Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my outing 9 and 10 with Imed. He takes his time to explain the techniques used. Furthermore, he is patient and doesn't stress the student. With him and Mr. Michel, the learning experience is going wonderfully.

Fantastic experience: I have to say, I had a brilliant experience with Tecnic Viau and that's mostly because of Michel Beaudet who knows what he is doing, his knowledge is extremely high, and knows how to transfer that, thanks to Michel I did pass the exam. I highly recommend Techic Driving School Viau, especially in combination with Michel Beaudet.

Positive experience: Imed and Michel are very good teachers. It's easy to book courses through the online portal, though it could take some time between courses to get one in English. I'm glad i went with Tecnic school for my driving courses!

Negative experience: Horrible experience!! I was disappointed I usually go to tecnic on langelier for my services and courses and it's always amazing! Yet this one time I go to viau the lady at the front desk named sophie was very rude! Even after me trying to understand and just be nice, I was treated with no respect at all, and for some reason she kept huffing and puffing while I was just tryna figure out when my course was gonna be rescheduled because the instructor never showed up!!!

Positive experience: Malgré le fait que le Tecnic est petit et moins bien situé, l’organisation des cours est très bien. Il offre beaucoup de disponibilité et de plages horaires pour convenir à tous. Le personnel puis les moniteurs sont très compétent et s’assure de corriger les fautes des élèves et montre les erreurs, aide à bien les corriger et à devenir un conducteur courtois et sécuritaire. Je suis très satisfaite du service que je reçois lors de mes cours avec différents moniteurs, ils sont tous très gentil et à l’écoute des demandes des élèves puis font toujours un bilan à la fin du cours pour nous conseiller et nous améliorer.

Fantastic experience: Do yourself a favor and take Beaudet Michel's classes for both theory and practice. I have taken classes with many tecnic instructors and he is always nice and insightful. His lessons, especially the practical ones are useful for more than the driving exam. He teaches you like he would teach a friend or family. I wish more instructors would share his enthusiasm about teaching and driving.

Negative experience: Vraiment nul comme organisation! J'avais un cours très tot (8h am)le matin et j'etais malade cette journée la.Depuis 6h30 j'ai appelé ,mais evidemment cetait fermé. Le point de service de technic , m'a dit que ca ouvrait a 11h ,lorsque j'avais appelé! Le lendemain, ,la receptionniste m'a dit que ca ouvrait a 9h,lorsque j'avais telephonné. Elle m'a expliqué qu'il faut appeler 48h a l'avance pour annuler un cours de perfectionnement.Comme si je pouvais prédir si j'allais tomber malade ou pas a l'avance ! #pathetique!

Negative experience: I just called this branch to subscribe for a driving course and the receptionist refused to speak English to me. The website says this branch provides classes in English but you can not really access them as the reception can not communicate with you. I am very disappointed with the service!

Fantastic experience: Je vous recommande vraiment de faire vos sortie a viau.Je suis tombé sur le best des instructeurs sylvain.Il est super comphrensif et tres drole je tiens a le mentionné.J'étais un peu stresser au début ,mais il ma pas rajouté de la pression mais au contraire ma mise alaise et comfortable ,dans l'auto aucun malaise! Vraiment jai rien a dire 11/10.

Negative experience: Google devrait nous laisser l'option de mettre aucun étoile ! L'école de conduite Lauzon à Jean-Talon et Viau, d'un professionnalisme PITEUX. Les agentes à la réception sont d'aucune aide ! Ils inventent des politiques de retard qu'ils ne respectent même pas. Toutes les raisons sont bonnes pour vous faire payer des frais. Les cours s'étendent sur des mois, car les professeurs sont manquants. Je recommande cette école de conduite à personne. Peut être l'école située à Hochelaga !
