Fantastic experience: Noni is a good driving instructor, she helped me a lot getting my G2. She is very nice but firm instructor, she teaches that safety is the number one priority when driving. She gave me a lot advice in which I can improve from. As well, she was willing to adjust to my schedule.

Negative experience: If I could put no star I would. There was no good customer service. The lady clarified there hours from 9-7, when I arrived at the place at 10:30 the door was locked, so I then called the lady and said she was available at 1:30 because she was just at home. I expected this place to be a good business and that is not what happened (please do your research before deciding to choose this driving school for you or your child)

Fantastic experience: Noni is the best! She is a firm yet sweet instructor, her long driving experience is evident from the first lesson, she is patient and answers all questions, and will cater to your needs and schedule. Highly recommend taking driving lessons with first step driving school.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy that I used this company for my driving lessons!! I was a nervous driver to begin with but Noni helped a lot. She was very patient with me, gave me a lot of tips and would slightly adjust my habits where I needed to improve. I was extremely comfortable and would highly recommend First Step to anyone! Thank you so so much!

Negative experience: I was unable to complete my driver's ed that I had paid for as Noni would cancel and it would take forever to get it rescheduled as she wouldn't call us back (the one time I got all the way into town and she never even showed as she cancelled without even telling us). She would tell me to do something and when I did it she would yell and say not to do it. Also for several of my in car sessions she would be on her phone the entire time.

Fantastic experience: Loved driving with Noni, she is amazing and helped me out with driving. I recommend taking this driving course.

Negative experience: Back before the Covid, I enrolled my daughter in the school. Now I paid over 650 for this course which due to the Covid she was unable to do the road portion of it, however she was called several times by both my daughter and I throughout 2020 and now this year I called again and NO CALL BACK??!!! I find that suspicious and will NOT be recommending this company to anyone!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Negative experience: My son was not given a contract or any documentation. When he tried to book his last 2 hours of instruction she said his time had expired as per the paperwork he never received copies of. Instructor never offered advice to improve, just yelled at him . She constantly talked on her phone while she was supposedly instructing him while driving. Nothing was learned and now have to start over with a more reputable company. I highly advise anyone contemplating this business to think twice.
