Fantastic experience: Tammy Zinc was a great driving instructor for my son as he was practicingfor his G2 exam in Chatham. She was patient and gave great tips for getting successful results for the driving test. She practiced all types of parking and practiced safe highway driving too. I'd definitely recommend her for your drivers ed.

When I went in, I knew absolutely nothing about transport trucks or airbrakes and by the end of it I was a pro - I even got 100% on my practical! Positive experience: I have had two of my kids use this drivers ed program now and have been happy with both. The instructor Tammy, I must say, is the absolute BEST!!!!! She was so knowledgeable and taught my daughter things that other instructors do not. She made my daughter feel very comfortable right off the bat. She was kind, caring and patient. I don't think that there are many instructors better than her!

Fantastic experience: I couldn't have asked for a better experience with TTCC. The BDE course is perfect for people with busy lives being able to go at your own pace working around your schedule. Fantastic experience: I used TTCC last year to get my G1 and G2, and they are hands down one of the best and most affordable driving schools in Chatham-Kent! For my G1 I did the fully online training and had an instructor over Zoom that connects you with others within Ontario, they teach you just about everything you need to know, from changing tires and maintenance of your vehicle to defensive driving tactics. Tammy Zink was my driving instructor once I finished my online training, she's incredibly personable and adapts her teaching style to fit your needs - I'm a visual learner and she explained things in ways that clicked! I'm 7 months post-G2 and feel like my drivers ed made me a more confident driver. Would highly recommend anyone to use this driving school, it feels like they're a hidden gem!

Plus, this company is a bit cheaper than others throughout Chatham. Overall, this company is definitely the best driving school in Chatham!

Fantastic experience: I have just completed my Z endorsement and the trainer Bruce was simply amazing. Fantastic Trainer. Don't let this guy go any where he was made for this job.. the first day I felt in over my head and thought maybe I had just wasted 250 bucks after the second day he built my confidence up he never let me down and he and he never made me second guess myself I couldn't have got through this program without him. I would totally recommend this place and program and trainer to anyone who is looking to get there Z endorsement.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience when getting my G2 license. I had Shawn (an excellent instructor) and the office was easy to book my appointments and was pretty flexible with my busy schedule.

Fantastic experience: I loved my experience with my 2 instructors Harry Toews and Tammi Zink they make you feel comfortable, they are easy to get along with they work with you to make sure you are a safe driver explain thing throughly and they really help boost your confidence I would definitely recommend those 2 instructors I was able to obtain my g2 license with the wonderful guidance of both Harry and Tammy. The other instructor I had shawn o'connor he started off ok then he made the remark of I just had a student get 100% like that's no pressure there then without saying basically told me to forget everything that Harry taught me and really confused me about the speed limit signs parallel parking and I ended up failing my g2 because I was very confused. So with that being said do not recommend him as an instructor. Since I failed my first attempt at g2 with Shawn I paid to use the car again and Tammi was my instructor I passed my g2 she is a sweetheart

Negative experience: All they care about is your money. Once they have your money they ghost you. They don't return phone calls or emails. Trying to get them to provide a certificate of completion that employers request is like pulling teeth. They intentionally sent me out for my road test in a truck they knew was broken. The instructors are amazing but unfortunately the office staff is incompetent. Save your money and the headaches

Fantastic experience: My experience obtaining my Class A was amazing. Suzie in the office was a pleasure to deal with and helped me on many occasions. I had Bruce and Phil for my trainers. I just wanna say thank you so much to them as they are amazing at what they do. I was more then prepared for my test and I NAILED IT! I expected to have nerves come test day, but when I got to the testing site, I talked with Bruce, and all my nerves went away. The info just began to flow out as it had during class. I was absolutely prepared and then some. When I passed, Bruce had some words of congratulations that made me feel so good. That meant alot. With Bruce and Phil as trainers, you will get your license if you do what they teach you. Ask as many questions as you can and just listen. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Negative experience: My mom had picked a package in which I would get a certain amount of lessons and be able to use the company vehicle for the test…overall the lessons were good but then because of Covid lessons were rescheduled and when it came time to get my test and my lessons that my mom payed for, they said “they wouldn’t be able to do the lessons or refund my moms money because of the prolonged period of time that had passed.”Had to go to *Drive wise* to book new lessons for both G2 and G because TTCC didn’t want to give a refund of the money or give the lessons that was already payed for.

Negative experience: My experience with this company is the worse decision ever, very unprofessional staff Chatham and Windsor location. Voiced my complaints numerous times, promised to fixed the problem but it was never fix. The trucks are very old and mechanically failed for student to learn. They only care about the money and they want us to drive with manual trucks. We live in a country where they use automatic trucks. We are not in the 1930s anymore. Please get with the times and start to care about your students. At the time of registration, I was persuaded of payment plan which they they failed to comply. They only care about the money and don't about students success in the program. Would NEVER recommend this school again. If I had the option to give zero stars, I would most definitely give that option.

Negative experience: if you wanna be frustrated and annoyed than take the online course! website is extremely poorly made and ive had nothing but problems. you would think for $700 i could get some help but nope. all i get is "unfortunately the online courses are self serve". shame on this company for charging so much for such a poorly made course.

He drove home alone from Windsor the other week in terrible weather and it was Harry’s words and instructions that he remembered that got him home safely .
