Fantastic experience: Obtaining my Class 1 license was all thanks to Trukademy. I started as a complete novice in this field, but the instructors acknowledged my concerns and helped ease all my fears. From the classroom sessions with Carl to the hands-on yard training with Gurwinderjit, Mansimran, Gabriel, and Max, every experience was positive and enriching. I had most of my yard sessions with Max, and he was truly exceptional. I’ll never forget how I always tried to pay for our coffee during our sessions, but he somehow always managed to swipe his card first! My final session was also with him, and he did an amazing job calming my nerves before my test the next day—which I passed. All the instructors who worked with me were absolutely top-notch and deserve a 5-star rating. To the admin, Twinkle, thank you for your constant support and encouragement. I’m so grateful I followed your advice to take the test despite the extreme cold. A big thank-you also goes to Harpriya for your help throughout this journey. I highly recommend Trukademy to anyone looking to obtain their Class 1 license in an environment that’s not only professional but also fun, supportive, and true to its promises.

Fantastic experience: I made inquiries to a number of school, Twinkle from Trukademy reached out to me right away via phone. The others took a few days and would only communicate via email. The in class instructor Carl was very knowledge and shared his experience on the road which I found very helpful. The team for the practical was experience in the field and able to answer my questions and provide guidance. I learned from the three instructors i spent most time with Gabriel, Max and Carl. They all took time to explain and provide guidance with Driver, Backing, and Pre-trip. I had no issues on my road test because of their training.

Starting from twinkle, Sharan admin folks to the best of the best instructors Mr. Max the allrounder of the school and my personal fav to whom I have no doubt in saying THE TRUCK GURU Mr. Gurwinder, his way of teaching is from grass root level , he will train you from nothing to something that’s my personal experience. Fantastic experience: I like to share my experience Trukademy. The first quality of training is worthy. They have valuable resources and good training and easy to remember important factor. All instructors are very kind and gentle. Second Scheduling is really adapted for me, and I passed the first try road test. That is really great timing. Last, the tuition fee is reasonable. I had contacted a few of the academies, but I chose them here. Because reasonable fee. All overall, I couldn't find a negative factor, Trukademy. I highly recommend that you want to get a class 1 driver license. Don't waste your time comparing others.

Fantastic experience: I had joined this school couple months back & Today i cleared Class 01 MELT in first attempt, As i had Zero knowledge about the trucking, i was so nervous while i was joining, but the instructor made it look easy for me. All The instructors are Professional, polite and well experienced. I mostly did train with the Gurwinderjeet, he has extensive knowledge about trucking, more over very professionally cleared all the doubts/questions i had during my training. Even the back end office staff is also very helpful, they were very flexible with the scheduling as i had a full time job. Thank you for making this simple.

The instructors and office staff were friendly and helpful, the training was thorough, and I passed the class 1 exam with ease. Fantastic experience: have passed my exam in first attempt and truly enjoyed entire experience of learning.

Negative experience: The course took twice as long as promised. If you go to this school expect the bare minimum like only getting 6 hours of driving per week. Communication with the office isn’t great either, last minute notices seem to be the norm. It may be the cheapest in Calgary but remember, you get what you pay for.

The instructors were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and proffesional. To everyone you all are fantastic I couldn't thank you ennough. Dont hesitate this is your school,Very recommended.

Fantastic experience: It was great that i was with Trukademy school. The fornt office ( sharan and twinkle) are great. They schedule you whatever your availability is. The Trainor namely Max, Mansimran, sukwinder and darren are great trainors. They are knowledgeable and well experienced on this field. I recommend trukademy to other incoming students. And the best result is i just passed the class 1a roadtest in one attempt. 100 stars for this school.

Fantastic experience: I completed the truck driving course in July. They are new to Calgary, so there can be delays in scheduling the practical classes, but they do their best to help. They were especially very helpful in getting me a road test appointment. I could have waited another 2 months if they hadn't helped. All 3 instructors in the practical classes are very experienced and good people. They share all their experiences with you. I mostly took lessons from Darren, I was very satisfied. He is a very good instructor especially in blind side parking. It would be much better if they increase the number of trucks and with it the number of appointments for the road test. But as I said, all the employees are trying to help as much as they can. I was satisfied in general. I would like to thank all the instructors and office staff once again.

Rupinder and the rest of the office workers find ways to fit my schedule between work and training. Fantastic experience: Got the class1 license from Trukademy. Outstanding instructors out there. My very special mention to Gurvinder for continuous monitoring and making quality improvements in my driving from the very beginning. I could easily tell he is an expert in this field. He notices even a minute mistake you make while driving and let you know how to address the issue. Couldn’t thank him more for that. Also Thank you to Max and Darren for the patience and support while teaching. Management/office staffs need to be more professional. I had to push them and call them quite sometime to give me more schedule and it was very disturbing. Its understandable that they have plenty of students to deal with but that doesn’t solve the issue because i start my training in Early January and it takes approximately 4 months to get the license. Make sure and ask them about the scheduling . Other than that I’m pretty happy about choosing Trukademy.

Fantastic experience: Great school. Staff were professional and were able to work around my schedule for the driving portion. I had Max as my main driving instructor. He was patient, knowledgeable and easy to get along with. Coming into this school I had never driven a manual vehicle, let alone a semi-truck. I credit the success I had in this school to his teaching abilities.
