Fantastic experience: Friendly and professional with fair prices. Teacher bruce is an amazing teacher. Alot of knowledge and friendly. Done first 2 driving classes and enjoying it. Sure glad i chose transport training centres. My experience so far has been amazing. Well done 8 ckasses. I didnt think i would ever get double clutch down shift but with a patient instructer i can now double clutch to down shift.

Negative experience: Avoid at all cost. I signed up for the AZ training from out of pocket expense, which I was told was 2 weeks of online class then followed by x amount of driving time. Online portion was fairly straightforward, although the instructor was knowledgeable but rude and obnoxious overall. The practical portion . The scheduling is awful, inconsistent , sometimes being booked once a week, sometimes twice a week; other times none, all over the place. Equipment is god awfully maintained. 90% of the time , there's only 1 truck and trailer up and running (out of 2) . Twice now that 1 truck available goes down and you are stranded , unable to continue your class also unable to get back to your vehicle. (Which your day is not counted) I drove down once to the school without being told the instructor was not there that day, having to drive 2hrs 1way, i wasn’t too pleased. Trucks aren’t fuelled , or topped up of fluids leaving the students wasting their time doing so. The yard is not maintained properly, often stuck and spinning unable to move. Instructor is kind, knowledgeable, and fair; although overwhelmed by the terrible conditions which is then passed on to the students. Being charged $240 for a “no show” when it was the office’s fault communicating at the last minute. "Pay now or road test is cancelled". A program that should of taken no longer than 6 weeks from start to finish took nearly 4 months to complete. Avoid this school at all cost even if its free.

Fantastic experience: i just finished my driving lessons with Jena and she was amazing! she helped me learn many important things that i needed to be able to pass my road test. i have just passed my road test and with Jena’s teaching and instructions i passed with only 1 mistake, she was great and extremely nice and never rushed me to make any decisions. thank you so much Jena!!

Negative experience: I had a bad experience with the TTCC trainer and management for my AZ training and test at the Timmins campus. 1) The instructor taught me the wrong methods of examining airbrakes, rather than what is given in the Airbrakes than the MTO book. 2) They delayed my training by one and a half months and my road test by three months once I paid all my money. 3) Management does racism and discrimination against international students by prioritizing other students who pay more and take unlimited attempts in tests over those who don’t opt for that option. 4) Once you pay money, no one cares about your call for your queries. 5) Even if you get an early test date from DriveTest, TTCC does not allow you to book, pushes you to select at their convenience, and blames DriveTest for not providing test dates. 6) The trainer distracted me when I was driving a semi-truck. 7) Management is so poor that they brought the wrong truck two times when I had a test, and DriveTest needed to cancel my test. 8) I have paid for the test, but they are not scheduling the road test for me and are not even replying to my emails. 9) TTCC cancel the training schedule when you reach the training location. Worst training centre. Never take training from TTCC.

Negative experience: Racist TTCC…TTCC AZ / truck training centre is worse to take training. Management team sitting in Sudbury is doing racism to students who are paying from their pocket. Trainer teach wrong method than MTO so that students get failed in test and TTCC gets money from student to again bring truck for test. Once they got all money they not gave you priority and you are just garbage for them and they took 6-7 months to complete your training. Trainer just wasting your valuable time by taking smoke time or pee time in between your training hours. I will recommend College Boreal.

Negative experience: I don’t want to recommend to anyone if anyone waste time and money, then you can come because they are very careless and trucks are very very old no heat no AC even.

Negative experience: I am Akashdeep student from timmins i am not happy with TTC service they at first place take to many student and they do not have proper instructor and they take too many students they give me 1 or 2 classes which is not good if some want to learn truck they took almost 3 months to just complete my training with is of 20 days i have to beg them to give me classes and they did not prebook my test i have to wait month for my road test by the time I forget some of the stuff and the day of test instructor was not at the place of test he was some where else despite telling him telling my test spot he did not believed me a stayed at wrong location while my test was getting late he was eating apple and ignored me completely and the time by which he realised he was already to late and my test got canceled and now i have to again wait almost month for my road test ( I will not suggest any one to go with TTC they wasted my time and money i will suggest everyone to go to another place )

Fantastic experience: Bruce is an excellent trainer he is the best trainer I ever had, with him as my trainer I can pass the AZ road test with ease

Fantastic experience: I recently completed my driving lessons with Jena! Jena was incredibly patient and understanding, which made a huge difference in my learning experience. I was particularly nervous about parallel parking, but Jena gave me useful tips and plenty of practice, which boosted my confidence. Negative experience: Sent me a fake contract with only 2 weeks of online training (out of 6 supposed with 4 weeks of practical included) for the full price. 2 days of trying to reason with them didn't do anything, just kept pretending they didn't understand. So whoever plans to deal with them read your contract carefully.

Fantastic experience: I was taking driving course in Timmins, I had trainer called Jenna, she's wonderful and a great teacher I have ever had, she's sweet even when I make mistake she teaches me well and good, never seen her angry, all kind and a great trainer, I recommend her for everyone in Timmins.

Fantastic experience: My instructor was Janna and i’m very pleased with how the in car hours turned out, she was very helpful, clear and expressive. I learned a lot and still have learning to do but this was a great experience.

Liza is amazing, she kept me together since I’m always falling apart haha and Janna taught me so much in the driving lessons, she was so kind, so funny, and amazing to be around!! Fantastic experience: TTCC's driving course gives your child so much more to think about than how to parallel park. Just like a fly 'always has a way out', J teaches your child to think differently when behind the wheel.

Fantastic experience: Really helped me prepare and pass my driving test. Would strongly recommend Amanda as she's clear with instructions and gives you tips to remember both for the test and to be a better driver.

Negative experience: Super unprofessional. The current instructor proceeds to tell other students when a BRAND NEW driver is a "bad driver" Like duh they literally come to your school to learn to drive and to trash talk a student is HIGHLY unprofessional. They need to learn respect and some basic manners.

Fantastic experience: Amanda is a great instructor! She has a strong work ethic, truly professional skills and experiences, and she is also very patient and kind. Plus, she'd got a great sense of humor! I moved from BC and had a instructor there, but I didn't learn a lot from him after 10 hours lessons. Basically what he did was just to drag my feet for time so that I would go back and sign for another package. Since I signed my lessons with Amanda, she gave it all and taught in a way that was easy to get. I've passed my exam at the first time without any mistake. I couldn't have done that without Amanda's help! Definitely the best instructor ever!

Fantastic experience: Amanda is an amazing teacher for in-car lessons! She is incredibly kind and has lots of patience! She always makes sure you're comfortable and that you understand what she is teaching to you, and goes over it with you if you have any trouble. I'm very grateful to have her as my driver instructor and feel confident that i will be an amazing driver thanks to her!!

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent training facility. The in-class theory is well laid out and presented by experienced members. Everything is well explained and easy to understand. The air brake board is also of great value, clearing up any confusion on the air brake system. The time the trainers spend and the patience that they have with the student drivers is truly appreciated. Having never driven a tractor trailer before, I was a little overwhelming, but the confidence instilled by the truck trainers made this easy to overcome. The staff at TTCC made the experience an absolute pleasure and I highly recommend them for AZ training. Thank you, Paul.
