Negative experience: Unfortunately, this person is a liar and does not commit to appointments. I was prepared according to the appointment, but when the time passed, she did not show up. When I called her, she did not answer my phone. Later, I called from my husband's phone, and she said, "I can't come today; I'll come tomorrow." Fantastic experience: After taking a few driving lessons with Neelam, I gained confidence in my driving skills and passed my G2 test on my first attempt. Neelam is a great instructor. 10/10.

Positive experience: Neelam is a good instructor instilling confidence in her student. As a new driver, I learnt a lot from her lessons and with extra personal lessons too, I was able to pass my G2 at first try.

Negative experience: Absolutely disappointed. You got taught by some different person on before the test date and boom on the road test you get a different person teaching you. Don't know how to say anything positive about them.

Negative experience: Rajiv is really very unprofessional and would say has lack of knowledge too. They do not work as per commitment. Does not provide proper guidelines or is not serious/ not interested about the driving lessons he provide. Increases money even after deciding at very first day ( I had G2 test in Guelph for which the fees of $300 was decided with his wife. At the day of exam he charged $50 more mentioning it took him along time to reach. Whereas I had to call him and tell to come early to have a practice session before exam, which never happened because we arrived 5 minutes before the test time.) Never came on time, never answered the calls - had to always call his wife if I wanted to speak with him. Very casual attitude when comes to provide you the guidance on driving. He just wants money, without providing any satisfactory service.

Fantastic experience: Neelam and Rajiv are easily the best possible driving instructors I could have dreamed of. I’m a bit of an older student (early 40s) and did not even start with a learners’ permit until I was in my 30s. I hate hate hate tests, especially things like Drivers’ tests, but Rajiv and Neelam got me ready for both road tests over the years in spite of myself. They’re calm, patient, and encouraging while also being unrelenting in their effort to get me to be a safe and competent driver. In the end, and thanks in large part to their teaching, I passed my final G test. When I asked the testing official what I could do to improve she said “honestly, there isn’t really anything.” Thanks Neelam and Rajiv!

Fantastic experience: Neelam is well experienced, If she tells you take 4 road lessons and you will pass, that settles it - it comes as she predicts. Though I was practicing for a G2 test, but she extended my practice to G roads... She encourages you even when you are making mistakes... Negative experience: Beware, I enrolled with TOPLINE (Rajiv) and money minded people. Rude and cheater. Right from first class Rajiv will impose 20 classes. Will not reply to your messages after you enroll and pay fees.Need to call them many times than they pick up the call. Instead of continuing the class they will delay so that you will forget what you have learn and then will take more class. He will not come in time 10 mins late but will drop you on time. He will come on weekend only if he you are paying money or fees else will only come on weekdays.If they have given discount in price they will keep on telling you that you paid less every now and than and will give less priority. Better not take class from them .
