Fantastic experience: Linda was absolutely amazing! Currently, it's june 24th, and i JUST finished and passed my knowledge test. Called saftey services MB, and was greeted by Linda. She was very kind, and softspoken. However, not only was she incredibly kind, she was INCREDIBLY helpful. She managed to get my motorcycle test booked only a MONTH after i just took my knowledge test, at the end of july. For all the bikers, you know how much of a miricle that is. So ALL thanks goes out to Linda! Without her, I'd be sitting, and just staring at my bike until next year.

Fantastic experience: Al Kennedy is an exceptional instructor! His clear and simple explanations made complex safety things easy to understand. His engaging and approachable manner made learning both informative and enjoyable. I'm so grateful for the knowledge he shared.

Fantastic experience: I took this course. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has never been on a bike. Worth every penny and because of this past summer I logged over 13,000Km on my bike and loved every minute of it.

Fantastic experience: I had a remarkable experience here taking a novice driving course and I couldn’t help but leave a review due to how exceptional my instructor, Roman Slowinski, was. He was a great instructor who was very informative, understanding, knowledgeable and kind. He articulated many crucial points on safe driving, how to be a better driver and he enlightened me on the various mistakes drivers can make unknowingly as well as the consequences and risks of making said mistakes and dangerous driving. I am truly grateful to have had Roman as my instructor and I believe to be a better driver especially having had the chance to learn from his expertise. Thank you so much Roman for taking the time to educate many individuals like myself on the importance of safe driving and the many factors, tips and rules we should follow to become good drivers!

Positive experience: I recently signed up for the Health Safety Professional course. It has helped guide me to the next level of safety. I really enjoy the down to earth presentations. And great instructors. Highly recommend for this course.

Fantastic experience: What a great day of motorcycle training. Jason, Jamie and Eric were the instructors for the day and they were amazing. I would highly recommend taking this course even if you are from Ontario. Am I ready to take a motorcycle out on the streets by myself? No. Did I learn great skills to start, stop, maneuver obstacles as well as other skills to become a competent motorcyclist with more practice? Absolutely! They did their best. I had a great time. I might even torture them by taking the class again in spring. Thanks guys for your patience and training. Thanks too to Roland for the end of the day testing.

Fantastic experience: They have provided some of the best customer service I have experienced as of late. They respond quickly and diligently. It was refreshing to experience when many places are in stark contrast, giving no care to customer service and satisfaction anymore.

Fantastic experience: I took the Experienced rider course this week and had an absolutely great time! The course itself was exactly what I was hoping for and the instructors were very knowledgeable, and provided lots of feedback. Highly recommend the course.

Fantastic experience: I recently took the 2 evening Motorcycle training course. The instructors are fantastic. There is a lot of information they teach you in a relatively short period of time. It may seem overwhelming, but trust the instructors. They are very knowledgeable. I haven’t been on a motorcycle in 30+ years. Although I was very nervous, I did pass the test. When you schedule your course, read all the information. Especially the riding gear requirements. DO NOT FORGET YOUR GEAR. I highly recommend getting there early. Stay Calm & Ride On.

Fantastic experience: The Gearing up motorcycle course was fantastic. The instructors were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The course offered hours of riding time and will no doubt aid in building a solid riding foundation.

Fantastic experience: I took the gearing up course for motorcycle learners license and it was amazing! The instructors were very informative and demonstrated to all of us exactly what we needed to do before doing each practice. The instructors were also very encouraging in their teaching which helped all of us break the fear of stalling, leaning while riding, going up in speed, and emergency break. The final test is relatively easy and you definitely get a lot of practice to pass it. I failed it because i stopped as soon as the test started because i thought something was wrong woth my bike, but it was my mistake. Definitely take the 5 day course instead of the 1 day if you have no riding experience.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank all the instructors on the Basic Motor Cycle training course. It was well structured, the course exercises were great. I expected instructors to go over some theoretical knowledge before the practical application but this was not the case. Overall, the instructors were very knowledgeable about safety and riding with years of experience. Highly detailed explanations and examples. For anyone taking this course whether you've never ridden a motorbike before or have it is extremely beneficial and worth every penny. One advice I can give to upcoming students is to not be afraid to ask questions, that is what the instructors are there for when it comes to guiding students. Ask as many questions as possible this will clear up any concerns as well as fears you may have about riding. Reassurance is important especially when it comes to safety. Good luck and happy riding!

Fantastic experience: Took the gearing up motorcycle course, taught me so much important things about riding. Definitely recommend. It was lots of fun and the instructors are very nice and funny

Fantastic experience: I learned more than I ever thought I would on such a short duration. I have never been on a motorcycle or anything motorized on two wheels in general. The instructors were excellent, and gave me the confidence to continue practicing and progress to using my bike on a regular basis.

Positive experience: I am glad this is offered. I am unable to update my profile. I saw at the last moment my year of birth was entered wrong after spending a long time scrolling to get to the correct date. How can I fix it? Also, was unable to search for course and location I wanted to register for!

Positive experience: Bad stuff first. I just failed the final test for the 8 hour motorcycle course. I’m not a dumb guy and I really don’t think they explained one crucial detail - - there is a minimum time you need to get between as well as a maximum. I was 1 second too slow and flunked as I thought “too slow” would have been going 10km an hour, that sort of thing. Ultimately my fault for not asking an important question, I guess. Not impressed and I suspect there are several other people who had that same experience. The good? Other instructors were all great, very knowledgeable. Course is challenging when you haven’t been on a bike for 30 years, but very doable. Would have given 5 stars except for that very crucial omission.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank the gearing up program for the awesome training that I just finished and passed. All the instructors were very professional and gave you confidence. I would highly recommend this course to anyone thinking about learning to ride. Worth every penny for the knowledge thank you to all the instructors for making this possible.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic and thorough respirator fit testing certification course!

Positive experience: First time, I didn't know I need to bring my own equipments. I had to rebook. $50 charge. Im a newbie, never rode motorcycle but always interested so $50 rebook was alright. But second time. Truthfully, it just had to be that day that my alarm didn't ring. I was late, so instructor didnt let me in. I usually never late, in my entire school years, but that day, had to be the day I was late because of my alarm didn't wake me. Proof? Check my transcript from mitt. Now, 350$ for rebooking... It's my fault but I think that's harsh. Money over safety. $400 gone the drain. I learn nothing except for spending on motorcycle boots, jacket, and helmet after the first rebook. So if you reading this, set two alarm clocks and you need to buy your own equipments. Other than MONEY OVER SAFETY, Amazing experience with staff at their office, very kind, helped me what to buy for equipments. I wish I had a another shot. $50 or lower, not 350$.

Fantastic experience: Took the 21 hr 3 day course. I have not been on a machine for 30 plus years and would highly recommend that anyone take it. Instructors clearly had a lot of experience and enjoyed passing on their knowledge. The program is designed to help you pass and become a safer rider. No surprises at the end. Can’t say enough good things.

Negative experience: Quite incompetent staff working here requested my Transcript of proof for taking the drivers improvement class 400 plus dollars . Ive asked for the document three times over the phone and have yet to see it . Idiots

Negative experience: Lady is very rude on the phone and that only if she awnsers your call had to call them well over 10 times to get an answer

Fantastic experience: Friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Negative experience: Called because I haven't received my certification for completing a driving course, it's been almost 2 weeks since I got anything. So I called the number and the lady that assisted me rushed me through and said I should be getting my document without any viable proof or logical explanation as to why I haven't gotten anything yet. Terrible ratings fit terrible service.

Fantastic experience: I have taken my first aid as well as my Forklift - Train the Trainer certification through Safety Services Manitoba. By far the most passionate instructors I have ever had teaching a course like this. You can tell they really cared about what they were teaching and made sure everybody understood instead of just quickly moving through the material. It was not a boring power point presentation, but they engaged the class and was hands on. The facility is very clean and staff friendly. I would recommend this place for any professional training you may need.

Fantastic experience: I took the motorcycle courses... As a grandparent of two... I think these instructors where awsome and gave me the confidence too take the step to ride a ninja 900 as my first bike... Wow.. Thanks guys.... Always recommend Safety Manitoba to anyone thinking of riding...

Fantastic experience: Having never so much as thrown a leg over a motorbike before, I took the "Gearing Up For Safety" five-evening Motorcycle Training course. The instructors are all very personable, patient and engaging; not to mention HIGHLY knowledgeable and experienced. I found the training exercises and the test procedure to be a series of challenges that built up my confidence with a solid foundation of base skills and knowledge. Highly recommended to anyone considering getting on (or BACK on) a road bike.

Fantastic experience: I took the course and 'on road review' for mature drivers, and found these very helpful: equivalent to continuing education courses for professionals. The instructor and evaluator were excellent. This program is terrific and needs to be better advertised through autopac outlets.

Fantastic experience: I took the 21 hour motorcycle training course with zero experience riding a motorcycle. The instructors("Bad" Bruce,"Good" Bruce and Cara) were fantastic and helpful. Everyone learns in their own way and pace, and the instructors were finding ways to communicate to each person in a way they could understand.I would strongly recommend taking the longer course to novice and experienced riders.It was a lot of fun, with a 'hands on, learn by doing' approach. 100%

Positive experience: All and all my Manitoba Safety Service experience was a good one. I took my motorcycle training coarse (8 hr) with zero experience on a bike. I must say everyone there is extremely friendly and patient with all the potential riders. Price was a bit more then i was expecting as they just raised there cost for the coarse. Its all however the price of happiness (riding a motorcycle).

Fantastic experience: Safety Services provides many training courses geared to keep your staff safe and productive. We have used their services and have found their courses and training staff knowledgeable and professional!

Fantastic experience: A great resource for Safety & Health Training and Consulting. Staff are very understanding and have been a huge asset in solidifying our Safety & Health Policies, Procedures and Training. Our Online Training through SSM is great and we were able to create our own online training to make it company specific which not a lot of providers will do (at least at a reasonable rate). All of the OHS Consultants are top notch - well versed, professional and experienced. Highly recommend Safety Services Manitoba to any business that's in need of Safety Training or Consulting.
