Negative experience: Horrible experience. We had our 2 of our girls booked and then Covid happened. We hadn’t even started any lessons so we asked for a refund. Selina gave us every excuse in the book and finally, after months of talking to her she refunded some of our money back. She held some money back for “administration fees”.I do not recommend this driving school.

Fantastic experience: I am so impressed with Signal Driving School. My daughter went through the program several years ago and loved the experience, and my son just completed training and received his license on his first try! He was so well prepared by Selina and Shiraz. They are both fantastic instructors. Although my son drove with me a lot since receiving his learner's, the methodical and detailed instruction from Signal was invaluable for his confidence. If you want a driving school that cares about it's students, Signal Driving School is the place for you.

Negative experience: DO NOT go through this company if you or your child is looking at doing a Drivers Ed course. Seriously, AMA looks more expensive but with all of the hidden charges these people pull out of their @sses it actually ends up being cheaper with AMA. When I called in September 2020 looking to do this course later in the fall the price they gave me was $550 for the class and the driving training. When I called back in August, (the month they said they had bookings open) the price had mysteriously gone up to $750. There is also a $50 fee for "re-opening your file" if you don't finish the driving portion within six months of paying for the classes. When I paid this fee I asked for a receipt and was promptly ignored. On top of that, if you have no other option but to use their car for the driving portion you need to fork over $65 PER SESSION, with there being five driving sessions total. Keep in mind this is all required to be paid in either cash or e-transfer, with no receipts available, and no refunds. AMA costs $1000, all of this racks up to be $1125 and is shady as hell. Please don't make the same mistake I did and waste your time and money on this company, it's really not worth it.

Fantastic experience: I am a foreigner and was used to driving on the opposite side of the road. Signal driving school helped me so much to prepare for my driving road test. The service was professional, helpful, kind and helped me to feel confident and at ease. Thank you!

Negative experience: This school is a scam. Lessons expire which makes no sense. They’ll cancel on your last practice and say the lesson has expired, forcing you to fork over more cash or waste what you’ve spent. They have no receipts or contracts either so if you do go through them, write it down and have them sign!!! Horrible business. Do not waste money. Spend the extra $200 and go through AMA!

Fantastic experience: Just recently had our 2nd child go through Signal Driving School! Both got their license on their first try! Thank you Selina and Shiraz for yet another positive experience. You make a parents job easier by developing safe and confident drivers! Blessings to you both!

Fantastic experience: Two of my daughters have done their drivers training here and both have had great experiences. They have been accommodating to my kids schedules, and offered wonderful training to help them both pass their exams the first time.

Fantastic experience: I would totally recommend these guys! They teach you everything that is needed for the test and when they are driving with you they keep a good conversation and have a good sense of humour just to make you feel more comfortable and relaxed! Best company I've ever been with! Thanks again for all your hard work and dedication you put into this I really appreciate it!

Fantastic experience: My experience with this driving school was great, she was really nice and tought me everything that was needed. She kept conversation up when i was driving and that made it a more enjoyable experience for me.

Negative experience: Horrible experience with this company, watch out everyone they don't provide receipts, they don't finish the course, prolong the process, instructors are super rude they yell and tell the clients they will never be able to drive, this company is a scam and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Negative experience: Poor, the company does not provide receipts, and only take cash, so there are not records of the transactions. They are not clear on explaining their "not refunds" policies (meaning they never tell until you ask for it). Sad it is the only in Chesteremere, this should be checked by the local government.
