Negative experience: Unnecessarily long, and convoluted e-learning course with useless and outdated information and data lol

Negative experience: Horrible "e-learning" experience. Modules are so slow and boring, outdated videos, I could have finished this must faster if it was just reading as there is no point for a narrator.

Fantastic experience: Great company for a new driver or experienced driver. Very user friendly and informative. A wonderful addition for the " toolbox". Thanks

Negative experience: The online drivers course offered is trash. It'll take you a lot longer than 6 hours to finish watching their course, with no way of speeding up the narration. The questions they ask during the test are irrelevant trivia like, "how many advanced drivers skiils have we listed in this course" or "What is the fine for first time impaired driving", rather than questions about actual driving skills. Then they take forever to mail you the certificate. They charge $75 to expedite the process. Go anywhere else to take a driving course.

Fantastic experience: I had to do the defensive driving course for my work. it is a very good course I highly recommend! its easy to use and saves your place if you have to leave halfway through a session. the only thing annoying is that it said it would take 3 hours but it took me 9 hours because they don't count all the extra videos they make you watch. But overall very good company to go through!!

Fantastic experience: Learning the Basics of driving via the FSI online learning platform was exceptional, easy, flexible and self explanatory, the fact that you can pause, replay and even go back to a previous section or module give you the option of reviewing or revising a previous lesson you need clarity on, kudos guys, great job!

Positive experience: I started the online lessons with great excitement but as the lessons go on... I started to lose interest. Some of the slides are too long and narration doesn't help. Some videos used are so old and they suggest you wear a headphone but those damned old videos are so loud. Definitely, do not recommend a headphone nor a headset. The tips were okay and narration started great but some were just unnecessarily long. The narration is so slow and I wish there's an option to listen on x0.50 the speed or just an option to read the manual then do the quiz. They really need to update their videos and the videos overall. Otherwise, this would have been great 10 years ago.

Positive experience: It took me just over a week to complete the Online Novice Driver's course. There were very little problems or glitches while accessing the course and downloadable content. Some courses also gave you perspective on how important it is to be a safe and defensive driver, so overall I would recommend taking this online course if you need it for getting a Class 5 (GDL or Non-GDL) license or being a better driver in general.

Fantastic experience: Although drivers-ed courses can be long, FSI kept the course interesting and added extra lessons to enhance a new driver's knowledge. Unlike many other driving courses out there, FSI gives extra modules on insurance, how to change a tire, and other car knowledge that would help a new driver. I would HIGHLY recommend, this course was intriguing, informative, and of great value... and the driving instructors are as well.

Fantastic experience: The online platform is really good and the explanations are so great and accurate. This gives your money's worth.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best Driver Safety traing school. They open my way of thinking about peripheral view and how you can fully use it. And to back it all up, the practical, hand on driving was phenomenal. Especially the skid truck which simulates real live skidding. By the way, I was in their ESDI program (if I get the acronym right). It is a full day course. The course material was clear and easy to understand, the explanation of terms were backed with real live examples / scenarios, and the staff was very knowledgable. Good job guys!!

Negative experience: God awful novice online course, and by far the WORST e-learning I have ever done. The narrating is terrible, with a lot of mumbling, and mispronounced words. It's very poorly and unprofessionally edited, and includes tons of unnecessary facts and pointless 'stories', and almost every single module is extremely long-winded. If you're looking for a driving school, do yourself a huge favour, and avoid any that use these modules as their e-learning.

Fantastic experience: Great driving course and a great group of guys to work with

Fantastic experience: I've taken skid control courses and motorcycle instruction from Fleet Safety International. I drive around on icy highways frequently in the winter time, some of the "collision avoidance" I've learned from them has literally saved my life. I've had to perform emergency maneuvers avoiding animals and missing head-on collisions on a few occasions - I'm really grateful for the "high speed collision avoidance" techniques I learned from Randy. Great bunch of people, exceptional service and well crafted courses. They are one of the only driving schools I'm aware offering online education.

Fantastic experience: Had a whole bunch of us go to another driving company in the NE, and the instructor never showed up. Sucks when the company doesn't care and everyone loses. Took my class 3 here, Layla was my instructor and Steve was the onsite examiner. Very Fair, Good Instructors. I took extra time to study the written and passed the road test. Recommended

Fantastic experience: Love booking with the Fleet Safety International team. Always so helpful, and their corporate driving programs have been a huge benefit to the team and our HSE program. The schedules are flexible as well, which is great for our fast-paced environment! 5-thumbs up for these guys.

Fantastic experience: As owner of A Laptop Shoppe I recommend Randy Flemming and his amazing staff . What sets Fleet Safety International apart is their on line training ,Dr. Flemming was a pioneer in this product this company was the first to be authorized by the government of Alberta to deliver this product. This company doesn't cut corners and takes safety seriously.

Negative experience: Horrible! Their online course was horrendous, often times, making me repeat the same module, three or more times after I passed it because of a glitch or something. Each time took about 1 hour because you have to listen to the narrartor with no way of skipping or reading it on your own. Would not reccomend them at all for any driving lessons or courses at all. Not corporate or individual. Absolutely dreadful experience with this company.
