Negative experience: The virtual classes were very informative and helped me a lot but my instructor was another story. He was honestly kind of rude to me and would seem bothered when I would ask a question. I found him to be quite unprofessional. I will not be recommending young drivers to other people.

Fantastic experience: Daniel Campbell was an excellent instructor. Very knowledgeable and I learned alot from him. Would recommend Young Drivers to anyone interested in getting their license.

Fantastic experience: mark was a great instructor. he made me feel every confident on the road and comfortable for my road test. even though i had 4 months off due to me being sick. he didn’t yell at me, when i made a mistake.

Negative experience: Their customer service is one of a kind. No communication till you contact them. I passed the assessments the last time I took it. And they insisted that I did not, make me feel like I am a joker. They also trick you to buy more hours and said thats how their program works. Jesus

Negative experience: Unprofessional, the Instructor is impatient, encourage road rage and make you lost your focus. No communication from the office. The biggest sick joke of SJ businesses.

Negative experience: What the sick joker of they saying how their program works. They trick you to buy more hours, using the hours u paid for to do assessments then trick you that you do not have enough hours for the road test. The instructors, impatient and engage road rage, non-sense talkative and make you lost focus on the road.

Negative experience: Hostile, unprofessional and verbally abusive instructor who causes driver anxiety and stress. Wrote the company and called administrator to register a complaint, and was not responded to at all. Instructor is still terrorizing young drivers. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I would 110% recommend Young Driver Academy to new Learners as Mark (Driving Instructor) has good knowledge about Real Road Test, and he wouldn't let me down and helped me to pass my road test. He is a nice guy. Please book your lesson with Young Driver Academy.

Negative experience: they make a claim "Best Insurance Discounts: No other driving school can offer better insurance savings to newly licensed drivers after course completion." I work for large Canadian insurance company this claim is misleading there is only one discount you got it or you don’t. None of them are better than any other company’s discount.

Fantastic experience: Would recommend to everyone, though at one point I wouldn't of and that's due to my impatience and being promised something that wasn't achieved in the time period I tried for. But after thinking it over and looking back at the overall experience and results of and from taking this course. I'm very pleased with the knowledge and skills I have gained thru this program. Thank you very much Karl and Mark for all the incredible knowledge and skills you pass on, take your time and listen too these 2 incredible instructors/teachers

Fantastic experience: Worked with both instructors one in class and one on the road, both great teachers, the money the YDC certificate save me on insurance is great. I would recommend this program for anyone wanting to learn how to be comfortable and confident behind the wheel of your car.

Fantastic experience: This was truly the best experience, my instructor was nothing but kind and understanding, the classroom was fun and exciting, the learning experience was pleasent, our instructor welcomed everyone with open arms, and was so proud of my success!!!!! I will recommend young drivers to anyone interested in drivers ed!!!!!!

Negative experience: I was never comfortable driving with the instructor and was always nervous around him. He would constantly complain about my mistakes, was never calm and this attitude of his made me anxious all the time. And they wouldn't give you the driving school certificate (even if you passed the New Brunswick road test) unless you can pass the driving school's own road test. Which means you just keep on booking more classes with them costing you more money. Found Atlantic Driving School to be much better.

Negative experience: Driving instructor was very rude and impatient. Encouraged road rage. Not professional at all. I'd stay far away from this place!
