Negative experience: Save yourself - Worst consumer experience, their site has technical difficulties and your child cannot take their exam, they still charge you and it delays their progress by several weeks. No accommodation to allow them to retake it quickly. Worse, no practical courses available for months. They take your money but do not offer you practical courses. Avoid this company at all costs! Tecnic Granby School.

Fantastic experience: I had a lot of problems with Tecnic… and frustrations. Fortunately, I had the honor of discussing with their employee Abiguaelle who then greatly helped me in planning my courses. I do not recommend Tecnic to people but I recommend Abiguaelle 1000 times for the solutions she found to help me. Thank you very much, Abi! Gabriel

Negative experience: Sign with them with full knowledge of the facts! My daughter started her lessons about 1 month (August 2023) before her 16th birthday (September 2023). Everything was going well and she was progressing steadily. \o/ Booking practical lessons was always a bit complicated, but she managed quite well nonetheless. About 2 months ago, everything changed. No availability AT ALL! Ever! She tries several times a week and there is never any availability. I strongly suggested she call, which she did about a month ago. So she has been on a waiting list since then. I called yesterday to try to find a solution by discussing with the kind lady (not sarcastic) on the phone. I'm still waiting for her to get back to me with a proposal to facilitate progress. The most reassuring thing I heard (full of sarcasm) was to be told: 'We will do our best to complete before the end of the contract.' This contract ends in late January 2025. I have friends in Farnham and this situation is non-existent. BE WARNED!

Negative experience: Disastrous service! Cancelling a class 28 hours in advance? Impossible! After 8 unanswered calls, I left a message on their website. Ten minutes later, finally a call... Result: $200 fee for my 14-year-old son because we didn't cancel 24 hours in advance!!! The receptionist tries, but the manager doesn't listen, is totally inflexible, and has no respect for her customers. No sense of responsibility, even if we have to wait hours to speak to someone when it works! It's totally unacceptable...

Negative experience: Poor customer service by phone. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes on the phone and received no answer. I called back 2 days later and once again no response after 1 hour. Furthermore, I was taking my motorcycle course and not only was the school unable to provide the necessary motorcycles based on the students' skills, but by not providing the required motorcycles, I suffered an accident and was unable to finish the motorcycle course. Despite my presence, Tecnic charges me $180 as if I had not shown up. It's shameful. I do not recommend.

Negative experience: Honestly, the young secretary is quite unpleasant. If we call to ask questions, it would be nice to be answered properly because I felt like I was bothering her. Negative experience: This summer my son inscribed for his scooter course and was Immediately discouraged because he was English and the woman at the office was very rude towards him. It's sad because when I called corporate the women Diane totally agreed with me and said they been haveing more and more complaints about the granby office. Tecnic just lost and my future business and recommendations.

Negative experience: Pire service de ma vie, le personnel es arrogant envers les élèves, en plus de payé 1500$ pour un cour de conduite ils décident de mettre des élèves dehors pour un manque de connection internet, c’est degeulasse

Fantastic experience: Une belle Gang de passioné.... Ca été une très belle expérience... Les gars sont très expérimenté et il y a du vécu derrière chaque petit truc ou intervention...
