Negative experience: you will likely waste time and money coming here. Instructors will completely steer their attention away from the lessons and onto their phones, are rude, they do not take the time to make sure you understand everything you need to for the test, and will deliberately cut lesson times early. They are also unorganized and take too long to schedule with you.

Negative experience: teachers are inattentive and unreliable, and school does not compensate for bad lessons. Steer very clear

Negative experience: I would award zero stars if I could. What an absolute joke of a "school". My wife signed up for their ten classes + road test package, and was assigned Salim as her instructor. Since day one, Salim was less interested in teaching her, and more interested in having loud, distracting conversations on his cell phone in a foreign language with his family back home. As we all know, having a near-stranger yelling next to you in a language you don't understand is a great environment for someone learning how to drive. If only that was the sole issue. Salim was also impatient, expecting his student to know something without him ever explaining it in the first place. It was 8 classes later that he finally - upon being asked - showed her how to turn on the headlights of the car and use the wipers. We called and let All Star know that their instructor was incompetent after 3 classes, and that we wanted a new one. We were told that there were no other instructors available, and that Salim would be reprimanded for his behaviour. This was a lie. Salim's behaviour did not change. After 8 lessons, we finally had had enough and requested a full refund. At that point, we were told that the school would only be able to refund the last two classes, and for that favour, they would charge a $50 "non-refundable" processing fee. We had never been told about this fee when signing up, when they were all too happy to take our money. FYI, even though we had signed up with the Oakville branch, this response was from the Etobicoke office. Avoid at all costs, this company has horrible instructors and predatory billing practices.

Negative experience: my daughter just got her G2. She can say thank you to her mother, but certainly not to the driving school! It's almost impossible to have the 1st appointment!!! Then, both instructors were the champions to find excuses to cancel the hour ride. And one of them was even afraid to teach her to drive in the fog!!! The best thing to do is run away from this school. Otherwise, you will waste a lot of money and, above all, a lot of time...

Negative experience: The instructors were extremely horrible. Most of the time, they didn't even respond to any messages and you had to call them every time to book a driving lesson. They also kept cancelling and rescheduling lessons and never following through with them. I had to try three different instructors to finally be able to finish my lessons! Rated to two stars only because I was somehow able to finish my lessons

Negative experience: Very poor experience with the school. Instructor does not show up on to lessons. Not commucating. Din not teach not to turn the wheels at left turn. Not a good school. Stay away

Fantastic experience: My in-class teacher was Natalie, she taught the class very well, always brought her dog kaylee, and made the classes more enjoyable, as we had many different activities, rather than simply the teacher talking the whole time. An example would be when we had a court case, or had small simulations of different situations. My in-car instructor was Shan. He was also very helpful with teaching me all of the fundamentals to driving on the road, which helped me pass my G2 test. He was very open with you and was always available to help answer any questions you had, even after you finished your paid hours.

Fantastic experience: My driver instructor is Wasim. It was a very fun and I learned a lot lessons from him because he has great communication skills. He was also nice, funny and awesome at explaining things until he knew that I understood them.

Fantastic experience: The experience with All Star Driving School was really pleasant and my driving instructor Mr. Wasim is a really good teacher. He provides really good feedback and easiest method to park. He is "a bit funny". On a serious note, I was so scared before the test but I passed my G2. To be sincere it wasn't that hard, compare to all what people say. Goodluck !!!
