Fantastic experience: I TOTALLY recommended Jeff K @ YD Newmarket/ Aurora. He was Patient, kind, respectful, knowledgeable and flexible with scheduling. My Daughter passed her G2 1st try. She is now a confident - skilled driver. Thank you Jeff Ps Kate in the office is the best EVER!!!! She went above and beyond to help guide me through the entire YD process.

Negative experience: Rude and unprofessional especially if you are a young person booking lessons/packages for yourself. If I could give half a star, I would.

Fantastic experience: The customer service agents are very knowledgeable and friendly. Once we have completed the program I will update this review to speak to the service itself, but so far I am very impressed by my initial encounter with this organization.

Fantastic experience: My second teen is starting his 'in car' part of Young Drivers of Canada now and I must say I am thrilled that we have used Aurora YD's. Even through the pandemic this company has gone above and beyond for us on every account. The advice given from the office has been superb from day one. Even with the interruptions from the pandemic (that did affect my daughters lessons), the scheduling is done smoothly with so much consideration to the student. If you need extra help they give it. Finally, the driving instructors are top notch. My daughter has been driving solo for 2 years and she was well prepared for the road .

Negative experience: They are lot more expencive than their competitors but they claim give premium service. Don't waste your money...this is not a premium service. They don't answer the phone nor do they don't call you back when you leave a message.

Fantastic experience: So far so good...my confidence when driving has improved and so has my driving skills. I think I lucked out on a good instructor. From a customer service standpoint, the administration is also well coordinated.

Fantastic experience: Young Drivers of Canada helped all three of my children become successful drivers. Bill was fabulous and extremely patient. My kids felt comfortable with him. I would strongly recommend Young Drivers. Great value for the money when you feel your kids are safe drivers.

Fantastic experience: My in class and in car instructor was fun, outgoing and clear. made a positive learning experience and almost everything that i was tough stuck with me for the past 4 years.

Fantastic experience: My son, Andrei F., had Jim Kay twice as a driving instructor: first to prepare for his G1 road test to get his G2 license and now, for the G2 road test to get his G license. We cannot thank Jim enough for his instruction style. Very patient, friendly and always with a smile on his face, offering very thorough explanations throughout the driving lessons, made my son feel immediately comfortable in the driver's seat.Andrei passed both tests on the first attempt. We would like to recommend Jim Kay as a driving instructor to anyone.

Fantastic experience: This course was fantastic for my daughter. The office staff were always very helpful, but the best was Jim Kay our driving instructor. He immediately helped my daughter feel comfortable and confident. His instruction methods were just perfect to assist my daughter in obtaining her licenses. ABSOLUTELY the best! His kind demeanour and years of experience render him superb for this role of helping new drivers gain the knowledge, skill and confidence to become educated safe drivers. Thank you Jim Kay!!!!
