Fantastic experience: It was a very nice experience. I had very good teachers. They explain well and clearly, and take the time to re-explain if you don't understand. They accompany you until you have your license in hand. Thank you to Andy's driving school and especially a big thank you to Mr. Afaz, who accompanied me on the majority of my outings.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Andy's school for driving lessons. My daughter passed her SAAQ tests (theory and practice) successfully the first time after she took classes at Andy's. Rola was a very patient instructor and guided my daughter giving her the proper comments to ensure her safety and drive well. It was smooth for us to work with Rola when scheduling for the practice course lessons. I am happy that I found this school and I highly recommend it for the great service.

Negative experience: The worst driving school. My last driving lesson was canceled for being 1 minute late. The receptionist hung up on me and told me to manage on my own. I am completely DISSATISFIED. HORRIBLE AND IMPOLITE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Hello, We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied from your experience at Andy's. Yet, we have the obligation to clarify the following: 1- The driving session was scheduled at 10:30 am. At 10:31 am, the teacher called you to check where you were, since you did not call the school. Your feedback was that the GPS took the taxi driver in the wrong direction. You were asked how long it will take you to reach the school. After 3 minutes, your answer was that it will take at least 5 minutes. Accordingly, by computing the time wasted, you will be able to realize that the delay was a minimum of 10 minutes. We highly appreciate if you can check the time length as well as the recording of the conversation to validate the above. 2- Based on the communication of SAAQ, the time span of the driving session cannot be reduced for any reason. This is what the teacher explained to you over the phone. We can only allow a delay of 5 minutes only, since we ask the teacher to loose the 5 minutes break to be able to respect SAAQ requirements. Since you couldn't make it within 5 minutes after the scheduled time of the session, the teacher had no choice except canceling the session. 3- If you check the office working hours, we do open at 12 noon, and your driving session was at 10:30 am. So, the person you spoke to was the teacher who could have just not called you when you didn't come on time. 4- Despite all the above, the school wavered the retake fee that students have to pay for missing the driving session, though we have fulfilled all our obligations. Accordingly, the teacher was penalized. 5-Though we understand that the taxi driver followed the wrong directions of the GPS, we highly believe that to avoid any unpleasant situations, a student should plan to reach destination at least 15 minutes than the scheduled, exactly as we ask the teachers to do. All this situation wouldn't have occurred. 6- We congratulate you for passing your road test on the 1st try with a score in the late 90s, despite what happened on your last driving session

Fantastic experience: I started at Andy's 7 years ago. I ended up giving up because I was too scared to drive. Today I can finally say, I passed my SAAQ exam! I can't thank Nazar and Rola enough for everything they have done for me. I'm so thankful for everything they have thaught me. They were absolutely right, if I do exactly has they have thought me I will pass my exam. They were right. They gave me the courage and confidence to go ahead and finish my courses till the end. This school truly believes in all there students and there capability of passing there SAAQ exam. I'm so thankful for all of there hard work. They accomadate you so well with your schedule. I work in health and it's sometimes very hard to get around with that type of schedule but they made it work for me, which I love about them! Thank you Rola for giving me the confidence I needed the day of my exam. This goes out to all the staff, keep up your hard work, you are truly amazing and truly payed off

Fantastic experience: These guys got me done during the pandemic in just under a year while all my other friends from other schools were complaining about being delayed. They were the only ones to inform me of their success rate. The staff is professional and are always trying their hardest to keep you on track. If you're going to attend a driving school, I don't recommend you buy the book as much as they make it seem relevant, everything you need to study and prepare for the exam is already on the saaq website for free.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with you guys! The teachers are amazing and they helped me from the beginning to the end. Fantastic experience: I finished my theory credits and passed the theory test many years ago, but was not able to get further due to too much other stuff going on. But I was able to get everything ready smoothly to pick up exactly where I had left off (retake the theory test so I can start driving classes again, since I didn't even bother to keep renewing my learner's permit) thanks to super good and morally supportive teachers, and passed the driving test the first time despite practicing only a few times outside of classes by adding more classes with teachers (I'm pretty old and cannot depend on my own parents' unconditional patience, so the teachers acted as really patient surrogates for me). The two teachers I had at this school both observed my areas of difficulty, and quickly adapted their teaching strategies to keep encouraging me so I could improve without getting scared. (I have been to 3 different schools, some driving teachers just scare you.) They also squeezed in last-min classes right before my test to increase my chances of passing, and I did. I'm really thankful to this school.

Moreover, we never ask students to take more hours and we have one of the highest success rates at SAAQ without that students take any additional hour. Negative experience: The manager owner is very unprofessional and rude,and walked away mid conversation, and answered her phone 4 times she's a big fat lier and said we owe 910$ because SHE LOST THE RECIPTS but when I pointed out there's a patient hand written on the paper she said no and then the AQTr said no we owe 250$ and she still charged 350$. Don't bring anyone here , terrible school with terrible administration , the young girl who works there is very nice, but the owner is a terrible person , and a lier and a crook

To be able to improve our services, we need to undertake a thorough investigation of what was mentioned in your review once we receive your answers to the following questions: 1- We do not have any student in the name of the person who wrote the review. What is the student’s name and when did he/she enroll? If you prefer to communicate the name by e-mail or over the phone, to protect the student’s privacy, please feel free to do so. 2- The manager is not involved in daily operations. Why did you need a manager? 3- You mention that the manager walked away in the middle of the conversation: a- Were you the person who came to meet the manager? b- Did you call to make sure that the manager is present and/or available before coming? c- On which day and time did you visit the office? d- Was the manager present and available when you arrived? We are asking these questions to be able to check if the manager had a pre-set appointment with an external client while you were in the office, which is a possibility among others. However, to be able to validate, we need more detailed information from your part. 4- You mention that the manager who told you that you owe 910$, lost the receipts: a- Each student gets a contract signed, upon enrollment, on which the total amount of services is mentioned. Where is your copy of the contract signed by the student and what is the amount shown on the contract for the services? b- The manager cannot lose the receipts since all payments are entered in the system, and the student gets instantly an electronic receipt, upon payment. Manual receipts are never issued for the Road Safety Education Program at Andy’s. 5- Was the student requesting a transfer to another school? If it is a transfer, this may explain the difference between the amount of the contract and the amount you ended up paying. 6- You mention that AQTR told you that you need to pay 250$: The amounts that need to be paid by students are based on the services received by the student, and the price of the service as mentioned in your contract. a- On what basis was the amount of 250$ determined by AQTR? b- Did the manager give you, in writing, the breakdown of services that you paid for, based on the contract in place? As you notice, lot of details, which are pre-requisites to understand the situation, are missing. We appreciate that you provide us with these details at your earliest convenience.
