Fantastic experience: Instructor Shawn Knox, excellent service! Very friendly and outgoing, very helpful and he answered all my questions about driving in different scenarios. For anyone who wants to learn to drive or even think they can’t drive and want to get a G2 or even get a recap on preparing for G road test, take the lessons, I highly recommend young driver’s Bracebridge. You’ll come out better than you started. If you have an open mind to learn and are teachable, It’s worth the money. In addition customer service, very crisp . The Mrs. Jennifer Knox was quick to respond in a friendly manner and she answered my questions and concerns very clearly in details.

Any mistakes you made were corrected right away and Derek was sure you would never make them again. The final test for your G2 sounds a lot more stressful then it actually is because of him.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of meeting Shawn for my g test prep and road test. He was absolutely phenomenal and gave me so many handy hints and tips to make me more comfortable in my driving skills. He was encouraging and empathetic. I had a bad experience with another driving school where the instructor would grab the wheel if I did anything wrong, Shawn never did that once and always communicated with me when I needed to turn the wheel a bit more. Couldn't recommend him more!

Negative experience: The lady over the phone was very rude. If you don't have a car or parents who allow you to use their car forget about this school. They kindly allow only one lesson per week for the student to "improve". When asked how can I improve if I have nowhere else to practice the lady started threatening that she will have to hang up because I'm not listening to her. Not everyone who wants to pass G2 or full G is a Canadian kid with a car. There are people coming to Canada with 20+ years of driving experience and what they need is few hours of practice and guidance about how to pass the exam and what to look after, not babysitting for 6 weeks. Anyway, regardless of their ridiculous policy, very poor customer service. Go to Rick's driving school instead.
