Negative experience: Hey Donald Gregory Bailey and Matthew Bailey. Your North Shore Driving School Ltd. was suspended twice this year and finanally cancelled by ICBC. What you did is disppeared. Both of you neither picked the calls, nor answered the messages I left. Are you shame of what you did? You ruined your reputation by yourselves. I spent money and time on MELT course in your driving school, but ICBC did not recognize what I had learned in YOUR North Shore Driving School Ltd. Did you correct the fault you made？ Are you shame of what you did? It is your responsibility for refunding the tuition I paid, right? Please act as a real man! Take your responsibility!

Negative experience: Don bailey is the big fraud in prince george fox professional and Northshore driving school in vancouver. They hold my money from last 10 months and give me run around everytime. Now they didn't pick my calls and never answers my emails.Please no one go there in future if they open again because right now they permanently closed by icbc.

Not even answering my call at all I’m so depressed and stressed I almost tried to suicide for 2 times

Fantastic experience: Michelle and Don had me all looked after start to finish. Sign up and coarse requirements were just as Michelle said, Don showed great patience and displayed a great knowledge. Well taught coarse

Negative experience: Watched one of their trucks at the Petrol Pass and a bunch of red flags were raised. First is once they are finished fueling, the truck did not move off the fuel island for nearly 10 minutes after the fact. Witnessed the driver trainer walking in sandals and watched as three guys climbed into the truck with the third guy in the sleeper berth, which has no seatbelts. What happened to teaching professionalism and safety?

Fantastic experience: Don, Michelle and my Instructor AL took very good care of me . Passed Class 3 w air 1st try .

Negative experience: Don Bailey is a crook. He will tell you what you want to hear and once he has your money you'll get stood up for the training. "We got super busy" what a total liar. Avoid this place at all costs, very dishonest.

Negative experience: After 4 hours in their Air Brake Endoursment course, myself a 3 coworkers pulled out and got a refund. Topics that were relevant to the course seemed very secondary to the instructor. He seemed much more concerned with puffing up his work experience and bragging about his credentials. When it came time to go around the table, my coworker and I were singled out as trainers with out companies and the instructor began directing questions to us specifically that he was responsible for teaching us. It didn't instill a sense if humility to be gloated over when I didn't know the answer to a question he was meant to provide. It also wasn't a good feeling to have the remaining 8 students in the classroom question the integrity of our company when the instructor asked loaded questions and let the classroom pick at us. Overall my experience with Fox Training was one of humiliation. I'd never recommend his training program as it's more expensive, longer, and far less professional than the competition in town. Fox Training failed to provide any sense of a classroom setting, failed to provide customer service for their $450 training course, and failed to protect the integrity of its students and company providing it business. Stay away. Stay far away from this horrendous boys club of a training facility.

Fantastic experience: I went to Fox Pro for my class 1 license, thank you to Jazz who worked hard with me to get me ready for my test.

Fantastic experience: I got class 1 today instructer was really good and my instructors was helpful with everything i was not good specially i want to mention name of jaswant bhatti (jazz). He helps with alot of things specially in time schdule and work around the clock. It was good experience with him.

Fantastic experience: I went to fox pro for my class 3 and i had Jazz as a instructor. Jazz is an amazing instructor i had zero experience driving a standard and he taught me how to drive. He did a great job with teaching me my pre trip he spends alot of time and efffort with his students. If you go to fox pro i really recommend you ask for Jazz.

Don Bailey & his staff were absolutely incredible...from Michelle to Willie to Bruce to Jazz the experience was fantastic! Fantastic experience: Highly recommended! Fox Professional Driver Training Centers and My driving instructor was JAZZ and he was simply the best. JAZZ was able to teach me all the driving and WILLY help me so much in theoretical class training. As someone with no experience behind the wheel, JAZZ was very patient with me and taught me from basics to professional driving skills. I passed my Class 1(MELT) test on the first try thanks to his teaching. If you're looking to gain great experience and knowledge JAZZ is the best instructor you want.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Fox Professional Driver Training to anybody seeking to get their class 1 drivers license. I would like to thank Don as he was extremely patient and helpful in my course. I would like to thank Michelle for being extremely organized in scheduling my appointments and licensing test. She is definitely the heart of this organization. I would also like to thank Willy for being an excellent in-class instructor as well as an excellent in-cab instructor. And last but not least I would not have passed my road test without the amazing instruction from Jazz. He is extremely thorough and will not rest until you have ever aspect of the training down before you take you test. I cannot sing the praises enough for this company!!

Fantastic experience: After graduation back in the 80's my goal was to drive long haul in North America, but as with many of us, life and family gives us roadblocks and other paths are taken as required... So after spending some time in the Canadian Navy, five years as a peace officer, and many years in the security industry as an employee and business owner, I made the decision it was time to pursue my CDL... With many thanks and appreciation to Fox Professional (Don (owner), Michelle (office), my two Instructors Jazz (Prince George) and Johnny (Lower Mainland) whom prefers the title of "Teacher", I am proud to say I am now a licensed Commercial Driver and employed Full-time Class 1 and on part-time basis as Class 3 when I am available... If you are seeking a career as a truck driver and need or want to get your CDL, or even need or want a refresher course... I personally and proudly can recommend Fox Professional.

Fantastic experience: Big thanks to Bruce, Faye, jazz and Johnny all taught me what I needed to know for pre trips and my road test. All of then were extremely patient and keeping you relaxed so you are more focused on your driving. I had Johnny (seems like he's going to be very hard to get along with, but once you get to know him he is awesome) for the last few days before my road test he helped me fine tune my pre trips (made it a funny and interesting way to remember everything) and shifting, plus giving me real world experience tips. A big thanks to Don for getting me in and done on short notice.

Fantastic experience: Did the air brakes course through these guys. They made it fun and easy to remember all the important stuff. Lots of hands on learning included which really makes it easy to remember. This course, plus doing some online practice exams, made it easy to pass the knowledge test on the first try.

Fantastic experience: I took my Class 3 R4W course through Fox Pro out of PG and had Mr. Jaswant Bhatti (Jazz) as my instructor. Jazz not only had me driving in traffic within 2 hours and shifting like I've been doing it for years. He also made me confident enough by the time my test rolled around to have zero doubt about my success. Not only was his training comfortable, he kept me laughing right through treating me like family. His easy going personality plus his pride in his work turned into a formula for success. I enjoyed everyday with Jazz, loved the experience and very thankful for him and Don helping me get my Class 3. Jazz was very gentle in his guidance for driving and helping me learn how to feel comfortable, confident and competent enough to drive an 18 speed tractor with ease. If I ever go for my Class 1, Jazz would be the first guy that I look up. Thanks again Jazz and God Bless brother.

Fantastic experience: The administration employees made scheduling simple and easy. My driving instructor Jazz was very thorough with explaining Pre-trips and how to properly shift gears. Jazz has a very relaxing approach to driver training. He made me feel comfortable throughout all my lessons. I definitely recommend using Fox Pro if you are wanting any Drivers Training.

Fantastic experience: A big thank you to my instructor Jaz, he is very patient, understanding, professional and good motivator. I'm 50 years old I thought it was a bit late for commercial license but the owner Don explained me "There's no age for learning" Jaz makes good jokes to make you feel relaxed. Very friendly and good listener. He will not only teach you to pass your driving test but to be a good driver. He gives different driving techniques and at the end of your course you will feel your confidence on the road, checking of mirrors and speed will become natural to you, he doesn't blame you if you did wrong instead he motivates you and lifts your spirits. Fantastic experience: Where do I even start?! I was going to challenge my class one road test with a little help from my husband and other people I knew that have their class one. A month before my test I soon realized that was not the way to go. Don and Michelle worked their magic, communicated clearly with me and made sure to get me in with their school with enough hours before my road test. Then comes Johnny. Started off as my mentor, now my big bro and friend for life, he taught me the skills in the truck and in life to not only pass my road test with really great marks, but the confidence to pursue this career, when to start I only wanted the license to haul a bigger stock trailer. Johnny made learning the trucks and the trade extremely fun, I will never forget my time spent with Fox Pro. Highly highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Excellent driving school. Don is a good guy, Jazz and Faye are excellent instructors, very fun to be around. I even had some time with one of their teachers from the lower mainland, Johnny, who is very talented! All in all a great team and an awesome place to go :) Edit: The training I got from your school was amazing and really gave me a good solid foundation. Everyone I drove for in job interviews was impressed with my skills vs little experience. You guys definitely do a great job preparing your students for real driving. Fantastic experience: My experience with Fox Pro was great. I learned allot the instructors were awesome easy to work with and personable. My main instructor Johnny Steffen was very good at passing along some of his 30+ years of experience on the highway to me and made learning fun, with the skills I learned from Johnny I passed my class 1 road test with flying colours.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank my instructor Jazz for being dedicated and passionate about teaching. It is his unique guidance and methods that urges me to excel in driving a semi-truck. I appreciate the time he spent explaining pre-trip and shifting gears. He is clearly very knowledgeable about semi-truck. He didn't force the knowledge on me. Instead, he took advantage of what I am familiar with which is double clutching and made me better at it. Had he not made extra effort to help me I couldn’t have made it. Fantastic experience: Would give 6 stars if i could! The all team at fox pro was exelent to work with and was an awsome experience for 3 weeks. From michelle that help with with getting paper organize and answer email super fast. Don the owner amazing guy to talk to and really knowledgable. All my instructors Rick.T super great to drive with learn tones and really patient with me, Faye did an amezing job especially on the pre trip routine, Bruce took time to show me around the trucks and gave me great pointers. Willi was an amazing instructor on the air brake system super knowledgable persone let me pick his brain and took a lot of time out of his day to showed me a lot around the truck and helped me a lot thrue my training, fantastic guy! Fantastic experience: Air brakes trainer Willy was excellent with making sure everyone understood everything. Was open to question and didn’t feel he pushed them the information to quickly.. I also took there class 1 training program. Faye has patience beyond believe. She was nothing short of amazing. Tough me more then what is just required by icbc.she taught a lot of tricks and other information that she has learned in her years driving I many different trucking jobs she’s done. Thank you Faye couldn’t have done it with out you. Would like to add the other two trainers I had as fill in trainers a few times were also excellent rick very easy to get along with and helpful with his experience. Bruce was very calm and encouraging to not be so hard on my self when things just didn’t fall together on a bad day. His guidance with the pretrip did really help make it flow easy. I found the whole staff to be professional and very easy to deal with , all great people.. Big thank you to you all

Fantastic experience: Learning from Don, Matt, and Fay was awesome! They are great teachers. I had ZERO experience with anything motor vehicle related, but came out of the air brakes course knowing way more than when i went in and was able to pass. I highly recommend their school!

Fantastic experience: I did my Class 3 with Fox Pro. The owner Don was very helpful and easy to reach and communicate with. All my instructors did a excellent job making me understand the pre-tips and how to drive the trucks. Faye was a very nice and patient instructor and I enjoyed my time learning with her.
