Negative experience: I rarely leave 1 star reviews but damn the people who work at this auto school dont know their own job (prices, papers to give to people, etc) consistently and barelllyyy speak English or French... I already have a license and even I know more about the breakdown then the people working there. One time I went with my friend there the lady at the front desk didn't even know basic questions on the scheme of the lessons and was just shaking her head yes without understanding, like how do they work here? Incompetence to this degree is unacceptable, learn your job to be able to properly help people or don't work there. Downtown driving schools are way better and the people there know answers to questions you ask.

Negative experience: Disappointing service. The agent on the phone was very rude, shouting and hanging up several times when I asked for explanations about a payment demanded 30 minutes before my appointment, even though it had been booked over a month ago. This behavior is unacceptable. If you want to avoid such an experience, I strongly discourage this school.

I particularly liked my course with Kevin who was generous with his tips, advice and helpful feedback, which gave me confidence in my driving. My instructors were extremely friendly and patient, which made each lesson enjoyable. Moreover, the pricing is very reasonable, making it an ideal choice for those on a budget. He is very knowledgeable, patient and analyses where we go wrong or our weak points and makes sure we practice till we get that right. Fantastic experience: ABC driving school is just awesome! I had a great experience. The instructors are very friendly, and they know how to teach. I learned quickly and had no problem passing the knowledge and road test exam. The school not only teaches safe driving but also gives good tips for passing the exams. If you are looking to pass your driving test and gain better and safer driving skills, I highly recommend ABC driving school to anyone. ABC truly a lovely driving school full of knowledge, experience, and patience. I will forever be grateful for the skills ABC has taught me I could not thank ABC enough.

Negative experience: Extremely poor customer service, the first rep didn't even know what packages they had and the second lady rep doesn't even know proper english and completely misunderstood what I wanted to say. Very poor experience trying to get an instructor. You should first get yourself a proper customer rep to deal with your clients. No wonder why you have a 4.3 rating. Cheaper service doesn't always give you good service that is what they proved.

Fantastic experience: Happy with the school and with my instructor miss Vythege; teaching methods are gorgeous, especially for young and unexperienced drivers. The approach of miss Vythege is both comfortable and helpful - I managed to pass my road test from the first attempt. Very thankful to her. Choose this school and you will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and cooperative

Negative experience: SAAQ changed their system and because of that I couldn’t take an appointment for 5 months in order to take my learners permit, without the learners permit I couldn’t take a class during 5 months and now with only 1 class left to finish the course contract expired so they want to charge me $60 to renew the contract. I called the school and the secretary hang up the phone on me because he said he was “tired” so we didn’t want to talk to me, that he could only talk to me in person. Other than that, in 2 in-car classes the teacher was 10-15 minutes late and finished class on time, so instead of 1 hour class we did 45 minutes and in one of this classes 10-15 was parked (30 minutes actually driving at this point) because teacher took us to his house and stayed inside his house because he said he had to “take his vitamins” because of “flu signals”. Also in theory class I saw teacher skipping multiple slides (15 ish) and not talking about topics he said we were supposed to in the beginning of the class. I wonder how many more students they are charging $60 for something we can’t do nothing about. My answer to their answer: Yes, theoretically saying it is possible to finish in 6 months, but in practice I really doubt since a few times I had classes being booked for more than a month later because you had a busy agenda (it is understandable, but 6 months I really doubt). I cancelled 10 classes??? 5 yes because of reasonable reasons (including not wanting to infect instructor with covid which I had twice). The slides I understand the situation but it’s not just because “teacher skipped slides” but at the beginning of the class he said we would talk about topic a, b and c, and ended up talking only about a and b. I assume I canceled a few classes but I still find it unfair to miss 5 months of contract and the school charge me for ONE class. My dissatisfaction is on the 5 missed months that I could do literally nothing about it and at the end I couldn’t finish the course because I needed only 1 month more of contract, EVEN with the classes that I cancelled. For me it means that the school would take money from the client don’t matter what and will be 0% comprehensive, specially when one of the secretary said “we can’t do nothing about it, we have many more students in the same situation”. I would easily give 4 stars review if it wasn’t this event since I could actually learn and actually developed my driving skills with all the 4 instructors I had throughout the course, but this to me made me not even think twice to give 1 star.

Fantastic experience: Best driving school and our daughter has been driving for one year without any accidents so it means they drive the talk so to speak! Pricing is fair, theory classes online and more importantly the driving classes also happen from Laval We are now signing up our son and got amazing service again. Can’t wait to see him enjoy the ride Family business with exemplary teachers in both French and English. Booking a driving lesson is easy and you just have to play fair with the rules of not changing them every time. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: One of the best driving school in Montreal. The owner is so soft spoken and well mannered(All he need is two Minutes of your time, and your next words to him, is when can I start). There pricing is unmatched, much lower than the others out there. They have best tutors, they care about you from start until completion. I had a big fear about driving, they completely take care of that fear I had. The entire staff is so amazing from the owner to the instructors, the receptionist, every one, if you are a new driver like me, ABC Driving is the school to go. Thank you ABC, you made me a driver, something I never thought I could have done. A big shout out to Kevan, he is the best and coolest Instructor you can find anywhere. Fantastic experience: Great driving school. They have Good new cars and excellent instructors. Also cheaper then other nearby schools. I was able to pass my driving test today thanks to ABC. Highly recommended.
