I took the plunge a few months ago to finally obtain my license at age 41 It was scary and I was anxious, but my instructor Brent was beyond patient through all lessons, and today I took and passed the road test first try. Negative experience: Worst Driving school, very unprofessional instructors, only minting money , would not recommend anyone. AVOID AT ALL COST THEY JUST WANT TO GIVE AS MANY CLASSES AND MAKE MONEY AND MAKE YOUR CONFIDENCE LOW INSTEAD OF INCREASING.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Master Driver School enough. From the initial process of setting up lessons, right up to and after the road test, they are absolutely helpful, patient and extremely efficient. The instructors are truly masters of their craft- both with driving as well as teaching. Being from a country where we drive on the other side of the road, I felt this was exactly what I needed. On the day of my test, I was super nervous, however, the instructor was really supportive, and the little lesson prior to testing was ultimately quite calming. I am so grateful and appreciative for all the awesome assistance.

Negative experience: Saw one of your grey colored vehicles doing 80km in a 50km zone. Glad to see the teachers are showing our young drivers how to drive properly. Sarcasm if no one could tell.

We live in New Glasgow, and they were able to arrange the lessons right here! We weren’t expecting that and truly appreciated it. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was! The driving instructor was so wonderful and supportive. My daughter was nervous starting out but in the end was a confident driver due to the support and instruction from her instructor. She was with my daughter prior to and after the road test and celebrated her pass with her! I am so happy we enrolled in the classes. Thank you to all the staff!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this company enough! If you have any anxiety or are worried about learning to drive, this is the place for you. The instructors (especially Kevin) are so patient and super nice. Before you go for your road test you get a half hour practice with an instructor, which was super helpful.

Fantastic experience: I enrolled my son in Master’s Driving School during the pandemic. They were very professional, communicated well with us, and went out of their way to accommodate us, at a time when they were down an instructor and back-logged as a result of the COVID-19 lockdown and restrictions! They made the whole process super easy! As a result of the COVID-19 restrictions, my son’s road test had to be rescheduled twice. Master’s Driving School took care of all of the scheduling on our behalf and kept us well-informed throughout the entire process!

Positive experience: After trying to get ahold of them for a week, and leaving messages that didn't get returned they finally got back to me to explain their backlog. This bit of good customer service turned this from a one star to a four star review.

Fantastic experience: At the age of 58 I made the decision to get my drivers license. A bit intimidating to say the least, but I called Master Drivers and spoke with Shandra, and the rest is history! The Master Drivers team are friendly and professional and had me driving with confidence in no time. I knew I was ready when the time came for my driving test!
