Fantastic experience: Jeffery Cabana trained me on Excavator, bulldozer and backhoe. he was very helpful and taught me what I needed to know in order to get me setup for success.

Negative experience: I wouldn’t even waste your time with this place management doesn’t care called and put a complaint in against one there staff for lying and never got a call back about the issue. Companies says that they need a clean background check to apply to their school, but there is not one thing on, the application form that says you need a background check it says that you need a background check maybe for some of the companies that you work for but nothing about needing it to go to the school

Negative experience: Terrible experience, called Friday and emailed to double check I would be sent the link for the zoom classes that start at 8am Monday, I never recieved the link, not even in my spam or junk or anything else in my email. Showed up at 9 30am when they open Monday to make sure I got the link in person and reschedule for the following week which was a huge headache over something so simple and quitting my job to start Monday, Hilary and the director of the place were rude, the director even insulted me and called me a joke and laughing at the situation and me and kept calling me dude even after asking her to be serious about the situation. Saying I was aggressive when I never was. I was only understandably upset. Saying they never did anything wrong, if they didnt do anything wrong then why was I there making sure they did their job and couldn't get in my online class when it started at 8am because I had no possible way to without the Zoom code. They said the zoom link was in my junk email when it never was like I was lying about the whole thing. When clearly Hilary and her are. Like they actually think I dont know how spam works and I havent been checking it all weekend wondering whats going on worried. I never recieved the link until I got her to send it at 10am Monday in person. Which was too late to start classes. After calling to complain about what a disaster they just put me through and screwed me over big time, the director laughed at me and called me a joke so I decided to get a refund. Which remains to be seen. Extremely unprofessional. Such a waste of time and money for me. Go to Ontario Truck Driving School instead.

Fantastic experience: I've been trained by Jeff Cabana at the Ottawa campus, he trained students very well on the Heavy equipments ,I would recommend him to anyone who likes to be trained on the Heavy equipments ,I barely give people 5 stars ranking ,but I do it for Jeff Cabana because he's the best ( keep that in mind this review has nothing to do with TTCC....I'll give ttcc a review on a separate section) keep up the good work Jeff!!!

Fantastic experience: I just want to say that Jeffrey Cabana was one of the best individual's I've ever met I just came off an injury and started training as a heavy equipment operator in in 2022 in Osgoode Ontario just outside of Ottawa when I got there he was very welcoming he was very understanding he was very informative and worked really hard to make sure that we got the hours we needed and were allowed and if any questions were there he would answer and if something wasn't able to be understood he would help us understand whether you had a learning disability ADHD or just some kind of struggle I couldn't imagine of getting through the program without him he taught me a lot and with what he taught me I have now been in heavy equipment operator for 2 years and for that I want to thank him for the career I have he is not your average man as he comes from a family himself of many kids and of many learning curves in his life and with that I believe that is why he is such a great teacher a great person to understand no matter who you are what disabilities you may have what things you may have gone through in life he's more than just a trainer he's more than just a teacher he is a good friend a good role model and anyone would be lucky to have him to teach them so thank you again me Jeffrey Cabana for all you have taught me and you have taught other people because of you I get to do what I love every single day

Fantastic experience: Had jeff as my trainer for a week or so in osgood outside of ottawa, he was awesome to work with I learned many new skills and he was very informative and explained things in a way everyone could understand. He's very funny and tells great stories about experiences he's had in the industry that we can learn and use towards our careers. Thanks again for everything I learned in the short time I had you as a trainer!

Fantastic experience: Enjoying my time in Ottawa really enjtimg the help from trainer Jeff cabana who has shown me a lot of very good tips and tricks and very easy to learn and understand him and would love to see him back in my class for training because I feel a lot more confident knowing that trainer Jeff is around and is willing and driven to help students become better operators, I would like to know if it would be ever possible to have Jeff cabana back, I really enjoyed my time with Jeff he would always take the time to check on his students to see if everything was ok if you understood. He always brightened up the day by having conversation with everyone to get them exited to be in the pit. With all that being said really enjoying my time here and would love to have trainer Jeff cabana back in Ottawa.

Fantastic experience: I completed my heavy equipment training last month in windsor and feel I need to mention something about the amazing experience I had there. My trainer, Jeffrey Cabana, managed to jam pack my brain with new techniques and knowledge for future challenges that will help me in my career path massively. Even with the crazy weather we had a couple days, within the small amount of time I was there, it was action packed with new tasks and lessons to be learned. The weather actually gave me more opportunities to learn how to deal with some tricky situations and Jeff was right out there with me guiding me through it right in the muck of it all. It was a great experience and honestly alot of fun. I feel confident for a future where different situations and challenges may arise thanks to Jeff. I now have a vast knowledge of the proper techniques to operate in many different situations, and how to make the proper plan right from the beginning based on a number of factors that Jeff demonstrated and explained thoroughly throughout my course. This all will be crucial to my every procedures and operations. As I said, this course was a great experience, great school, great trainers.

Fantastic experience: Jeff from start was a great trainer for heavy equipment. He was able come up with real world examples of how use equipment and do it in fun way. By time we were done course we were Grading roads with slight slope. Digging sloped trenches and leveling and making specific grade. Got see how all pieces of equipment worked in pit. He had us by end using Excavator, Bulldozer, Loader, Grader and Backhoe to dig down huge hill and spread it to low level grade. Felt like we were on real job site near end. Loves make jokes as well and keep you laughing.

Fantastic experience: Jeffrey cabana is the best tutor ever,he is calm and explain in details .i took the heavy equipment certificate with him at windsor campus he is the best ever.i dont speak english very well but i understood every single detail from the way he explained.

Fantastic experience: I was trained by Jeffrey Cabana in the Windsor and Ingersol pits with heavy equipment. Jeffrey is magical on the machines and inspired me to try even harder to learn his techniques. Jeffrey is very personable making it less intimidating to grow and learn what he has already mastered. It was a pleasure being taught by Jeffrey and a pleasure meeting him. I cut my training short due to a surgery so I'm looking forward to finishing my remaining 30 hrs. with Jeffrey. Great guy!

Fantastic experience: I just completed my Practical side of the Heavy Equipment Course at TTCC. It was a very informative course. I have learned a lot of new techniques and mastered some old ones. Each instructor has there own way of teaching but I wanted to specifically call out Jeff Cabana from London. He came and was very personable, spends the time to show you how and why we do things the way we do. He related things to the real word and gave you the tools you needed to understand and thrive. I felt extremely comfortable on the machines after working with him. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to learn in a fun, positive productive way.

Fantastic experience: A friend of mine graduated from this school, she recommended that I look into this school for truck training. I visited all of the schools in London, I found Transport Training Center to be the most professional of all the schools, the campus was beautiful. Hillary was so friendly and professional, I then got to spend some time with Jeff, the truck trainer, he lives up to the hype. What a great guy he seems to be very knowledgeable and I will be attending this school this year.

Fantastic experience: Writing this for my spouse. Jeff the truck trainer was so patient and informative. I struggled through the course but always felt reassured. Jeff believed in me so I believed in myself. Hillary in the office was very accommodating to my schedule. I appreciated all she did for me. This is a great team in London. Fantastic experience: Training at TTCC was a fun and exciting experience. My assigned Trainer was Jeff Cabana. He instructed me on the excavator and backhoe. Jeff has some amazing skills and is king of the spoil as he can eerily create a large spoil, get on top of it, and perform some remarkable feats with the excavator. Jeff was always calm and relaxed and wasted no time on one’s strengths with their machine. Instead, Jeff attacked my weaknesses with endless demonstrations until I was comfortable to perform the given task. I completed the course with the confidence to be a good Operator. Much thanks Jeff. Fantastic experience: I took my Heavy Equipment Operator training at the London location. The instructor Jeff Cabana at this location was great. He was very knowledgeable on all the equipment. He made me feel comfortable and was good at explaining what needed to be done. I learned a great deal from him and had no problem transitioning to the work force and found a job right away.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with TTCC. The instructors in th Heavy Equipment Operator course were very knowledgeable and would keep teaching different ways until you understand. Jeff Cabana is one of those instructors who will teach you and give you your own practice time but you won't leave there without learning everything he taught you! They are very accommodating and supportive once your in it's like a family. I still keep in communication with the staff till this day!

Negative experience: Do not go these people lie. Nothing they promise comes true my husband had to wait 3 weeks after finishing his in class to drive his end date way May 4 and it’s not May 16 . The school administration is a shady used car dealer she’ll tell you whatever you want to hear. Where is his skid school where is is forklift license. Go to the other guys I promise you you’ll regret going here

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with TTCC London Campus. Staff have been helpful, friendly and accommodating with my availability. Jeff was an awesome instructor, he makes you feel very relaxed behind the wheel and really puts in the effort and time to make sure you know everything for your drive test!

Negative experience: Graduated from the London Campus I would not reccomend this place very dysfunctional on many levels. Still waiting for my diploma going on 4 months and counting. They dont even have the proper cones for you backup test. Spend your money elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I want to thank Meleta of London Campus and her team; Andrew, Rick and Jeff have done an excellent work teaching me AZ and Heavy Equipment from scratch. Even though there’s a lot of steps to be ready for the AZ road test, Andrew and Rick makes it easy understand and apply. Jeff on the Heavy Equiment, did also a great job in the Pit, he taught me how to operate all these machines from zero, showing me great surface mining techniques. Also thank you to Jeff and Gary for the online classes and for sharing their experience as well. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend to anyone looking to obtain their license! These guys waste no time in getting you prepared for your test. I was able to pass my D-Z with ease on the first try and I felt comfortable getting behind the wheel of a straight truck after just a couple training shifts. My trainer, Andrew, was a great teacher and goes above and beyond to get you to where you need to be for your test. Also, office administration (Meleta) was very helpful and scheduled my training around a tight schedule. Awesome experience

Fantastic experience: I don’t know where to begin. Two years ago I went to another school in London and over the six weeks I was at that school I felt rushed and never was able to learn at my own pace. And with that my road test was not a pass. And after two years out of a truck and only 20 hours the instructor Jeff was able to teach me how to drive a manual transmission (other school pushed for students to drive automatic). And got me refreshed on all my schedule 1. And this wouldn’t have happened without the help of Christina in the office. And to that I thank you both for helping me obtain my dream of a truck driver. And TTCC of London will be the only school I would recommend. Thank you again guys.

Fantastic experience: Jeff did everything the can to prepare me for my road test. He made sure he worked with on areas I needed extra work on. Jeff was excited when I picked up and implemented everything he was teaching. I appreciate his patience when he worked with me because when I started my lessons I couldn't even drive a manual transmission. Overall he created a very relaxed yet serious atmosphere where you didn't have to worry when you made mistakes. Both Hillary & Christina were professional and they managed to schedule my lessons around my schedule. It is thanks to these individuals I can say I passed my road test and I am now looking forward to starting my career in the industry.

Fantastic experience: When i started my training i was nervous but my instructor was very helpful and welcoming. As the lessons went on he pointed out what i was doing well and what i needed to work on anything i needed work on we would focus on until i was comfortable. As the road test approached we focused on all the things that i needed work in to pass the test. I would recommend this school to anyone that is interested in a new career path.

Negative experience: BEWARE of this school before investing any money into them. They are so unorganized and are not there to support the students once you pay them they shove you to the side. It is a 6 week program which ended in June and still do not have a license and it is September. They said they were going to book the test they never did and by the time they were available they had no spots left until the end of September which we started emailing for this in July. If you fail your test they do not provide you with any additional training to assist you in getting the license. They want $120 an hour. Once your willing to pay this they then state that they do not have anyone to train you. Currently they are down to one teacher because they have pushed all there teachers away and they do not even want to work for them. Spoke to a past teacher who said multiple students have been messaging him with all the same concerns. They tell you you can have free observation training and then dont give you the schedule til the day before and then the day of state that the teacher is sick. Everytime you call the office the secretary hangs up on you. They have no customer service skills! It appears based on other reviews the staff has changed as I do not recognize any of the names mentioned below. Also spoke to the administrative manager who also did nothing. Do your research before investigating so much money into a nightmare!!
