Negative experience: Update: I sent an email on January 1st at 9:46 AM as you wrote below and you know what? No response from you... And now you just canceled 2 classes for my son! I can't see the end of this... Really very disappointed with this driving school, my son is now at phase 3 and since the beginning it has been extremely difficult to schedule classes. I check availability every day and I call at least once a week and there's never a spot! It's a full-time job trying to schedule classes for him, I'm always told that in Granby they are short on instructors or the schedule hasn't come out yet, call us back... So if you are from Granby, I do not recommend this school.

Negative experience: There is never a spot for classes, I have been waiting for a class for 5 months and still nothing. It is a very large waste of money with little merit.

Negative experience: I give 2 stars solely because I don't want to overlook the excellent service of the secretaries as well as Jean's work as an instructor (the best instructor there). The rest of the instructors, as well as the teachers of the theoretical courses I've had, deserve 0/5, unfortunately. The instructors clearly don't have the same training as they often contradict each other, which often misleads. The theoretical course teachers struggle to talk to us about the course topic; I even had one who openly referred to the municipal street workers as 'losers'. So here's why I give 2/5.

Negative experience: Very bad welcome, I arrived there at 6:30 and they refused to register me because I quote 'I am getting ready to close' when the closing was in 30 minutes, so there was plenty of time to register me. Very disappointed.

Negative experience: A l'argent bin raide et trouve toute excuses possible pour justifier leur tarif exorbitant et pour des video conference ... completement ridicule et capitaliste.. money mosquitos
Negative experience: Vraiment très déçue, aucune façon de communiquer avec vous, j’ai du payer des frais pour la réouverture de mon dossier suite au délais que la covid a créée en fermant vos succursales, j’ai du payer des frais pour annuler des cours avec un instructeur dangereux, je dois encore payer des frais puisque j’ai du aller à l’hôpital avec mon fils et AUCUN moyen de laisser un message ou avisé quelqu’un. Déplorable de fonctionner de cette façon, aucune compréhension.

Positive experience: Sa n’a pas de bons sens cela fait 2x fois qu’on me fermer sur la face après avoir attendu 45min chaque fois! Sylvie et super gentille mais mettre plus de monde avec l’augmentation de client ne sera pas une mauvaise chose!
