Negative experience: They scammed me in January, Mrs. Aline was very kind to sell me the course, but since I paid no one else answered my calls, and then in April they sent me an email saying that they are in bankruptcy proceedings, at that time, Aline knew that they couldn't give me the driving course.

Negative experience: Apparently this school is closing...don't give them any money before you confirm

Negative experience: awful, staff is rude and i was canceled on more times then i can count. nothing is organized and as soon as i am done this course i will let everyone know how truly awful this experience was. i had multiple different drivers, some were nice but there is the mean one who is very condescending and not talkative. i wish i could give 0 stars. it took so long to even book that i already got my g2 before even finishing lessons. i am extremely disappointed

Negative experience: Amazing staff but last driving hour with the manager was dreadful...

Negative experience: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. My first lessons I had Tammy she was amazing very nice and always understood when I was nervous and whenever I had questions she answered them. She created a good environment for me to learn. THEN it came to my last hour with the manager chick. I tried being nice and friendly but she was silent and mean. My whole hour with her I almost had a panic attack because she yelled at me and was so rude which led me to make mistakes. I was uncomfortable and wanted to go home she also talked to me like I was stupid. NOW I'm scared to take my g2 because I don't feel confident...yes I am blaming that manger chick because she ruined it for me I am so furious. Only reason there's two stars is because Tammy so thank her she is meant in this field not the other chick whose making nervous drivers.

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Valley driver training from online course to in car training and have had nothing but positive learning experiences. They are willing to work with you on payment segments if you cant pay in full, incredibly helpful and kind receptionist and the trainer I have is informative in the best way possible with lots of patience and care to help you understand as best you can. Definitely would recommend. As long as you are responsible, thoughtful driver and a kind human you will have a good learning experience with Valley driver training.

Negative experience: Go learn how to parallel park or backing into a spot in an empty parking lot. Do NOT use a busy Walmart parking lot.

Fantastic experience: My driving instructor Lise, was very informative, patient and put you at ease. I felt if I started my lesson with her that it would have saved me money in the long run. Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. As an adult with anxiety it was tough getting behind the wheel but Shelley & her team know exactly how to teach the skills you need to be a safe, law abiding & confident driver! I would recommend them to all new drivers, young & old ;-) (Thank you Shelley!)

Negative experience: My first hour with Sheila was not pleasant. She was mean and wasnt understanding that I was a new driver. My last hour with Lise was horrible. She wanted to re schedule my hour because someone canceled and she wanted to get to camp earlier! Mean while I live in chemmy so I had to leave earlier this is 30 minutes away! She was unprofessional, would call me honey, baby girl etc which is odd because I never met her before. She wasn’t nice about the fact that I am a nervous driver and ended up making me have a breakdown. would not go with these two instructors!

Fantastic experience: I had the most amazing teacher today. She was calm we talked about what I needed to understand and know. Thank you for not giving up on me Valley Driver Training. I am now confident I can do this. This year was tough on me and taking your time to help me finish this and give me the confidence and know how makes me appreciate the privileges I am about to take on as a fully licensed driver.

Negative experience: Awful it takes 2 weeks to get the certificate but Laurentian does it the same day

Bea VB 9 years ago

Negative experience: Unorganized. Teacher short formed everything in a way that was hard to understand, and went too quickly through all the material. Sat at the front and went through slides rather than engaging the class. Spent more time showing videos than actually teaching the class. Secretary either doesn't answer phones or return calls. Learning environment was discusting with duck tape to keep the carpet down.

Fantastic experience: Due to a vision problem the mto requested i take a driving evaluation. it was done in Sudbury with this driving school. i also am a driving instructor and former driver examiner with the MTO. I found this school to be very professional and my instructor quite qualified. Sudbury is lucky to have such a top notch school. Thanks Shelly

Negative experience: Errors in workbook contrary to driver's handbook and HTA; instructor's vehicle too small to be able to drive safely; in class writing / workbook excessive if completed in entirety - no clear instruction as to what was actually required for answers in workbook except in class and instructor was too quick to follow. I guess there is a reason it is the most inexpensive beginner driver's course in town. Reception is extremely happy and inviting. Anxious to please and accepted criticisms well.
