drop off at the Burlington Mall. This is extremely inconvenient for a teenager that does not drive. Also, my daughter needed to book driving lessons months in advance. Not surprisingly, she needed to reschedule and the next lesson available was weeks away. Save yourself some hassle and book another driving school!

Fantastic experience: Amazing customer service! And they make sure covid protocols are in place esp in car lessons. They’re very compliant. I am grateful with Young Drivers esp Jeremie who helped me get my confidence back in driving. I have been driving since late 1990’s but I had this traumatic experience last 2013 that made me tame behind the wheels, I got scared after the incident and even told myself not to drive anymore and I let my license expired. Then I realized how I miss driving and be free- I love roadtrips, so I decided to heal myself by facing my fear and start getting my confidence back- thats why I enrolled myself with YD and sure enough I am more confident now. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Great instructors, excellent customer service, and overall good experience! Worth the money, for sure.

Negative experience: This review is relating to the call center customer service and scheduling department. They had scheduled a Road Test and informed my daughter of the wrong date (thankfully a day ahead). Subsequently, when called to inform them that the road test is set for the next day, the person started by deflecting the error on someone else rather than correcting the problem and proceeded with a false promise to call back within the hour. A follow-up phone call from Devon at YD to apologize for the error. John the scheduling manager said I guess we made a "little boo boo." Very disappointing when you pay for supposedly a reputable company to look after all of this for you and they fail you at the end, leaving you scrambling last minute to make your own arrangements for a road test.

Fantastic experience: I did the 4 consecutive days in class and in car lessons. I was also supplied with an online learning experience. I didn’t have my G1 when I began the class but I didn’t need to do any additional studying for the test after the second day. I was a pretty nervous beginner but it definitely helped me gain confidence to drive. The instructors were also really nice and easy to be around. Not intimidating at all!

Fantastic experience: Clear instruction and the classes actually kept me engaged, which was a nice surprise as instructional day classes on weekends (like CPR, babysitting, etc) can be quite boring. Techniques learned in car have helped me in many situations, and overall it has been a really positive experience and definitely worth the cost.

Fantastic experience: It was a calm comfortable learning experience in the class room and my road instructor ally was knowledgeable and friendly while teaching me different defensive driving techniques.

Fantastic experience: Very good teachers in class and in various, very confident in their instruction giving, and will give you in car lessons that you can use in every aspect of every day driving.

Positive experience: Pretty good experience going through this program. Had trouble finding it the first time though, it's in the basement!
