Fantastic experience: I just wrapped up my Driver's Ed course, and it was awesome! The instructor was really engaging and made learning to drive feel less intimidating. They balanced classroom instruction with plenty of real driving time, at a good price. I loved how they offered personalized feedback, making sure I understood everything before my road test. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone wanting to learn how to drive!

Negative experience: Just had a recent terrible experience with Marshall Law Driving. I know there are mixed reviews but from my personal experience they disappoint kids and steal your money. My daughter was registered for the driving school over a month ago. After what felt like pulling teeth to get a lesson finally booked. Marshall Law didn't show for the first lesson and didn't communicate that they weren't coming. Waited over 30 mins for them to show or respond at our attempt to reach them. I requested to withdraw my daughter from their school and get a full refund so I can put her in a professionally run program. After some back and forth messages of them making excuses as to why they should keep my money and me telling them that I shouldn't pay for services I didn't receive. They sent me 50% and blocked me. I have not received a single service from them, no lessons, no links, no theory. From my experience they are poorly run and have very little integrity. I highly recommend you steer clear from this place.

I learned alot and got way more knowledge of riding than expected. I highly recommend anyone looking to get their motorcycle license sing up With Marshall Law Academy. Well worth the money. Negative experience: The man who owns the driving school is very rude and is a flat out lier, makes you wait forever and does not respond to call or texts, adds on extra charges! The way he speaks to his clients is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this guys for nothing especially driving.

Fantastic experience: I had Neal for my Drivers Ed both theory and in car, he taught me the rules of the road and was great with feedback and full of useful tips. He is great with scheduling lessons. My friends who didn’t go with him are jealous, since they’ve been waiting months else where, meanwhile I’ve finished with Marshall Law on time.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely 100 percent recommend this driving school… they accommodated my son’s schedule through school, sports and was always there to help with any questions I had. My son felt great and very confident after every lesson and passed his road test the first time! My daughter also attended Marshall’s driving school! Very highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best driving school out there! (with amazing prices) I don’t think I would have passed my driving test the first time without Neal guiding my sister and I through every lesson. Before the theory portion was ended Neal told us he’ll make sure to get my sister and I out driving as soon as possible, always communicated effectively and knowledgeable to both her and I. During the driving lessons he answered about a million questions her and I shared to help with our understanding to safe driving! It takes a lot of patience dealing with young drivers who have no experience with driving, Neal is very calm and handles every situation with knowledge at the end. After every session he explained what we needed work on, what we have done correctly or incorrectly in lessons, and overall helped us pinpoint everything we needed to correct for the best outcome in safe driving. I couldn’t thank him and his staff enough for their encouragement and help! His newest addition to the staff is excellent! He helped give real advice for car parts, pinpoints on the road if your ever broke down, and helped quiz drivers on signs and the importance of knowing road signs and their meaning, this whole group of staff dedicated their time to people’s children, mothers, fathers, everybody! They don’t get the acknowledgment they rightly deserve. Thank you Neal and his dedicated staff.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank the Marshall Law Driving Academy for taking time out their hands to ensure I have a safe road to being an independent driver. Taking the drivers education course with Neal was a smooth sailing time. He was very accommodating and considerate with my busy schedule. He and his staff members are very helpful and gives you the best advice to ensure you understand the best way to maneuver a vehicle. Neal is a very enjoyable teacher to be around, you can joke around with him, while he still can teach very valuable lessons. I had many questions about road safety and Neal never failed to give an in depth, educational and quality answer. As someone who was nervous to be on the road, he ensured I understood all the right procedures to be a confident driver behind the wheel. I would recommend Marshall Law Driving Academy to any person who is looking to get the best lessons from highly educated driving instructors.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Marshall Law Driving Academy. On the day of my daughter's road test I had an unexpected training for work come up and I didn't have a way to get my daughter to the DMV in Windsor for her road test. Neil went above and beyond. He came to our house to pick her up in the morning and brought her to the DMV for her test. The DMV didnt take apple pay, so he paid for her license for her and let me etransfer the money to him so she could get her license that day. Then he brought her to school after the test. My son also did his driving course and driving lessons with Neil, all with a positive experience and outcome. Both kids passed their road tests on the first try. Neil is very accommodating, and always worked around my kids schedules, which is not easy when they play sports, work and go to school.

Messages were replied to in a timely manner and the flexibility to help meet our son's busy schedule for driving hours was appreciated. Bobbi and Neal were amazing to work with. Fantastic experience: My twins completed Drivers Ed with Marshall Law this past summer (2023). The theory component was done on line and Neal checked in with me often to update me on their progress. Once their theory was completed both Neal & Bobbi made every effort to compete their in car sessions, working around the twins’ very challenging schedules. The instructors took the time after lessons to talk to me About what was worked on that session and how I can help to continue building on those skills when in the car with my new drivers. The twins took their road test 1 month apart and had the exact same score (7). I think that says a lot about the structure of the course and the way Neal & Bobbi are teaching. I chose Marshall Law for my twins drivers education because of the Community Support the company has shown and I’m glad I did. I’ve recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. Thank you for giving my kids the skills and confidence to navigate the roads.

Fantastic experience: Marshall Law Driving Academy started my daughter off on the right track to get her license and to be safe on the roads! I knew I had zero patience to teach her how to drive and Neal showed her how to do it with ease.

Fantastic experience: My daughter took the Defensive Driving course and the 3 hour driving instruction bundle. She’s 22 and had failed her road test 2 times before. Her confidence and spirits were low. She took this course to help gain more understanding of the rules of the road and to find out what she needed to work on while driving. Marshall Law Driving was very accommodating to her work and school schedule. They were great overall. Bottom line is my daughter finally passed her road test after using Marshall Law Driving. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Both my daughters used Marshall Law Driving Academy, one when she was just starting to drive (passed the first time) and one that just needed a couple extra hours of practice after taking a different course in the Valley and not being able to pass the driving test 4 times before that. Neal has always been helpful, accommodating and still answers questions that I have a couple years later when I ask him. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Not sure why Neal gets such a bad rep on here. I did the online course had no issues with it at all. I did my driving with Neal and Wayne both very nice people and great to train with. I passed my road test first try and I credit Neal for my success. Great price for the course and overall a wonderful experience. Unfortunately you cant please everyone and some people will complain regardless. I'd give six stars if it was an option. Negative experience: UPDATE MAY 15, 2023 Because of the issues with Marshall Law Driving Academy (see my full review about the below) I contacted Sackville Driving School in early April. Since I was out the money I paid Marshall Law I had to save up again for my Son's driving lessons. Stacey and Dan from Sackville Driving School were great to work with and in just over a month completed my Son's ten in car lessons and he successfully passed his driving test on May 12th. Below details the experience we had with Marshall Law. -------------------------------------------------- This is to share our experience with Marshall Law Driving Academy. This is only our experience, I suggest you check out other google reviews and their Better Business Profile to form your own opinion. - We signed our Son with Marshall Law Driving Acadmey in April of 2022. The total for the course was $750 We paid $250 on April 14th and the $500 balance on July 7th. - My Son completed the online part of the course in October. He had some technical issues with the online course and other commitments, however we were told there was no time limit to complete the online portion. - After a few requests to get started with lessons my son had his first and only in car lesson on December 4th. The course was to include the online training and 10 in car lessons. - During December I contacted the instructor after his lesson on December 4th, then on December 17th, 27th and 28th. We had a lesson scheduled for January 6th, however the instructor had to cancel due to a family emergency. That is completely understandable. - On January 10th the instructor did contact me and asked if the following Wednesday would work. My son has a weekly commitment on Wednesday with AirCadets and couldn't make it. After that I reached out 14th and 19th of January to try and schedule my Son's next lesson. I did not receive a reply to either attempt. - I reached out again on February 12th and there was no reply. Finally on February 20th I reached out to say I understood it looked like we just couldn't work out a schedule between us and asked for a partial refund for the nine in car lessons we had not received. This was met with an immediate replay and I was advised there would be no refunds.

Negative experience: Neal is an extremely shady "Businessman" with zero interest in anything besides taking your money and offering you a pathetic "Partial" refund (usually less than half of what you paid). When you try to speak to him in a polite manner he gets angry, spews vitriol and acts like a gigantic child. He will also go after you personally, getting family members to call you and impersonate peace officers to dig up your personal info. I am surprised that the business hasn't gone under due to how bad of an owner Neal is.

Negative experience: I only added a star because I had to in order to write a review. This is not something I bother with often. Be very wary of this driving school and the owner. My daughter signed up for classes and we got that over with, even with Covid issues. The real troubles began when it was time to schedule her actual road sessions and it was extremely difficult. Neal would cancel last minute or completely ignore our daughter. This went on for months. He then blamed it on her for not responding but we had all of their correspondence, and she is not to blame. He refused to refund us, even though he only met with her twice, in 8 months. I tried to resolve it, and he ignored me. We filed a complaint with Access NS, and he actively encouraged it. We have now had to start fresh, with another driving school. Neal is very unprofessional and is clearly more about making money, then truly taking care of ALL of his students. STAY CLEAR.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience with Neal and Marshall Law Driving Academy. We plan to use them again soon for our second child. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I wish there was a spot to leave a zero rating. My daughter signed up with Marshall law for the online course which is supposed to take 25 hours to complete. She was having difficulty completing the modules because the course was forcing her to give incorrect answers compared to what was taught in the module. We noticed the pattern by the time she hit the third module and I had her take pictures of each of the screens so she could refer back for correct answers. Unfortunately we do not have photos of each example because the other two modules were completed, but in module 3 called "blind spots" it forced her to not put blind spot in an answer but blind area instead. Because of these issues she would have to redo the modules for incorrect answers, wasting a considerable amount of time. During this I was talking online to his other instructor, who he's since fired, and her and I were going through the questions and she couldn't even answer them because of the errors. She apologized profusely for the problems and told me to contact Neal. My daughter emailed Neal and requested a refund due to the level of frustration she experienced with the course. She spent over 8 hours on the three modules (with 25 total to complete, supposed to take 1 hr per) and truly doesn't have the time to waste being a full-time student, disabled and mother. Neal's response to that, was we should call tech support and that maybe she should try a little harder and online courses aren't easy. Little did he know my daughter made high honors doing her college courses through NSCC AND IS VERY FAMILIAR WITH ONLINE LEARNING. When the online learning is teaching you one thing, and expecting you to answer a completely different answer, that is not the student's fault. To the comment he made regarding calling tech support ...I design websites and do 3D printing for a living and I know my way around a computer, and I can assure you that it was not a tech support issue, it was a content issue and we weren't wasting any more time on this garbage. I have filed a complaint with the department of motor vehicles and they have been made aware that he is providing a course that is teaching incorrect information. Honestly, had he apologized and said that he would contact the company that he purchased the course from to have the information corrected, we may have softened a little and not demanded the refund, but He is just so disgustingly disrespectful and unprofessional that I would never let my daughter sit in a vehicle with that man, and expect her to relax and have a driving lesson, and he fired the only person that she would have been comfortable with. Please feel free to message me for screenshots of our emails with him, asking for my daughters $345 back. I also expect my daughter to get a nasty email threatening to sue for slander, for me writing this review because, that is what he has done with others. I am requesting that he does not harass my daughter when he reads this but I'm sure he won't care, so If he does email her, I will be posting it for everyone to see, along with all other communication. Neal should know that it is not slander if you have proof. And by the look of the other reviews here I'm not the only one who you have treated poorly. You owe my daughter $345 and I will be taking you to court. See you there! *Neal your response said I'm an associate of the previous instructor. I only know her through a friend on Facebook and have never met the woman. She was kind enough to answer my questions when we were having, issues and unlike yourself, she was very professional in handling them. Who I know doesn't even matter when it comes to the fact that you won't refund the money that you owe my daughter and I will continue to share this review wherever and whenever possible. Maybe I'll share it with my 11,000 followers on tiktok. Have a good day.

Positive experience: Been taking the Enfield course since it started on August 29th and have been very satisfied with the information tought and the teaching methods Neal uses. It's easy to tell he has a passion for passing on his knowledge. His handwriting can use a lil' work though, its kinda hard to understand what he writes on his board at times. Beyond that, he has my reccomendation!

Negative experience: If negative stars was an option, then this place would be it. This is my first ever google review, but could not resist when it came to this company and owner. I was warned not to use these guys, but I gave them the benefit of doubt. My mistake. Can only blame myself for not listening to others. This is the most unprofessional and disrespectful place and owner I have ever dealt with. My step daughter has been dragged through this ridiculous process and let down over and over with excuse after excuse for close to a year now. Been a fight to get class room time and now she has had a lesson or 2 and he decides to tell me I can have a partial refund. Don't even know why. We just wanted him to fill his obligations, which he has failed to do over and over. Absolute disappointment from Neal.

Negative experience: Started taking driver's education here a year ago, and have not had a single in-car lesson yet. I have reached out periodically throughout the year, trying to book a lesson, but Neal has not made an effort to contact me. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful service.
