Mo is very nice and even took the time out after the lessons to take sometime time to send the kids a text telling how great they were doing to help boost their confidence. Fantastic experience: I was a nervous adult learning how to drive for the first time now that I’m not living in big cities anymore, and Ken was a patient and kind teacher. Of course, it’s necessary to practice a lot outside of the 10 hours of class, but they really helped to build my confidence and finesse my driving. I passed my G2 test easily on the first try. I heartily recommend this school and Ken especially.

I only had one chance to pass my G; my license had expired and it was all on this last attempt. I could not have chosen better! When Wray showed up I was nervous and oh so worried about the next day. Wray made sure I was calm, was reassuring and is definitely a fun instructor. He prepared me to pass. My man stay awesome and sorry for being so nervous. I totally recommend this place beyond words!

Fantastic experience: My daughter completed this driver's course online as well as the "in car lessons" with Defensive Drivers. The staff were very accommodating to our situation. Our daughter's driving instructor, Ken was always very pleasent, thoughtful and informative. I would recommend this driving school to other families.

He took me on highways and I felt very confident on the highway since they can be scary because of the high speeds. Fantastic experience: One of the best driving schools in ontario. They give you advanced lessons on parking, road and highway safety. Lessons are given ontime and explained well. They put me in the right frame of mind to pass my G test. My instructor was Wray. Thanks Wray!

Positive experience: I can say with a high degree of certainty that this course was the reason I passed my G2 test on the first try. This service was overall very good, and although I do admit the in class session of was boring, the in-car sessions were extremely helpful, prompt and organized.

Negative experience: We started this process over a year ago and very disappointed with this company. Due to covid my daughter had to take online classes. it took over 2 months for her to get her last and final assignment marked so she could proceed with her in car lessons. Since July 2021 we have been trying to contact the company to start her in car lessons with no one returning our calls. In the meantime my daughter has obtained her drivers licence on her own accord without having the opportunity to do her lessons. We are now attempting to get our money back for the in car driving portion, and having no luck. No one returns our call or emails! I highly recommend that you use another company in the area.

Fantastic experience: Great in car-lessons, excellent instructor and scheduling was simple and convenient. The communication could be improved, it can take long for things to progress without continual requests. It took me over two weeks to begin in-car lessons after completing the online course.

Negative experience: Scam these people will steal your money. Refuse to answer their phone, paid him never got my in car he blatenly ignores all comunication

Fantastic experience: Wrey is a kind, chilling, and patient instructor who provided me with really informative and therefore helpful refresher sessions in mid-August. I obtained my full licence in South Korea in 2010, but for almost a decade I had never driven alone. I was supposed to rent an SUV and move off to Kitchener without sufficient prior driving experiences; however in the end, I successfully completed the mission after lessons with Wrey. No longer afraid of driving by myself.

Fantastic experience: My son had a great experience with Defensive Drivers. I would highly recommend this as a driving school. They were reliable and efficient and did a great job teaching.

Fantastic experience: The drive instructor is very professional with good teaching strategy. Instructor are kind and patient. Every time I have a driving session he helps me to analyze my skills and how to improve, so every session I can improve a lot. They helped me to pass my G2 first time .

Fantastic experience: Wrey is a superb teaching instructor who takes ur learning experience to a different level altogether with his teaching skills. Most importantly he makes driving fun and gives so much of confidence on the highway. I used to take classes from another driving school( had not heard about defensive drivers at that time ) but moved to defensive drivers just before my G2 n for highway driving. Eventually I recommended many of my friends n relatives to this school. I would give 6 stars

Fantastic experience: Started my driving lessons late in February this year and finished them yesterday. Had Wray as my instructor and he made the lessons go by fast and somewhat enjoyable with the laughs. He was very flexible with hours and days. Thanks for the help Wray!

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience here. I began my classroom lessons in February of 2018, and completed them by the end of the month. Each in class lesson, would be cut short by 1 hour each day. (That amounted to a total of almost 4 hours of instructional time that I missed out on.) It was not until the end of April when my instructor finally contacted me about scheduling my lessons. (It is important to note that I called the driving school 4 times before the instructor finally responded. Each time I called the lady who answered the phone took my phone number and said she would have the driving instructor call me. This did not happen.) When the driving instructor contacted me, all I got was a text message, which took her 2 weeks to respond to. After my first driving lesson my driver instructor decided to inform me that she was going on a 11/2 month vacation to Quebec and that she would contact me when she got back in June/July. (She had originally told me that her vacation would only be for a month but she extended it by 2 weeks, which is how I got the 11/2 months.) When my instructor was back we arranged my driving lesson, which she proceeded to arrive 2 hours late. (This made me feel like their was no respect for my time, as she wanted me to pay a cancellation fee for canceling my driving lesson because I had somewhere to be that night and could not wait the 2 hours for her to show up.) There was also this one time when she had texted me that my driving lesson was on Thursday, but she did not put it in her calendar correctly and showed up at my house on the wrong day. Apparently the driving instructor told me that I only had a 3 month window from the start of my in class lessons and finishing my in car lessons and that I should pay to sign up and retake the course. (However, I had to argue with them to make them realize that it was not my fault that the lessons had dragged on but was theirs.) During my lessons my driving instructor would make me stop at the store so that she could go to the washroom, but half the time she would come out with food or drinks. All the while I only had a limited time with them and it was wasted. (Once again making me feel that my time was not valuable to them.) Overall, I would not recommend this driving school, the service is awful and I learned absolutely nothing from them. By the time I finished my lessons it was mid September, and I defiantly regret taking my driving lessons here.
