We visited different branches Dagenais and Saint-Eustache to get the learning book, but each time the premises close before the announced time of 6 PM. Fantastic experience: I had Denis twice, my second favorite! Super calm, polite, not stressed. My other favorite is Jean-Pierre! I have him for the rest of phase 4, he is always funny, he makes jokes, he makes sure I'm okay, he gives good advice, he never yelled, he is calm ☺️ I like the fact that he loves to make people laugh. I wish other people would have him.

Negative experience: I speak for all the Tecnic branches. Worst driving experience for the theoretical and practical classes. Lack of professionalism, poorly organized, and a huge waste of time. My classes were postponed for an additional two months because of an employee on the phone who did not schedule my appointments properly. Fortunately, they are not charging me for the extra two months. Extremely disappointed with my experience given the price of the classes and the time it requires.

Fantastic experience: Bonjour Je voulais laisser un commentaire sur Sandra, la secrétaire de Tecnic ! Elle est littéralement un ange, j'ai récemment déménagé dans la région et je suis anglophone. Sandra ne se contente pas de m'accueillir avec un sourire à chaque fois qu'elle me voit ! Elle s'est surpassée pour me permettre de réussir mon permis, elle sait automatiquement que j'ai besoin d'un instructeur bilingue, elle m'a aidée à coordonner mon rendez-vous pour faire mon test, elle a transformé une situation qui me rendait si nerveuse (évidemment parce que je veux réussir) en un véritable rêve. Merci Sandra pour tout ce que vous faites !

Negative experience: Pas des farces! La prise de rendez-vous est compliquée sans bon sens. Les disponibilités sont rare. J'ai l'impression qu'ils ont trop d'incriptions par rapport à leur capacité de donner les cours pratiques. Sinon, ils sont courtois.

Fantastic experience: Les cours se déroulent bien et les professeurs sont très compétents. Récemment j'ai eu un problème dans mon dossier et le service à la clientele s'est empressé de régler la situation! Vraiment très satisfait à ce niveau!
