Fantastic experience: Young Drivers Kamloops was my second driving school. I had a very disappointing experience with another driving school, where I wasn’t taught parallel parking even after 11 lessons, and I failed my first road test. When I came across the Young Drivers site, they promised exactly what I was looking for: to become a confident driver—and they delivered. I want to thank Keith and Glenn for my driving lessons. They were absolutely amazing—very patient, friendly, and professional. I always looked forward to my lessons with them, and they made me feel comfortable. I wasn’t afraid of making mistakes because they stayed calm and didn’t get frustrated. They gave their full attention every time. I also want to thank Telaina for all the help and support from the office. I highly recommend Young Drivers Kamloops. If you're like me—anxious, afraid of making mistakes, and looking not just to pass your road test, but to become a confident driver—this is the school for you.

Fantastic experience: I want to write a good review for Morgan and hope. She gets whatever promotion and salary bup she needs. I had no experience driving till I joined young drivers. Morgan is encouraging, she's fun Nd keep me relaxed. I am scared of driving. But with Morgan I feel relaxed not nervous at all. She's looks happy to see me even if I am the worst driver that ever hit the road. She's not judge and teaches like actually teaches. Morgan rock and I would give her 15 stars of I had many stars- Ndulue Esther (worst driver ever) Morgan rocks

Fantastic experience: My instructor Morgan, was super nice and supportive. It was fun learning and correcting all my errors, I would definitely recommend Morgan to anyone who wants to learn or even refine their driving skills. All my sessions were super informative and relaxing at the same time.

Negative experience: My experience was so bad every car smells like cigarettes when you get in, a lot of the instructors are smokers and it always reeks. Why do you have to make the car smell so bad? how about smoke and eat some gum before you stink up your car it’s honestly ridiculous. This is to the point where you wonder why kids will call and request to NOT have certain instructors. The price that you pay for what you get isn’t worth it at all I would suggest going to a more hygienic driving place no matter the cost. It’s not even worth the 2 credits you get towards school. I’m super disappointed because I thought they would be so much better.. very poor service from the instructors too. I wish I could get my money back because I don’t want to finish another the rest of my paid lessons. Hopefully you guys can do better!

Fantastic experience: Young Drivers is an amazing program that helped me get my license. Huge shoutout to Keith, my instructor for helping me gain the skills to pass my test. I highly recommend young drivers to anyone. The instructors truly care about the students and will do what they can to help you be successful on the road!!!

Fantastic experience: Really great driving instructors!! They all are good at their job and everyone has their own way of teaching. I was glad to be able to drive with all of them. I recommend Young drivers for any kind of road tests and driving lessons. Their road test package is really helpful for people who don't have a car. BOB is an amazing instructor and has a very good sense of humor too which made the lessons fun and not intense.

Fantastic experience: Very good driving school! They give you all the tips so that you can drive safely and thus obtain your license! Keith is a great teacher and now I have my license! I recommend them!

Fantastic experience: My son just completed his course with YDC in Kamloops. He passed his ICBC test with flying colors. His instructors were super excellent! I cant say enough on how good they were. I highly recommend this school for any young person learning to drive. It gave my son an awesome background and all the practical experience and training for a new driver (which btw would be great for all drivers!). Thanks YDC Kamloops!

Fantastic experience: I am happy to provide a positive review for Young Driving of Canada driving school, based on the experiences of their students with instructors Morgan, Greg, and Glen. Firstly, I found that the instructors (Morgan, Greg and Glen) were all very knowledgeable and experienced, and were able to effectively communicate the rules of the road and best driving practices to their students. Each instructor had their own unique teaching style, which made for a well-rounded and comprehensive learning experience. Morgan was an excellent instructor, who was patient and understanding with her students. She provided clear explanations and was always willing to answer any questions that her students had. Greg was also a great instructor, who was very calm and reassuring. He helped to instill confidence in his students, which was crucial for those who were nervous about driving. Glen was also a fantastic instructor, who was very thorough in his teaching approach. He made sure that his students understood all of the concepts before moving on, and he was always willing to provide extra practice or guidance when needed. Overall, I would highly recommend Young Driving of Canada driving school to anyone who is looking for a professional and effective driving education. The instructors are top-notch, and the curriculum is comprehensive and easy to follow. Whether you are a beginner driver or just looking to brush up on your skills, Young Driving of Canada is an excellent choice.

Fantastic experience: Who has the right of way on a merge? I got it wrong. Fact is most people don't know all the rules of the road. Back in the day, I went through the YD program and 35 years later have never had an accident. So, naturally when it came to my son, driving lessons here were a no-brainer. The instructors (Bob and Glen) are very kind, calm guys who are up-to-date on all the ever-changing ICBC rules and regs. After each 90 min lesson, the student gets notes on areas to improve. It really helps build driver confidence leading up to the road test. You get in class instruction, private driving lessons and credits for high school. And 6 months knocked off the time to get your Class 5. Also a car for the road test if you need it. There are so many picky things nowadays that you have to know to get your N. Before they take the test, the instructor takes them out one last time and advises them. My son completed the program in a year and passed first try! I know he will be able to drive defensively and keep all passengers safe. There's just no price you can put on peace of mind! Highly recommended Young Drivers of Canada all the way!

Negative experience: Waited at an intersection with YD car in front of me. INSTRUCTOR FAILED STUDENT. TOOK TWO GREEN LIGHTS BEFORE VEHICLE MADE THE LEFT TURN. Obviously the instructor failed the student and didn't teach them to claim the intersection. Setting student up for failure

Fantastic experience: Young drivers is fantastic, my only regret is not getting them sooner, instructor Charlene Anderson is amazing! She kept my nervous son cool, she was very incouraging, they treat the kids like humans unlike the other schools we tried. I will definitely go back for my daughter. 100% recommend!

Negative experience: I do not recommend them. They are not only expensive but poor service as compared to the money. They always dropped me 10-15 minutes early of my lesson time. They are just popular with their name but highly disappointed service. Every lesson I took they drove me Aberdeen to battle or other streets then allowed me to drive. If I am a beginner learner that doesn’t mean that they shouldn’t let me drive on main roads in my all five lessons.

Negative experience: This business is a prime example of a poorly run franchise piggy backing off the good name of their organization. The two people who run this program in Kamloops are rude, disorganized and short. They are unhelpful and do not have good systems in place. Their attitude is to make you feel small and inadequate and as though they are doing you a favor by providing the service you've paid for. If it weren't for the YD name I'd say stay far away and don't give these disrespectful people your money.

Fantastic experience: I was terrified behind the wheel before YoungDrivers. But I just got my N and now I am a confident driver!! Thanks Bob & Riley!

Fantastic experience: The teachers are a lot of fun and very accommodating with times. My son thoroughly enjoyed the experience and it saved me many gray hairs.

All of the instructors, I mainly had Bob and Riley, where really nice and patient. They answered any questions or concerns I had without hesitation. Fantastic experience: Very happy with the outcome. I had a nervous driver, and his instructor (Bob) put him at ease, supported him along the way, and built his confidence. He successfully passed his road test on the first try. I highly recommend Young Drivers.

Fantastic experience: I personally would say that I had a fun and successful experience throughout learning from my Young Drivers instructors. I had Bob a few times, though I mostly worked with Riley. Honestly, day 1 in the car with Riley, I had never driven a car in my life. Today he brought me up to CIBC and I passed my test with little error, regardless of the fact that I've hardly gotten driving time outside of my lessons. They taught me what I needed to know, made me feel comfortable and confident doing it and then reassured me when I doubted myself. I would 100% recommend Young Drivers because without them I honestly would not be waiting for my license in the mail right now.

Positive experience: Very good instruction and learned quite a bit. Only had a problem at the end when I couldn't take the test due to an issue with the car (this is very rare and very unlikely to occur). Other than that, this was very informational and fun.

Fantastic experience: Nothing but a good learning experience. All of the teachers were very cooperative, understanding and very helpful. I'm very happy and thankful that I took this course. It for sure has set me up to be a safe and defensive driver in the future.

Positive experience: The instructors are very thrall, they are quite strict but it's only for your own good. There mission is to make you as safe of a driver as possible in the shortest time. I had a great experience and would recommend this program to others, it may be scary at first but it all pays off in the end.
