Negative experience: Vicki was rude to me and when I complained they said it was my fault. Victim blamers.

Negative experience: Online learning was great, In-car lessons were not. My instructor Dave was unprofessional and inappropriate. In all of my lessons he tried to up-sell hours to me using fear tactics. Dave seems to confuse constructive criticism with condescension. I was told demeaning things like: - “I’m surprised you even have been in a car before” - “do you know the difference between red and green?” - “S-T-O-P means stop” He brought me onto the highway during my second lesson knowing I’m an inexperienced driver, and according to him he’s “surprised I’ve ever been in a car before”. When I attempted to a file a report for the mistreatment I was interrupted, not taken seriously and spoken down to. This made their standard of teaching clear. The lessons are recorded but I was denied the footage on request no matter the circumstance.

Fantastic experience: We used RightLane with our daughter as she was getting her license and was very pleased with the whole experience! Dave was amazing. So patient and clear with his instruction. Because of this, I believe, it was a huge factor in her success at passing her road test. We plan to use this driver training school with our other children when the time comes. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: It was a great time in Right Lane. My instructor was Azin and he was very patient. When I made mistakes, he taught me a lot to pass the road test. Then I passed it at once! I recommend Right Lane!

Fantastic experience: I learned a lot from the class portion from Vicky, but I preferred the driving portion of the class more. I had Azin as my driving instructor who was great as well. I was able to get my driver's license with the help of Azin showing me the exact route I went on for my driver's test. If he didn't help me with the highway portion of the road test I probably would've failed. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had Azin. I enjoyed all my lessons and was never stressed while driving. The lessons were good and covered everything. Availability isn't always optimal so you have to book your lessons early if you want specific dates and times. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: I called RightLane and booked my driver training after trying to get my license for years on my own practicing here and there. The classrooms time was good but alot of the info i had already knew it was still a great review of everything just boring but needed to be done. When my driving lessons started my instructor (Azin) started off slow making sure i was comfortable with all the little details explaining everything i could understand quickly and apply it immediately. My biggest concern was any bad habbits i had formed while trying on my own but the pace was slow enough for me to learn the right habbits understand how they are to be applied and practice them as much as i could. The process was great and comfortable and went at my pace not rushing anything and my instructor made sure of that. I am extremely greatful for the whole experience i was able to accomplish what i hadnt in many years before thanks to my instructor even more importantly i am comfortable and confidently driving Thank You!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had Andrew DaRos as my driving instructor. He was wonderful at ensuring I was at ease even in high anxiety situations and was always on point to make sure we were safe in any scenario. That being said, he did not coddle me either. He was great at gently pushing me out of my comfort zone in a secure and controlled way, so that I became a better driver over the course of our lessons. He was able to communicate the importance of showing my intentions and translate that into safe, steady and confident driving. If you or your child is looking to select a defensive driving program, I would recommend Right Lane and would hope you were fortunate enough to be matched with Andrew as your teacher. He was patient, but at the same time let you know when you could be doing things better. I was given special instructions on what to practice between lessons which made me feel more confident. Positive experience: My experience with Right Lane was a very positive one. The only downside was the wait (several weeks) to start my driving lessons after completing the classroom course. That said, I quickly forgot about the waiting period once I started my lessons with my assigned driving instructor, Azin. Azin is an excellent, very professional, yet approachable, instructor. He is a patient and positive teacher who not only covers the number of driving tasks required in detail but he does a great job of pacing the lessons based on the individual’s learning strengths and weaknesses. As a mature student, I felt I needed some extra lessons before the road test and Right Lane went the extra mile to ensure that I was scheduled in a timely manner and fully prepared to not only pass the road test but ultimately, become a safe, confident driver.

Negative experience: Horrible is how i would BEGIN to describe my experience with this company. The instructor: Azin, should NOT be allowed to work with highschool students, NONE of his hours worked, 99% were during school hours, and he would try to get me to leave class for a drive. I had multiple drives cancelled on me, i was offered replacement drives only to be told the hour of that they had been taken by someone else. He was unprofessional, acted as though my 2 day work week was an inconvenience far superior to any other. When booking the road test, he booked it for one of the 3 days in all of june i had told him i couldnt do, i told him this immediately, and he waited a week to rebook, and when he did he booked me for sackville where i had NEVER driven before. The owner was reached over the phone and i cannot believe someone who is offering a service could possibly speak to a paying customer so awfully. Save yourself the pain and DO NOT work with this company. Even the in class was unprofessional, the instructor threw objects at students. I had a month in between two of my sessions at one point.

Negative experience: Very unreliable instructors, vehicles are in bad working conditions and I wasn’t able to do my road test on the set date and as a result I have to rewrite my beginners test and spend more money unnecessarily. Do not recommend.

Negative experience: I would never recommend rightlane to anyone. They messed up and I cant schedule any of my classes till the manager gets off vacation. I've been waiting for 5 days to schedule one and the lady they have incharge while the manager is gone doesn't know how to do anything. Never use rightlane they are horrible!!!
