Fantastic experience: I had Shine as an instructor in Thunder Bay, ON and he was absolutely amazing! He was easy to get along with and kept fun conversations going. He always remembered things I would say and kept lessons fun and informative. He taught me a lot.

Fantastic experience: I am a driver that has experienced driver's anxiety in the past and took the Young Drivers program to gain confidence in driving and pass my G2 test. The program was great, but the standout was my in-person driving instructor Shine. Calm, professional, and knowledgeable instructor who played a huge role in my success in passing the test and had helpful tips every step of the way that stuck well with me - highly reccomend asking for him if you can. Fantastic experiences in my lessons all around. Cheers!

Fantastic experience: The instructor, Shine, was nice, kind and polite. Being from Indonesia it was challenging to learn to drive on the right side of the road. Shine was patiently teach me to drive according to Ontario's standard. Thank you very much Young Driver!!

Fantastic experience: Great service, material delivered at your own pace, and tremendous positive reinforcement. The staff here have been fantastic throughout my experience and can not recommend them enough! The driving instructor, Shine, has been great as an instructor on the road. Gave positive feedback and reinforces the basics throughout the lesson.

Fantastic experience: Young Drivers has been beyond fantastic in preparing me for my coming road test, as well as to be a safe and competent driver in general. I've been endlessly impressed with the sheer quality of the teaching in this course. The material is easy to understand and successfully conveys the importance and necessity behind all of the good driving habits they teach. Most of all, however, the instructors approach lessons from a perspective that tailors learning to the individual and greatly promotes growth and future success. My experience with my instructor, Shine, has been as positive and beneficial to my growth as a driver as I could hope for. On that basis alone, I can't recommend the program enough.

Fantastic experience: I learned quite a lot from the instructors they’re really calm and have a lot of good tips. Also you get to drive a Tesla which helps you see your surroundings better and makes your driving safer and more simple.

Fantastic experience: Probably the best driving school in Thunder Bay. This driving school helped me achieve my full G license, and the people who work there are awesome in my experience.

The staff are very friendly, and were able to go into great detail about all the skills one will need to be an excellent driver. Overall, I would highly recommend signing up for Young Drivers’ defensive driving courses.

Fantastic experience: YD offered online instruction my daughter could do at her own pace, it’s quite thorough and interactive (although long). Jennifer is kind and helpful!! Shine is an awesome instructor, he’s gentle and kind and it was a great experience for our daughter.

Fantastic experience: They are good I learned alot about road safety and sub habits I was able to do the 30 online course at home and fly out to thunder bay to do my 10 hours of in car lessons plus they provided me a ride after I completed the courses and they got me the earliest appointment for my g2 road test which I passed first try awesome people

Fantastic experience: Taught me everything I needed to easily pass my g2 test. I would suggest taking the in person course over the online course. The current driving instructor Shine, is very polite and extremely friendly. As long as you pay attention, you will learn everything you need to do to pass your g2 test.

Jennifer has gone way above and beyond to help us out with scheduling issues. She has extreme professionalism and provided us with options to make things work. People please remember this is a local business that deserves your support! It is worth the money! The driving lessons by Jason were helpful and he offered endless support in getting a licence. Negative experience: The girl answering the calls r very rude n unprofessional

Negative experience: Do not go here for driver's training. It is not a good place. The employees are very inconsiderate and try to snatch as much $$$ from you as possible. It is a horrible place to get your driver's training so please find some other Driving school. There are much better options that this place which is full of ignorant, rude and mindless employees.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience at Young Drivers Thunder Bay, very accommodative and prepared me for real life driving situations. A beautiful classroom and he driving instructors are very friendly and patient. I would recommend going to young drivers before taking your G2 test!

Negative experience: I'd rather go somewhere else!

Negative experience: I was very disappointed in Young Drivers. My daughter did not pass her drivers test and they just walk away saying good luck. when you pay for this service you expect that they will follow up if they do not pass. we were not even given a phone call. So I called them and there attitude was horrendous. I would have paid for extra lessons but they wanted another fee of $200.00. I had already paid $900 for something she never received . Lesson of safe driving. She was actually a good driver and passed on the next test but was not confident in her driving after failing. I believe that Young Drivers should of all times follow up if the student fails whether its the students fault or the MTO tester was having a bad day. I paid them to help my daughter get her drivers license and they did not produce.

Negative experience: Personally found Ron to be a horrible teacher. For some his teaching style may work but I found it completely ineffective. After my experience at young drivers, I got lessons from Jerry which were a thousand times more effective and better priced.
