Fantastic experience: Un excellent service, les enseignants ont été très sympathique et mon beaucoup aider pour mon apprentissage. Je recommande de choisir cette école de conduite pour un apprentissage agréable et facile.
Negative experience: Une arnaque pure et simple ! expérience absolument déplorable avec cette école de conduite. Leur manque total de disponibilité prolonge indéfiniment le processus et dépasse largement les limites du contrat. Ensuite, ils exigent de repayer la totalité du contrat pour pouvoir terminer les cours. La propriétaire, Marisol Silva, menace les clients de les exclure de toutes les écoles de conduite du Québec si le montant supplémentaire n’est pas versé. Allez ailleurs.
Negative experience: Service de marde, envoi les liens pour les zoom quand ils sont sur que tu peux pas appeler si il y a un problème, le vendredi soir avant de sacré son camps et la zoom c'est le samedi matin pour te chargé 60$ de plus, Son toujours fermé tu peux pas rien sédulé en avance faut courir pour avoir une place ils ont beau avoir un spécial a 999.00$ mais je vous suggère fortement d'aller ailleur thecnic juste à coté aller la vous vous ferais pas fourré
Negative experience: Pire école jamais vu Ils ont une seule voiture et un seul moniteur pour les pratiques Pratique aux 3 à 6 mois. Tout le temps des pénalités pour tout. Tout ce qui compte c’est faire entrer de l’argent dans leur caisse. Monitrice désagréable avec les étudiants Si vous ne voulez pas finir votre formation à temps c’est le meilleur endroit! Je suis à presque 2 ans! Anyway je vais porter plainte ça n’a aucun bon sens leur affaire.

Negative experience: Hello, Do not sign up for this driving school. It is completely overbooked. They never have any space to offer practical lessons. They only have one car. We have reached lesson number 3 and had to wait 1.5 months between each lesson. It makes no sense. Imagine how long this training will take us? There are 15 lessons to complete. I wish to be refunded and finish elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I strongly recommend this school! They have plenty of availability that allows you to finish the program in a reasonable timeframe. The instructors are very experienced and genuinely care about the success and learning of each student. Moreover, the secretaries are attentive and very warm.

Negative experience: Never reachable despite the stated opening hours. The last time I called them around 6:35 PM, they put me on hold for half an hour until they closed to tell me that they were closed, complete nonsense!

Positive experience: I really liked my driving experience at Silva driving school even though the waiting times for the classes were often long and most of the time we always had the same instructor.

Negative experience: Not much availability. They contradict each other from one instructor to another. Talk on the phone during the lesson. Not very understanding. Teaching false rules. Nice welcome from the secretaries. Not too expensive. Very good car for driving. Requirement to wear a mask with certain people when it is no longer mandatory.

Negative experience: Sauvez vous! Très mauvaise école. Presque toujours fermée et si vous demandez un retour d'appel cela peut prendre 2 semaines. La jeune fille au comptoir est très sympathique et polie mais malheureusement, ce n'est pas elle qui gère l'école. La gérante ne retourne pas les appels et ils s'empressent de vous facturer des frais déraisonnables et ne sont pas ouvert à la discussion. Pour votre jeune qui veut compléter ses cours théoriques, très peu de plage horaire disponible. Prenez le temps de bien magasiner les écoles vous pourrai constater qu'il offre moins que la concurrence c'est ce que je regrette dans mon cas.

Nous vous invitons à consulter notre horaire d’ouverture disponible en ligne. Ensuite, pour ce qui est des frais qui ont pu vous être facturés, ceux-ci ne sont aucunement cachés, d’autant plus qu’ils sont connus par notre clientèle puisque notre politique de prix est détaillée dans le contrat qui est signé par les élèves et leurs tuteurs (s’il y a lieu). De plus, notre école s’engage à être juste envers tous nos élèves, nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas appliquer des frais pour certains et les retirer pour d'autres. Nous devons nous conformer à notre règlement qui est lui aussi signé par nos élèves. Nous sommes désolés que nos méthodes basées sur l’équité ne vous conviennent pas. N’hésitez pas à nous contacter, nous sommes ouverts à recevoir des commentaires constructifs de votre part.
