Negative experience: I just spoke with the secretary. Worst customer service experience!! She is arrogant and speaks like a robot without any emotion, unfriendly. It was about a payment question, I just wanted to understand their way of charging. Not only is it so expensive, but they can't even explain it better. I think I'll look for another school for the next practice courses.

Negative experience: Was never able to get classes, I do not recommend going to it at all, I’ve had my learners for nearly 2 years now. I was able to get a pilot certificate before my drivers license.

Negative experience: Worst costumer service first of all they are not going to pick up the call and if by mistake they do they will put u on hold and call will be dropped after few minutes it happened to me almost 10 times within a week

Negative experience: Premier cours de conduite sur la route. Le moniteur stressé et pas patient. Il ne ma pas encouragé. Je ne sens pas la motivation de continuer avec lui.

Fantastic experience: M. Omar explique d’une façon très claire les manœuvres en étapes et met l’élève à l’aise pour une conduite sécuritaire. Il donne de l’importance au fait que l’apprenti conducteur comprenne bien les étapes derrière les manœuvres. Je recommande ce moniteur passionné par l’enseignement d’une conduite de qualité; on est entre de bonnes mains, accompagnés sur la voie d’une conduite fluide avec M. Omar.

Negative experience: Si j’avais pu mettre 0 je l’aurais fait. La secrétaire a le pire service à la clientèle. J’avais l’impression d’être dans un cauchemar tellement étrange la dame, riait a s’en époumoner sur une situation bien ordinaire. Sinon elle était juste complètement méchante, ignorant ce que moi ou ma mère lui demandions. Je ne retournerai plus là. jamais.

Negative experience: Today I ask questions regarding my contract and it’s cancelation policies, however the secretary was extremely rude and impolite, I can understand why this branch has a 1.9 star rating if I could give a lower rating I would.

Negative experience: The secretary is very rud,it is impossible to get scheduled a class, they will always send you to do it yourself online, when I was finally able to schedule my next class there was a delay of FOUR months!!! At list the teacher where nice and helpful

Negative experience: I can honestly say that this has to be one of the worst driving schools in Montreal. The secretary is rude all the time and not helpful at all. Every time I call to try and book a class they just tell me go to online and do it myself instead of assisting me like it's not their job. every class is always scheduled months apart from the last one and when the quarantine hit and my classes were canceled not one of them was rescheduled for me, I had to chase down available dates almost everyday. Terrible, don't get near this try something else anything is better than this.

Negative experience: Mauvais accueil pour une école de conduite censé accueillir des jeunes étudiants. Je vous la déconseille vivement. Les prix sont extremement haut, pour un service minable. Ils font meme partis des autos-ecole deconseillé a cause de leur prix. Optez pour une solution moins cher .

Negative experience: Très MAUVAIS service! Secrétaire très agressive et te donne pas la place pour placer un mot. On dirait qu’on vient faire un service militaire et non pas autoécole ! C’est difficile de faire une discussion civilisée avec cette madame. Crie beaucoup et traite mal les gens. Negative experience: Rude secretary, poor communication, barely any availabilities. If not for the fact they're close by, I'd never go here for classes. You'd better call before every class to make sure they're not cancelled, otherwise you might just waste your time going there. Just happened to me and they claimed they sent an email. No email was ever sent, I check my emails many times a day.

Positive experience: Monsieur Geatan est un prof super mais franchement, l'école devrait arrêter de prendre des élèves car il n'y a AUCUNE disponibilité pour les cours!!! Le contrat va expiré sans qu'on puisse terminer tout nos cours à cause de cela!
