No truer words have been said. We dont train our students to answer 6 questions and we dont aimlessly drive around the Drive Test track day after day!
There is no two weeks spent in a class room at our school.
We are not teaching our students how to drive a desk!
One week in the class and the rest of the time you are at the trucks learning how to operate them so that you and the motor public around you are safe!

Negative experience: When I signed up for this training it was a career change for me and I was told there was a lot of employment opportunity in this field. I have applied and applied and consistently being told experience is required, 3 years experience in most cases, with a clean CVOR. Needless to say, it’s been since April and I’m still unemployed!
Fantastic experience: Very Talented instructors both in class and practical classes. They made sure I know my stuff well. The school is so friendly and very welcoming. I can say it’s a place where Students and staff become like family.
Hello Nebiyou! My understanding is that you had signed up and paid for and then attempted to take a competitors course up in Ottawa. My understanding is that the other schools course did not go so well for you and you ended up signing up with us for an entire new course! Ohh my! Well, not so great that it cost twice as much money for your license but what we can say is that your money was well spent at North American! Here at North American you were actually trained for what the industry expects and not just to pass the test. And like so many of our students in Ottawa, you were one and done for your road test! One road test attempt and now ready to go to work! Terrific! Congratulations on a job well done from all of us at North American and please do not be a stranger!
Fantastic experience: Hands down the best school I’ve been to all the instructors I’ve had went above and beyond to insure I got my license and I couldn’t be happier big thanks to Dave, Al, and Ron! Fantastic experience: I attended North American 3 years ago now and have nothing but positive things to say. I had Buck (Rob in Smiths Falls) as my instructor. His immense knowledge was extremely helpful. Even though I already had my class B CDL, I learned a lot from him. The courses are extremely well structured and taught. By far the best school around. They really do train you for the real world! Ben with his humour woven into the courses makes the in class part fun. I very much enjoyed the props they had in the class to practice on. All in all a great school. If you’re looking to get your DZ,AZ or AR, go here! I’m glad I did.
Mike, what we wanted for you, and all our students was to teach you real world skills and that is in keeping with the MELT standard. At this point from what I have seen I am pretty sure we are the only school out there teaching to the standard. Our curriculum along with our instructors and your own hard work has lead to your success in the industry including teaching a few DZ and AR students yourself for us. By following the pre trip we taught you and being disciplined to a process you are one of the good guys working to protect the motoring public who you share the road with! Fantastic experience: This driving academy helped prepare me to pass my driving test on my first try. The instructors take the time to make sure you're ready and studied to take on the challenges of the road. I had Ron as my driving instructor and he made sure that my pre trip process was spot on. They also take you on the road including the highway multiple times to make sure you're comfortable behind the wheel before you take your test.

Hello William! Let me correct you in that you have your full AZ tractor trailer license LOL. Not a A Restricted! Now here is the rub William, your achievement is all you. You never gave up. You kept at it, kept practicing and your pre trips and couple and uncouple were also spot on. It was just your backing and at the toughest Drive Test centre that we know of and you nailed it! I want to say that every one of us, myself and the team in Ottawa are very proud of you! And a special shout out to Mo who convinced you not to drop down to a D but to stick with the process. Congratulations Mike, so proud of your achievement and if there is a company out there that requires a conscientious, safe and reliable AZ driver, just show them my reply!
Fantastic experience: I got my DZ driving licence from here, and I can confidently say that the staff is great and they have a great owner. First, I want to thank my instructor, Ron. He is very professional and has a good method of teaching. I am more than happy that I had the chance to meet this man; he was great to work with. Then, I want to thank Ben, the owner of the school. He's a very kind and lovely man. Lastly, I want to thank Mo, he's one of the staff. He was very helpful and also very friendly. All I can say is that I have so many good memories from here.
Fantastic experience: I completed my ARZ license training with North American and can not recommend them enough. The training is full of all the relevant information that is required to pass. Fantastic experience: Great school that pays attention to all the students and wants them to succeed. They pay attention details and really help with any info you could need for your drive test and future trucking career. Also I got free pizza for lunch a few times. Idk if you guys will get it too but I had like 15 slices in 2 days They treat it like a family not a business and the results speak for themselves. Highly recommend this school for anyone serious about a trucking career
Well Henry a couple of points! Yes you are being taught to work in our industry so passing your drive test should really be a piece of cake for our students. The training is intense and demanding but if you study and practice what we teach then your drive test is "one and done". And your right we are focused on providing the very best education we can because we know the better you are trained the less likely you will be involved in a collision which benefits all motorists! As far as the pizza goes, yeah your not going to get that trying to learn how to drive a truck through a computer screen are you? Fantastic experience: First and foremost, the excellence I encountered at North American Transport Driving Academy was evident from the moment I had my first lesson. The patience of the different instructors was unparalleled. They never made me feel rushed or pressured. Members of staff like Ben and Dave took the time to explain things in different ways and made sure I understood everything before moving on. One of the things that impressed me the most was their extensive knowledge of the trucking industry and road safety. Iryna was very helpful when I had a few issues with my schedule. I cannot finish without mentioning the pleasure I had working with instructor Ron, and I must say, it was a fruitful experience. His attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly and concisely made learning effortless. My time with him was crucial to my success and highlighted the pivotal role of driving instructors in shaping safe and competent drivers. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this school to anyone thinking of getting their CDL. All staff members in the Ottawa location including the owner Ben were all professional and took the time to make sure I had everything i needed in order to succeed. My instructor Ron was truly phenomenal and extremely clear and consistent in his training with me. I sincerely liked my time at the school and Ron was a rockstar and with his training I was able to pass my driving exam at the drive test center first try.
Fantastic experience: I chose to attend this school to obtain my DZ license. The front end staff Iryna, Olga and Cassie were wonderful to work with, they we quite organized. The teachers Ben and Dave made learning not only easy but fun too. They have a no nonsense approach, and teach you the value of working behind the wheel of one of the biggest vehicles on the road. I was fortunate enough to have Ron as one of my instructors. He made sure I had all the tools and knowledge I needed to be confident to pass my test on the first try. The whole staff were professional and knowledgeable, I can not say enough good things about this school. If you are looking to get your DZ or AZ, consider this school you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I don't typically leave reviews anywhere for any reason, however I have to leave a 5 star review for North American Transport Driving Academy. I got my DZ license thanks to them, they made it so easy. Everything was very organized and everyone on the staff is very respectful and welcoming. Ben is a terrific owner and makes sure the school is a well oiled machine. I want to give a special thanks to Ronald, he was the instructor I got that helped me go over everything I needed in order to pass my license, you can tell he really cares about his students and his job. I believe that all commercial drivers should have a common core set of skills and knowledge and, even though there are no training standards for DZ, I wanted to make sure you had the very best start in your new career that we could. That is why you were trained to the Province's Class A standard (except for the trailer of course). Now you are confident going into your new career. You have the best possible knowledge and procedures on your side and you will work to keep all of us that share the road with you, safe! Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful learning experience at this school recently...when I was left stranded due to mismanagement and office closure at another truck training school, I came to this school for help... I was immediately welcomed and fitted into their busy training schedules. Everyone I met there was very nice and helpful, and they were truly concerned with your specific need and only wanted to help you out on your way to success. I want to thank everybody who gave me a helping hand in my truck training experience, including Cassie Clifford, the branch manager, Iryna, the branch administrator, as well as instructors Rob and Innocence, all of whom had showed a high standard of student care and professionalism. Don’t you want to save your money, succeed here, and then start making it?? NATDA shares with you the knowledge, expertise, and practical experience needed to transform you into a master of your truck! Ben, the owner, was an exceptional in-class instructor!! He’ll first present you with rules/policies/regulations/laws of the road in BLACK and WHITE. Secondly, he’ll check your understanding of what he’s described to make SURE you GET IT. THEN, he’ll give you a situation/puzzle that is GRAY for you to solve, which will bend your mind and have you second guessing yourself! Negative experience: Avoid this school at all costs. They take advantage of students. They have an extremely high fail rate at the walkley drive test 9/10 fail. Totally unorganized fly by night company.
Hello Joey: We have absolutely no idea who you even are and we dont have anyone enrolled in our school with the first name "Joey"! Seems to me that your just a person with too much time on your hands and you get your kicks from attempting to degrade legitimate business with garbage fake reviews. If you were actually a student at our Ottawa location you would know we have some of the most passionate and well trained instructors backed up by a highly skilled and organized branch staff. Fantastic experience: Rob and mike were great. Made me feel more than ready for my DZ road test and passed on my first attempt. Rob went above and beyond to make sure I knew all material and safety before the test. Highly recommend.
Hello Neil!!! Reviews like yours mean so much to the all the people up in Smiths Falls! They really do because you know what, they really really do want you to succeed and not just at the test! They want you to succeed in your new career! They want you to be safe and they want other road users that share the road with you to be safe. And so they take that extra time to ensure that you have what you need to be successful and safe. Mike by the way was trained by us 15 years ago and has never left and has hauled for just about every single contract we have ever had. Nights, days, refrigerated, dry box, flat deck, b trains , ramp and cart work and the list goes on. We are so grateful to have guys like him and Rob and Nick training in Smiths Falls! Fantastic experience: This school was great. They staff helped me with alot. I attended the ottawa location last year and they had 3 different instructors. My favorite teacher was Ronald, the other 2 guys were meh. Ronald taught me the most usefull info i needed out of anyone there. If your comming to the ottawa location i really hope your lucky enuff to have him as your instructor if hes still there.
Hey first off congrats on successfully graduating from the program. You had to work for it and you did so good on you! Now you have all the tools you need to keep yourself and the other road uses safe and that was the most important aspect of your course. Developing instructors takes allot of time. A year actually or better and coutless hours of training. I taught Ron his D many years ago. He was not a bad student LOL! Since then he has been with me through 3 more full in class sessions or another 120 hours of inclass training. On top of that we have worked together for hours around the truck. An instructor first and foremost has to have passion and we have people now in Ottawa that have that. From there we build skill and knowledge and then a year or so down the line, you end up with a guy like Ron. Glad that you enjoyed the course. Practice what we taught you and you wont have a problem out there! Ben
Fantastic experience: North American is just AMAZING place to get your driving license. This is the only driving school in Ottawa that will provide you a course that will extend your expectation. Things that I want to emphasize + Training according MELT program even for ARZ & DZ + At class, we had great tips from one of the teachers' with more than 20 years of CDL experience. (Thank you, David) +TDG portion of course way beyond entry-level. Ben has exceptional knowledge in the transport industry and with passion he shares it with the students. Vitalii, I wish it was under different circumstances that you find yourself here in Canada but just the same we are glad to have you! My hope is that you have found Canadians to be welcoming and accomodating as you settle in and if there is anything we can do moving forward you be sure to let us know. Fantastic experience: Best ever
Izy it has been an intense three days in class eh! Hours of Service, Pre trip inspection, schedule one, learning inspection procedures, Hazard Awareness, Air Brakes and tommorow Transportation of Dangerous Goods. Remember that for DZ there is no Provincial standard for training which clearly makes no sense but thankfully you ended up here at our school. This way you will be prepared for your new career in Canada, you will be safe on the road, you will know how to make your truck safe and by doing so you keep us all who use the roads, safe! Glad you are enjoying the course and learning lots. Next week is the intruck portion and remember, no driving the trucks unless you have mastered your incab inspection from memory with no mistakes. Fantastic experience: I attended NATDA to get my AZ license. I highly recommend NATDA to get your AZ, AR, DZ and Z endorsement (Air Brake) licensing. Because the staff, teachers and instructors are very knowledgeable, and they will try whatever they can to help you succussed and understand the course material. I also want to thank Ben who helped me secure a job, once I was fully licensed. All the staff member at this school are very helpful and for anyone looking to get their license this is the place to attend. I want to thank all the staffs and especially Ben who went out of his way to secure a job for me. Thanks again Ben, Innocent and all staffs You do have plan to get your CDL? NATDA is there for you and doors are open to everyone

Anas you worked hard studying and practising, especially your pre trip and air brake inspections. You can now go to any employer and when they ask you to demonstrate a complete and proper pre trip inspection, you know exactly where to start, where you need to finish, what parts and pieces you are required to inspect and most importantly, how they all work! No matter the conditions outside Anas remember to always complete a thorough pre trip inspection including your incab and your air brakes the way you were taught here in school and if you find a major defect, leave the truck in the yard! Fantastic experience: Very Satisfied with the DZ training course. The NATDA team is hands down, top notch when teaching safety & proper practices. Instead of teaching us to pass an exam, they teach us the proper way to behave in day to day task & responsibilities. Jake its all about teaching you what is required by employers and what is expected for professional drivers by the general public. It was never about teaching our students to pass the Drive Test. That has nothing to do with what we do. You should be proud and confident because as a commercial driver you were taught to the exact same standards as a Class A driver and why shouldnt you be right! The equipment you are licenced to operate can be almost as heavy and just as cumbersome so you had better know how to handle it properly so that no one including yourself gets hurt! Congrats! Fantastic experience: I recently completed my DZ liscence from the NATDA. I was impressed with how thorough the training was and how confident I feel moving forward towards a new career in the trucking industry. My instructor, Ronald was a great guy, honest and helpful with my questions. He prepared me well for my DriveTest exam. Rob, my air brake instructor, was also a great guy, with good information on the industry. Ronald is an owner operator him self and has been for many years. He runs a small fleet of trucks primarily for Canada Post and as the person responsible for his Company, understands the risks and responsibilities of running trucks up and down the road. This makes him uniqely qualified to teach others the expectations of our industry because he and his employees must meet them every day. Ronald was never taught to pass a test. He was taught what the expectations were of the industry and society and then he built a business from there so you got the best of both worlds. Hello Kaytie. I have to say we are blessed to have such an incredibly talented team! From Rebbecca to Nathan to Rob, they all share common values of education through discipline and practice. This group of people are never going to jam 4 people in a truck and take them on the drive test route and call that "training". That is nonsense. Instead they are going to deliver on the promise of makeing sure that you are properly prepared to work in our industry and it sounds like they exceed your expectations. Dont loose our number! Ronald My parents remind me from time to time as to hard it was when they came to Canada some 60 plus years ago. No language skills, a new land, new culture, family and friends left behind. It was not easy as they faced down being taken advantage of by many and the racism of being from "some where else". But they adapted to Canadian traditions and values. Thier sons and daughters played hockey instead of soccer. They worked hard, earned educations at night school, and utlimately provided myself with opportunities they never had. You are no different Ron. The same scenario only 60 years later! You have invested in yourself. You have educated yourself. Fantastic experience: Incredible truck driving school! I just aced my DriveTest with ease. Not only was the course competitive in price, but the quality of course material and teaching staff are top notch. The instructors and support staff went above and beyond to ensure my success in MTO tests and beyond. The school director stayed with me and a classmate two hours after class to ensure we understood some airBrake concepts before our written test. Fantastic experience: I attended NATDA Ottawa from Jan 10th - March 9th for me AZ. Tracey and Richard were really great to work with. Elisha, Stan, Ben, and Rob the instructors were very helpful. I found having multiple trainers made it a little hard to understand what they wanted as everyone trains different, but seeing different points of view was helpfully in understanding specific components and procedure of the truck functions. Lots of Pros to this school. Great support, great in class instructing and answers all questions you have. The only Cons I have was they never had us much in Manual transmission trucks which I was really looking forward too. And the other Con I would have to say is most of the things they were teaching us, they never demonstrated first. I’m a huge learner by seeing it done first. But yes deffinatly a 4.5 out of 5 school.
Hello Josh! Thank you for the kind words. We believe through quality education we can make a difference in road safety. It takes time but with every student like you, we are making a difference. I have tried our program out in the past where we run a bit of theory and then practical and then back to the theory and then back to practical. I could never get it to work out as effectively as I had envisioned. When we took our machinists and mechanical courses you learned on the chalk board (yeah that long ago!) and then you went to the bench and immediately practised what was just taught. For me it was ideal and I tried that exact same method here at the school and with all your students bouncing around from in class to practical and back again, well the learning just was not consistent. We are always upgrading our course, always looking at ways to improve and appreciate every student feed back, positive or negative that we can get because it allows us to continue to move forward. Once we have our Peterbilt back with its brand new transmission, clutch and other components we will be calling you to come and break it in! Just without the break portion LOL! Please never be stranger. You are always welcome and if you are ever have a question while you are out on the roads just pick up the phone. Richard , Tracey, Elisha and Denis have close to 100 years combined of trucking and training experience in both Canada and the US and we should be able to help you in just about any situation you find yourself in or we will know someone who can! Selecting North American Transport Driving Academy was my best decision I made to do my training. This academy has a great and energetic team consisting of highly qualified,experienced instructors who not only teach you to pass your driving test but also polish your abilities to be a good driver on the road. Jimmy, I loved our discussion after you had come back from the road test. I want to tell you to stick to what you have learned and that if the truck is not safe to operate on a public road and you are being pressured to take the truck out, to just leave that place and go home. There are lots of good employers out there that will fix the equipment before they ever ask anyone to take it on the road. Be confident in your skills and trust in the knowledge that has been passed on to you and remember, you worked so hard and overcame so much to get to where you are now. Fantastic experience: I am now BZ Certified, thanks to the folks at the Belleville North American Transport Driving Academy. Jodie was very accommodating when booking my training and for making it possible for me to attend the "Z" Endorsement Course and Training on such short notice. She made it easy for me. Tums-up!!! for her prompt responses and actions to accommodate the participants. I would also like to thank Dave, our trainer. He gives an excellent course backed up with 45 years of experience. This is an invaluable resource of information, knowledge and expertise. I learned a lot from Dave in a short time. We covered a lot of material in 2 days, and Dave made it easy, enjoyable to understand and apply. Dave is conscientious and cares about the success of his students. He does not just teach the information in the books. He teaches us and prepares us for the road ahead. Kudos to Dave!!! Should I need to do my class "A," I would want to do it with Dave. The level of camaraderie is very appreciated. The encouragement and help from the other participants were also reassuring in the challenging moments of the course. Even though the company usually also offers the course in Ottawa, the following course dates were too far. It was worth the drive down to Belleville from Orleans I'm very grateful! I definitely recommend North American Transport Academy and I won't hesitate to refer people that need the training and certification in the trucking business.

Negative experience: I am sure at least some of these reviews are paid for... I took my DZ course with them and was thoroughly disappointed with the instructor there. Ben seemed to have no respect for the time of the students in his class, consistently being late in the mornings, late when coming back from lunch, etc. I also found that he constantly used his position as an instructor to tell stories about his time in the trucking business, his interactions with the police, and more. While I was not at all happy with how the course was instructed I did end up passing my DZ test which is what I ultimately paid for so it wasn't all bad.
I have never heard of a James Schmidt. We do not have a James Schmidt enrolled in any of our Campuses. A "James Schmidt" has not graduated from any of our Courses. I will say in response however that all of our Instructors go the extra mile (as all dedicated educators do), staying late if necessary, coming in on weekends where necessary to ensure that all students questions are answered thoroughly and skills are practiced to the competency required . At the end of the day our goal is to ensure that every one of our students has the knowledge and skill required to keep all drivers that they share the road with, safe. Our instructors do use their relevant life experiences as teaching aids and in fact "story telling" is one of the oldest forms of education and brings life to some subjects like Hours of Service that can be very dry to teach. With respect to the accusation that we pay for our reviews, there is no need to pay for the positive reviews we receive when we earn them legitimately through hard work and dedication. We, as a group at NATDA, are dedicated to improving road safety. By striving to achieve this goal every day, everyone of our students win, so there is no need to pay anyone to post how hard we work to prepare them for them for their new career. Fantastic experience: My time at North American Transport Driving Academy taught me not only how to safely operate a tractor-trailer, but so much more. The school is committed to teaching the students as much about the world of trucking as possible, and they do an excellent job at it. Jay is a fantastic teacher and truck driver, who is always ready to listen and help. He isn’t afraid to tell it how it really is though, and will not sugar coat real life. He will patiently, yet with a stern push in the right direction, always show the safest manner to overcome any obstacle. Jay truly loves watching things fall together, and student figuring things out with his teaching. He will have a smile as big as yours when you finally get over a big hurdle. Rachel is always willing to help you anyway she can from the office. During my week in the classroom she was so helpful words can not do her work justice. Even after my week in the classroom, she was always there to answer any questions or concerns I had. She really goes above and beyond to communicate to the students everything they will need to be successful. The work she does is fantastic in keeping the school organized, clean and ready for students to learn. The owner Ben and I, only met for two days, as he normally operates from his Kingston location. However, it was clear from our short meetings, he is dedicated to the students whole-heartedly. Safety is his number one concern, as he made it clear he has a commitment to the general driving population, to ensure each and every driver who passes his course will operate a tractor-trailer safely. He is always willing to listen to any criticisms you may have with open ears, and truly takes them to heart to better his school for the students. As with anything, the trucks would break down from time to time, but were always repaired in a timely manner. The Academy still did everything they could for us, even with limited resources. Even though it could be frustrating from time to time because of the trucks, I never felt like my education was put on the back burner. It always came first. Overall, I would recommend anyone who wants to start their career in the transportation industry, should give them a call to get started. The lessons and memories I made at the academy will stay with me for a lifetime.
Your right Sam, we only spent a couple of days together up here in Ottawa but as I reviewed your student file prior to your road test your commitment and passion for this occupation was crystal clear. 8 written exams and one practical exam netted you an overall course mark of 93%. And so how does one achieve an overall course grade like that? It was your commitment to your success that was instrumental. Homework completed on time, studying in the evenings, showing up for every class and being at class with an open mind, positive attitude and ready to learn. And you are right Sam, having a Sam of my own, about your age, I figure the best way to protect my Sam while he is driving on the public roads, and to protect all other road users, is to ensure that our students have the correct skills and knowledge to operate the equipment safely. It starts right here at School. It starts with us and not getting it right at our end is simply not an option for any of us. I have every confidence that Jerome and Rachel have helped you to build a strong foundation of skill and knowledge. Fantastic experience: (The owner of NATDA Academy and I won't be sending each other Christmas cards - but that is a separate issue). NATDA is an excellent transport school. The instructors in Ottawa Marc (in-class) and Bill and Don (in-truck training) are fantastic teachers and communicators, each one of them. Marc's in-class program is spot on, industry relevant and exactly what one would encounter on the road. Don and Bill are incredibly patient and skillful instructors. Their is also a fellow Allan that does the AZ Program- an excellent and informative class. Between these four men they have about 100 years of experience in the trucking industry. If you are serious about getting your AZ or DZ license, you work hard, pay attention, have a good attitude (and turn off your cell phone!!)- you will succeed. NATDA (Ottawa) is very fortunate to have these these instructors. NATDA is not the first transport training school I attended - FAR AND ABOVE the best instructors I have seen.
Hello! Ben here. Not sure who i am responding to but i am glad that you have found the instruction relevant. We have revised our curriculum 10 times since July 2017 as we strive to stay current and continuously improve both ourselves personally and our course. We are never satisfied. The fact is, no matter how much experience you may have as an individual or a group, we learn every single day in this industry. Anonymous Golfer you bring up a very good point, you are absolutely correct, in order to be successful you have to work hard at our course. You are correct as you have to pay attention to what is being taught, study hard and you have to have the right attitude. Truer words could not have been spoken (or written as the case maybe). My family and the family of countless Canadians use the exact same roads our graduates are using to earn their living. There is just too much at stake to not be serious about what we do and how we do it. Thanks Ben
Fantastic experience: This school like anywhere has some issues. The weather....equipment problems etc. It also has some amazing people at it. The instructors, Marc, Don and Bill are experienced and patient. They will not sugar coat things but they will, with kindness and understanding, help you figure how best to overcome obstacles. They work fluidly with each individual and look at where the issues are and tell you what you need to do differently. When you have a bad day they always find a positive to try and pick you up. I am honest in saying I have not found it easy but it was at least smooth because of these 3. Ontop of that there is Rachel who despite being new has tried to help me in so many ways and has always been there as an ear to listen and a hand to help. My career is not started yet but it will always be on a good road because of these individuals. Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: Just completed my DZ drivers license yesterday with this company. It was an awesome experience. Mark, the head trainer in the Ottawa location was great and knowledgeable. And for my on road training I had Bill from Smith's Falls who was great and made driving fun while still testing my skills throughout the small town. Both Rachel and Chantelle helped me get through the course as fast and efficiently as possible. And Bill from the Ottawa location gave me great insight on passing my pretrip! Fantastic experience: Getting your commercial license is truly a stressful experience. However, thanks to everyone at North American I felt taken care of. They supported me and encouraged me until I reached the finish line. There are adjustment the school needs with management and scheduling, but with time, Im sure it will be rectified. Fantastic experience: I checked out all the schools in Ottawa and North American was the best choice because the other schools would have around 10 or more students in one class as for North American they limit their classes to 3 or 4 students so that the students get more one on one time with the instructor. Marc was my instructor and he is very knowledgeable and puts his students first. He also makes you comfortable when training and makes sure you get the time to learn the right skills before moving forward in training. Also the facilities are very clean and there is lots of space for learning. Also management is always there to help you anyway possible. This is why I decided to go with North American Trucking Academy because they put me first before numbers and made sure that I had the tools to succeed.
