Fantastic experience: Mr. Gaetan Lachapelle. Is a great constructer in both French and English very helpful and friendly with smiling face! I enjoyed my 2 hours driving lesson with him as it was 2 minutes and get a lot of information from driving on the roads to Tecnic's policies as evaluation, and acting properly. To changling lanes, and even showed me how to check the oil ! Would love to give me 10 stars if it was available! Thank you

Negative experience: Very incompetent, I used my SISTER's computer for my online class. The tutor never let me in because it was not my computer KNOWING THAT MY SISTER AND I HAVE THE SAME LAST NAME. I called and they told me it was MY fault because I didn't use a computer in my name. If you use technology for your classes, make sure you are at least minimally competent. Thank you!

Negative experience: No monitors available... we have to pay a surcharge to advance our courses in another city... 67 dollars charged without shame for an absence from an online course, not in person, online and on top of that, your courses are blocked if you don't pay. No human awareness, well-established capitalist system and they are only interested in your cash.

Negative experience: Do not do business with Tecnico, I was seriously defrauded. I paid the full amount of my course, including $1139 for phases 1, 2, 3, and 4, and when I arrived at phase 2, I was told that I had only paid for phase 1 and therefore had to pay $835 for phases 2, 3, and 4 in order to continue.

Negative experience: Ma fille avait des problème avec sa caméra et il l'ont retirer du cours sans lui donner la change de repartir son ordinateur. Par la suite la réceptionniste appel pour nous frais de 70$ pour absence de cours. Maintenant il prennent en autage ma fille a payer(1070$ qu'elle n'a pas) la prochaine session de cours avant qu'elle puisse passer dont examen. Mon gars suit le même cours et il n'a pas eu à payer en avance. Bref , les 2 autres enfants iront ailleurs

Negative experience: Un cours prévus depuis des mois, mais annulés sans avertissement ni courriel. La réceptionniste est très désagréable et irrespectueuse envers les adolescents qui PAIENT pour suivre des cours avec eux. La succursale est à 53 km... des frais sont facturés pour les cours oubliés, mais pour les cours annulés, ce sont encore les élèves qui paient. En tant qu'ancienne cliente de cette compagnie, je n'ai rien de positif à dire à propos de cette entreprise. Pire expérience à vie.

Negative experience: Mon fils doit attendre 4 mois entre 2 sorties sur la route… c’est TOTALEMENT RIDICULE! Dernière sortie: 16 mai… prochaine sortie: 18 septembre!! Aucune disponibilité entre ces dates :( Et impossible de booker la 4e sortie non plus, aucune disponibilité pour réserver une date en ligne! On en ait à la 2e phase… Et il y a 4 phases!!! À cette vitesse mon fils terminera son cours dans 3 ans!! Je ne recommande pas cette école pour tout l’or du monde, même si elle est très réputée… ce n’est qu’un nom… le service est tout autre. Extrêmement déçue

Fantastic experience: Je termine dans quelques mois ma formation chez Tecnic. J’avais l’habitude d’être stressée et anxieuse lorsque je rencontrais de nouveaux moniteurs, mais ils sont tous sans exception très agréables et savent rapidement mettre à l’aise tout en faisant des commentaires constructifs. Il est vrai que les délais/attentes pour trouver des cours pratiques sont parfois longs, mais en allant vérifier souvent tous les jours, on peut facilement réussir à « pogner » des cours plus tôt.

Negative experience: J’ai laissé mon fils Gabriel ce matin pour son cour de pratique qui était sensé être à 10:00 am l’instructeur ne s’est jamais présenté et ce sans prévenir! Je rage car mon fils est en béquille et a dû marcher jusqu’à la maison et faire plus de 2 kilomètres Ça fait deux fois que ça lui arrive sans avertissement ( c’est un manque flagrant de respect et de professionnalisme ) En résumé, cette école n’est hautement pas recommandable et néglige délibérément leurs élèves.

Positive experience: I work in towing on the road.. The instructor with an apprentice honks at me when I have the lights on for a towing emergency. I get off and tell her that's really not the way to teach people how to drive. She starts yelling at me, insulting me and threatening to hit me. If this is your training, while courtesy is essential in training new drivers, it is painful! Very very poorly educated and want to teach others how to do it. I still did not lower myself to her mediocre level while keeping my calm. Poor learner driver, he is just learning and I am totally understanding. I have also lodged a complaint with your office so that steps can be taken to prevent this type of situation from happening again. Despite the good phone service for the formulation of the complaint by Amélie, I still give you a star for the instructor of this vehicle. Plate: FRG2949 I strongly advise against. UPDATE TO 3 stars : they called me few times to know more about and future steps has been taken to prevent these kind of situation .

Positive experience: Les moniteurs sont très agréables et savent mettre à l'aise lors des sorties, petit bémol cependant par rapport à la prise de cours en ligne qui peut se montrer un peu cahoteuse. Par contre lorsque j'ai appelé la réceptionniste était plus qu'agréable et m'a permis de céduler tout mes cours à venir!

Negative experience: *UPDATE* L'employée qui m'avait rit au nez m'a contacté pour s'excuser et trouver un terrain d'entente. En résumé, Technic m'a crédité la moitié des frais de mon théorique 1. J'ai appréciée le suivi. Étant donné la COVID-19, les cours de conduite théorique se font en ligne. Lors de l'un de mes cours, j'ai éprouvé des problèmes techniques avec Zoom et j'ai seulement été en mesure de me connecter à la réunion après 5 minutes de retard. On ne m'a jamais admise dans le cours après plus d'une heure d'attente et on m'a facturé des frais de 51.74$ pour reprendre mon cours. Lorsque j'ai appelé l'école pour expliqué la situation, ils n'ont pas été en mesure de m'accommoder. Cette situation ne se serait jamais produite si les cours se seraient donnés en personne. Je suis extrêmement déçu et choqué par le comportement de Technic. De plus, juste après mon appel environ 10 minutes plus tard, une autre employée m'a appelé en riant dès le début de l'appel pour me dire que j'avais une facture a payé pour ce même cours. Un gros manque de professionnalisme et de compréhension pour cette école.

Negative experience: Vraiment depuis le retour de la pandémie le service est rendue totalement nul! Je n'ai plus accès comme ça, sans raiso n à mon compte en ligne. Et jamais de cours disponible lorsque j'appelle, avec 45 minutes d'attente! L'excuse de la pandémie est passé là! Fermer la fin de semaine! Voyons! Ajuster vous! On a payé pour un service on doit quand même y avoir accès!
Bonjour Kathie, Nous comprenons votre sentiment. Cependant, il vous manque des éléments pour bien comprendre la situation de l'industrie des écoles de conduite. Rappelez-vous que nos écoles ont obligatoirement été fermées pendant 3 mois. Cette fermeture ne peut malheureusement se rattraper en quelques mois. Ensuite, durant cette fermeture, beaucoup d'entre vous ont été en mesure d'avancer leurs cours théoriques, ce qui crée maintenant une très grande demande pour les cours pratiques. Ensuite, veuillez prendre note que, bien que le confinement soit terminé, plusieurs de nos enseignants ne peuvent revenir au travail soit à cause de leur âge ou pour des raisons de santé. Ce qui a réduit considérablement nos effectifs. Nous recevons également encore un volume d’appels très important, ce qui génère un temps d’attente plus long que ce que nous le souhaitons. Soyez assurée que nos équipes travaillent fort pour améliorer la situation. Nous sommes en campagne de recrutement massive pour l'ensemble de nos écoles. Merci de votre compréhension. Bonne journée.

Negative experience: Juste pour dire… J’appelle pour une question. Je demande si je suis à la succursale de ma ville. La dame me répond comme exaspérée qu’elle peut quand même répondre à ma question (j'imagine qu'elle est à la maison mère). Je lui demande si je peux acheter un livre nécessaire à un cours. Elle me demande si j’ai un dossier comme si je là dérange. Je dis non. Elle me dit que pour acheter un livre, il faut que j’aie un dossier ouvert … (???). Ce livre est disponible sur le site de la SAAQ. En plus, il est disponible chez Archambaud. Je voulais juste encourager l'achat local en achetant à l'école de conduite de mon quartier... Alors finalement, à cause de la froideur de la dame et du fait que c’est une directive plutôt incompréhensible, j’ai décidé de pousser ma recherche de possibilité de suivre un cours ailleurs… Sur vos messages téléphoniques quand nous sommes en entente vous dites que vous ne tolérez pas de violence verbale, mais qu’en est-il de la courtoisie vers vos potentiels clients? Enfin désolé pour vous. En espérant que ceci vous soit utile.

Fantastic experience: 3 enfants, 3 écoles différentes... c'est vraiment, la meilleure et de loin. Je la recommande. Professeurs "cool" qui savent parler avec nos jeunes. C'est très rassurant.

Positive experience: Belle expérience en général pour les portions théoriques et pratiques des cours de conduite. Possibilité de faire des changements à l'horaire en utilisant celle de la succursale de Mascouche. Une mésaventure alors qu'un moniteur de conduite ne s'est pas présenté pour un cours pratique. Possibilité de pratiquer à Laval avant de faire l'examen pratique de la SAAQ.
