New Concept Driving School

Fantastic experience: I had a a very experience instructor before name Burt Penafrancia. He explain everything about how to drive properly very nice guy always on time on our schedule now I want my son to learn the same way how he teach me before and I have a good record in driving unfortunately I lost his cell number....very reserve person and thank you Burt.

Fantastic experience: Zen is an excellent trainer and taking sessions with him helped me clear the test confidently.. I would anyday recommend him for some lessons before the test..

Negative experience: Hlo, don't see those comments that say it's very good. It's my personal experience and I am not making fake or intentionally these comments.First he took money from me, and then didn't replies to my call or msg. Because he was unable to be on his commitment. He took students who gave him more money, even if I had deposited him money a many weeks earlier. Later he said, others are paying me more, it's very low professional ethics and value. How come he can ask himself a teacher , he has low ethics and totally unprofessional. He can say no to you, if someone gives him more money. Choice is yours. Totally unprofessional and poor value and dignity regarding his profession.

Fantastic experience: Yeah this guy is awesome. Zhen gives u enough time to practice making sure u get a pass at the drive test Exam. Thanks to New concept driving school.

Fantastic experience: Passed my G test today with Zen which is my 1st attempt.. Had a few lessons with him before, which was very helpful and he took me through the test route this morning which put me at ease. So glad he was very professional.

Fantastic experience: I found Zen on Kijiji. He is very structured and punctual. Passed my G2 with flying colours . Zen also helped me get over the pressure of driving in downtown by doing some practice sessions there. He is very flexible in his schedule

Negative experience: I felt like I’ve been a victim of racism , I called them and they suddenly speak Chinese and when they heard me speaking in English she said wrong number sorry in English then hang up ! Cool thanks you’ve been very helpful lady!

Being a new immigrant I had to get my license fast and I made the right decision to contact Zen for my initial driving lessons. After the classes he managed to book an express test for me which I cleared in the 1st attempt. I would definitely recommend his services for driving lessons and for obtaining the License in record time

Fantastic experience: Zen Liu is an amazing instructor, he's patient and teaches you all the right skills that you need to pass the exam and also he teaches you skills that are beneficial in daily driving. I would highly recommend zen Liu, I just passed my G test after only two lessons with zen Liu.

Negative experience: My parked car was hit by a New Concept driving school student and instructor. They hit and run and I was only aware of this as I was leaving the Food Basics at Steeles and Don Mills and watched it pull away from my parked car. Do not use this unethical company who are teaching new drivers with the concept that it is okay to hit and run.

Fantastic experience: Excellent driving school. I was fairly scared to be introduced to being on the road but their excellent driving instructors were able to get me comfortable to driving in a matter of a few weeks!
