They all made this course an enjoyable experience for everyone involved. It was such a delight to be a part of this class and I would highly recommend this course for anyone who wishes to take it.

Fantastic experience: The in class portion was very enjoyable and informative. Neil made the class extremely fun for all the students. Wahid, my in car instructor, was very accommodating and kind, and always managed to fit me into his schedule, even if it was last minute. Over a few weeks, I managed to go from a student who was afraid to go 10km/h in a residential neighbourhood, to a student who is able to drive on main roads with ease.

Fantastic experience: Excellent in-class and in-car BDE course. Mr. Neil, Mr. Haile and Joe were great and were always there to answer my questions. After completing the course, I feel very comfortable and confident while driving. The in-car lessons and techniques were easy to grasp on the road and the textbook resources really helped

Fantastic experience: Big shout out to Wahid my driving instructor on properly preparing me for defence driving, allowing me to successfully pass my G test. He is well skilled and knowledgeable at driving . Very patient and understanding throughout the process. He helped prep me for all I must know on the road test . Also thanks to Joe for his kindness, support and management in ensuring my lessons are thorough and upholding quality standards . I highly recommend bell drivers and Wahid to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Bell Driver Education, specifically the owner Joe and my driving instructor Andy for their in-class and in-car lessons. I passed my G2 Road Test on the First attempt. The teachers were very helpful and answering any questions we had. If you’re not comfortable with using your family car I would recommend purchasing the G2 Road Test Package and borrowing the instructor’s car. However, I highly recommend students to practice with their parents outside of the in-car lessons if you have a car because 10 hours of lessons is not enough. Other than that, I recommend this driving school for anyone who wants to get their G2.

Positive experience: The in-class sessions were very helpful and informative. Teachers were very patient and willing to answer any questions. I recommend the one week course during March Break. There was a lot of information to study however the instructor took the time to answer questions and help with the rules of the road. You need to ensure that you practice not only with the in car instructor but also on your own time with an adult. Driving in the city could be stressful that is why you need the extra practice; I would definitely pay the extra fee to get the one on one lesson before the test. It was very helpful.

Positive experience: I'm giving them a 3 because the overall in-class and road lessons were ok. My son never complained but when he told me that not once but multiple times his instructor would have my son drive him to get lunch or dinner and take a pause for his break in the middle of his lessons and then take him home earlier than he is suppose to. Cutting away at his 10 hour on the road instructions, it's appalling and very unprofessional. On top of that, after my son past his G2 test, his instructor Andy asked him to take him to Tim Hortons and treat him to a lunch. So not only do we pay to use his car for the test but now he's asking to buy him lunch. Other driving schools definite don't take more and give you less. I'm hoping the owner sees this and acts on it. If he is aware of what is happening, shame on you. So if you want to pay lots of money and get ripped off of your hours, this is the place. One more thing, I have spoke to multiple of my sons friends and they said the same thing.

Negative experience: This is a school based on lies and cons at the convenience of those who promote it, my personal experience was bad, since they promised me good treatment and professional lessons that I never received, therefore IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

Negative experience: A shameful and neglectful school. I took a course with them to get my G2, talking to Joe the Manager at the beginning (recommended by my children's school, where they recruit students) he very kindly told me the cost of the course and clarified my doubts. Since I had already driven before, he told me that there would be no problem in being able to adapt to the rules of Canada, and so it was. But what went wrong was his instructor Haile who from the beginning drew a line for not answering his questions about my personal life, which was followed by hell in every class, yelling and taking part of my class to go to the bathroom. making me waste my time and money in an incomplete class. He canceled my exam 2 times without my permission, and they were not responsible; when the Manager commented on the bad attitudes of his instructor. He already violently dared to put a minor student as a witness saying that I had canceled without any tangible proof, they proceeded to make me an illogical refund of $150 CAD and so that I would not continue with my constant questions about the clear failures in the administration and trustworthiness in the school. A bad experience for me as a migrant since my English was not clear to them and they did not understand me but they receive my money and it is worth the same as those who speak English. If you want a good experience do not fall here. Now they dumped me without an exam early and kept my money.

Negative experience: More than the service, I was quite dissatisfied with Bell Driver Education's instructors, who were plainly past the point of having the necessary skills to instruct students given their advanced age. You can only converse by shouting. requesting a break so the teacher can use the restroom in the middle of a lesson. There is very little communication between the management and the instructors, making it difficult to know who to approach or who is in charge. With these people, it feels like a game of passing the ball. There are better schools for the money, which is why I am really sorry about my decision and would not suggest the service to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Bell Driver Education taught me a lot of valuable driving skills and helped me sucessful pass my G2 test. All the intrustors are extremely patient and do their best for you to succeed. Getting in touch with them is super easy, they are kind and understanding over the phone and overall I had an amazing experience.

Fantastic experience: Great in-class lessons, Frankie taught me a lot while still making the class fun. Joe and Angela super nice, made me feel at home, brought some good snacks for us. Overall amazing experience, had fun, learned a lot, 10/10 would recommend.

Positive experience: Bell Driver is a pretty good place to learn about driving rules and strategies to be a better driver. Neil was a great teacher and kept the class engaged by providing personal experience and pointing out the most important parts of the course. Would definitely reccomend this place.

Negative experience: They don't deserve a single star. Worst experience possible. I don't recommend this driving coarse/school for anyone especially new drivers. The driving instructor (Andy) would nap while the my daughter was driving and take 20-30 min breaks within the lesson. Joe the "owner" was great until he receives your payment after that he was very rude defending the actions of a napping instructer, putting most of the blame on the student. Parents/drivers be aware go to any other school but this one .

Fantastic experience: Bell Driver Education Inc. is a wonderful driving school. Joe and Angie are phenomenal. My son had a wonderful experience with the driving school and instructor. My daughter will be going through the program and looking forward to a positive experience. They will come to high schools and work with administrative staff allowing the students the opportunity to learn how to drive and the proper rules of the road with ease and time that fit the students schedule. Their prices are very reasonable for the education they offer. They have been in business for decades and get better and better. Keep up the great job Joe, Angie (Maria :0), Mr. H and staff. You are fantastic!!

Fantastic experience: Bell driver is such an amazing school my in class teacher Frank Menotti, such a nice guy always made the classes fun and entertaining. My in car instructor Andy Young was such an amazing teacher always so patient and understanding he taugh me so much and made me a better driver. At my g2 road test he kept reassuring me that i would do great and that ill pass first try Nd he never had a problem with me asking the same question until i understood the anwser. Joe and his wife are trully such great people and so friendly and kind and were very help ful with explaining cost and any question that was asked. THANK YOU BELL DRIVER!!!

Negative experience: This driving school is not worth its high price. For a driving school that is advertised all over the school board, I actually expected a quality driving education. However, I can see that the system set up by this school was made to gain as much profit as possible, at the expense of the students. If a service calls on you to pay everything in advance, they are probably scammers. This is true for Bell Driver Education, who required to pay the (relatively expensive) price all in advance, which effectively prevented any possibility for negotiation or cancellation. I noticed how there was a very limited amount of instructors, for the sheer amount of students that they receive. This would cause packed schedules for the instructors. Expect to have a single lesson every three weeks, if anything. Even if you book all of your lessons in advance, expect some rescheduling, potentially to a month later. Most of the actual "lesson" consisted of driving in a straight line to drop the previous student off/pick the next one up, regardless of the distance between all of the houses. All of the fundamentals (parking, 3-point turn) were glossed over very briefly, without sufficient practice to perfect it, (perhaps 5 mins for 1 out of 10 lessons). The only actual problem I had towards the instructors themselves was their silence throughout most of the lesson, instead of speaking consistently where to check all of the time, and encouraging good driving habits. As a result, I did not learn much from the lessons; otherwise, they were nice enough. When I called on the owner to ask about the absurd scheduling with the lessons, he had come across as very unprofessional and immature. He had complained how I did not answer his phone call (when I was at school, in class) after I had called earlier in the morning, at the time he requested (with no answer). The owner blamed me for the scheduling issues, stating that I should have booked all the lessons at the time of the first one (when they did not let me), and how my priorities are not set right, that I'm not focused on driving. The owner threatened that, due to my complaint, he was willing to delay the remaining lessons until March (my first lesson was in September). Finally, after 40 minutes of him repeating the same rhetoric to defend himself, he told me not to call him again. This is an appalling excuse for customer service, and furthermore very childish behavior. I would not recommend this school to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My experience here was absolutely faboulas! I'd never take classes anywhere else, they are very organized and are kind and amazing teachers. Mr. Frank Menotti went above and beyond while teaching us the ministry approved program, and of course Mr. Andy Young was friendly, nice and made driving seem so easy and enjoyable! Made my driving classes a thing i will never forget!! I definitly reccommend Bell Driver 110%

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Bell Driver Education. They were so helpful and friendly. I was really nervous to start driving, but my instructor was very patient and encouraging with me. In class sessions were great too and very informative. If you are learning to drive there is no question, go with Bell!

Fantastic experience: My experience at bell driver education was an amazing one. The In car and In class instructors were very professional and knowledgeable. Joe and Angie were very helpful to explain all details of the course. It is the best driving school on the city in my eyes. If you want a quality driving school Bell driver is it.

Negative experience: This is the worst school to go to to help your driving. I went and the in-class instructor showed videos and provided open book tests of the knowledge gained. This is not what I call teaching. For the in-vehicle portion I could not get in touch with my first driver and when I finally did he said it would be 6 weeks before I could get my first lesson in. When I complained I got another driver and when he scheduled my first session he talked on the phone and did not communicate to me what I was doing wrong but instead just grabbed the wheel to adjust my driving. Again this is what what teaching should look like. After two sessions I could no longer get ahold of the driver; he did not have voicemail for me to leave a message so I had to keep trying. When I complained to the school about not being able to do in-vehicle lessons he told me that I did not have my priorities straight as I was focused on school and my part-time job over scheduling. Waste of my money and I recommend that no one go to this driver education school.
