Negative experience: Terrible school! They will do anything to charge you fees!

Negative experience: Run ! They don't answer the phone ! They postpon ! They will pull one on you You have better choices near by !

Negative experience: ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! The secretaries are always confused, they give you wrong dates and then charge you when you don’t show up due to THEIR MISTAKE! They made me pay so much money or threatened to stop my course, they are crooks! The managers are absolutely disgusting, they don’t care about anything except money and are rude and obnoxious. I will never return here. They are short staffed all the time! The ONLY driving instructor is so rude and grabs the wheel while you’re trying to drive and screams at you the whole time. Please don’t waste your time and money like I did!

Negative experience: Late teachers who take time out of your paid practice for coffee or groceries. Rude staff.

Negative experience: This particular location is not good for the student. They have shortage of staffs. It is not easy to communicate with them. Moreover, the teacher is rude. Especially, an Arab teacher who claims himself to be manager and a teacher at the same time. He would yell to you while you are driving.

Negative experience: Most money minded school One employee tells something other one tells something else and charges late fee etc DONT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL!!!

Fantastic experience: I took lessons between 2020-2021 and succeeded in getting my driver’s license on first attempt. All three instructors with whom I practised driving were patient and possessed strong listening and communication skills. The program definitely gave me the confidence I needed to safely navigate the streets of Montreal. Thanks Transit!

Negative experience: The worst driving school don't do any other school but Ecole transit

Negative experience: The other secretary was nice but the secretary they have now is just unprofessional like not only does the office open between 3-6 PM but she doesn't even answer calls from 5:45. I once called her and she said she will call back bu didn't and I tried to call at 5:45, no one answered. I called 10x no one answered. They honestly only want ur money and doesn't care about ur needs.

Negative experience: this place is honestly not that good. staff can be so unfriendly at times ( only one of them was good imo), sometimes u call them during their working hours and they dont even answer, so you have to call them multiple times just to do something. not to mention that some of the teachers are just simply bad, no other way to put it. just like other people in the reviews says, it seems that they legit just wanna steal your money

Negative experience: Avoid at all cost!!! Terrible school and staff that will try to rip you off and take your money. There is no customer service at all, they are rude, unprofessional and crooks.

Negative experience: Horrible school, they only want your money or else you are treated like garbage. While I was learning to drive, the teacher was screaming at me for braking WHEN HE WAS THE ONE BRAKING! the other teacher explains poorly, the other one didn’t care if what I was doing was wrong or not such as steering. There was only one teacher that was nice and explained nicely. The rest are rude including the one in class who just talks uselessly about other things and explains nothing important in driving. They didn’t make sure you understood. They don’t care about the students learning, they just care about getting the money and the hour completed. I left that school confused more than anything. I learned nothing, not worth the money. Go to another school nearby, this company is unprofessional, so terrible. There is another schools around including Mortys, Cite driving, and others. If I had known, I would have gone to any of these! Total regret.

Negative experience: Pour les instructeurs des cours pratiques il y a un algérien et un chinois qui sont bons. Par contre un individu, probablement originaire de l'Europe de l'est , dont le nom pourrait être " licieu " est à éviter comme la peste, un vrai dictateur sans savoir vivre.

Fantastic experience: I have been studying here since November. The most important to the learners are to have a decent and knowledgeable teacher who will teach us. I have taken the English class and teacher is the highlight of this school. He is knowledgeable, had great long experience and fun too during the theory class to break the ice without getting too bored. Even during the pandemic they have managed to continue the regular class to online sessions. Teacher name Zahangir Azam is highly recommended and superb. Thank you sir for your valuable teaching and hope this school will continue their good work.

Negative experience: The new receptionist has absolutely 0 empathy. I have no clue where they get these girls

Negative experience: Worst driving school ever. Booked a driving session on Dec 14 for Jan 4, the school was closed from Dec 19 to Jan 3. At the time of booking, the secretary mentioned that as long as I emailed them 48 hours before, I would be able to cancel the appointment. I had to cancel my appointment and I sent an email on Dec 22, received the response on Jan 3 saying that I can not cancel my appointment and will get charged $35 since their policy is 48 hours opening/working hours for cancellation Inconsistent information spoken from the secretaries and it is extremely unprofessional

Negative experience: Teachers are great. But some secretaries have yet to be properly trained. But I think what’s really to blame is the archaic driving-class’ booking system. To book an appointment, secretaries have to write it in an old book (the very old way). And one of them made a mistake on the book and book me an appointment a day before we agreed by phone. When I presented myself the next day, they ask me to pay another 35$ to change my appointment. Like really??? The 2 stars I give are just for the amazing teachers they have.

Positive experience: Je suis globalement contente de mon expérience avec cette école de conduite. Les réceptionnistes sont compréhensives et essayent vraiment de nous accommoder le mieux qu’elles puissent. Les professeurs sont très gentils et souvent très drôles. Je recommande!

Negative experience: The worst experience ever. Secretaries are very unprofessional and rude, they keep changing every time I would come, there is another girl, not responsible at all. The school overall is not organized at all, they cancel classes at the last moment, teacher might just not show up for the class, and after you’re ending up paying extra fees because you didn’t finish school in time. Find another school, yes it is cheaper, but for the stress and inconvenience you are getting, it is not worth it !!!

Positive experience: Extremely dispappointed with the driving teachers ! First the indian driving teacher was sexist and compared my family name as Taliban. The asian teacher, because he was frustrated with me (since I am a slow learner ) he started screaming several time (so much I almost cried because I was extremely stressed ) and when he took the weel, he hurt my right arm and never appologized ! I forgot I was paying to get hurt cuz it's a boxing course right??? Overall service is good... Classes are okay too...

Fantastic experience: Je recommande vivement cette école de conduite pour ces points essentiels : un bon service, des arrangements selon mes besoins d'horaire, une compréhension afin de répondre aux besoins de l'élève, des instructeurs de conduite compétents et à l'écoute pour faciliter la conduite afin de les terminer avec succès. C'est également un endroit convivial.J'ai presque terminé mes cours de conduite et je les remercie!

Negative experience: Experience varies a lot from teacher to teacher and what they teach you is inconsistent as they sometimes contradict each other. They are not well organized and overbooked. Some teachers (always the same ones) cancel a lot of their lessons last minute with no explanation and the school won't be able to give you another appointment for 2 weeks or more. It interferes with the progress a lot if you can only book 1 driving lesson per month. Look elsewhere.

L'enseignement de la théorie est parfois personnalisé par l'expérience de l'instructeur ce qui rend les cours beaucoup plus intéressants. Fantastic experience: This was the best Option I could have ever opted for. The Staff were beyond Wonderful, Especially Alex. They were always very helpful, the teachers were great. It was not expensive like other schools. Thanks to the large amount of students, we were always able to schedule for classes that suited our schedule. Overall Was beyond a great experience, and Would definitely recommend everyone to go here. Cheers!

Fantastic experience: This school is a great choice! I wasn't looking forward to going to driving school however Ecole Transit Snowdon helped out and made the whole process easy. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. You get to know them as you go through your course. The price wasn't too bad. The school is easily accessible on public transport. It's in a great location to learn how to drive; it's next to a suburban area and highway with construction all around so you run into any and all kinds of driving scenarios.

Fantastic experience: Good service! I've never had a problem with Transit, they've always been professional, good teachers, and thorough. Their prices seem to be industry standard compared to other places. Their cars are in good condition, and I did take my time doing the classes/courses because of a hectic schedule, but everything worked out fine and they didn't give me any issues at all.

Fantastic experience: Great school. Teachers are sincerely interested in you passing the exam, but they teach not only for the exam, but also for everyday driving. Very friendly personnel too, they help to resolve issues, if there are any, and try to give you personal advice on how to organize your classes. Recommend 100% :)

Fantastic experience: The price is really good if we compare it to other driving schools. Teachers are really clear and made sure to make me understand the theory and everything about driving a car. Never had a problem with payments or anything, staff is awesome either in french or english (had both and went really well) . What i really liked was the fact that they prepare us well for the saaq exam, they gave me nice tips and advices for me to pass.

Negative experience: N'allez pas là. Il y a des bons accompagnateurs et professeurs, mais la gestion est terrible: une des réceptionniste n'a pas de patience du tout. Je ne recommanderais pas cet endroit.

Positive experience: I did driving course here, i actually liked it. The reason is that they listen to your needs. I had issues with a teacher at the beginning and they responded to my needs. The owner (or manager) is super chill. You get a number of teachers who each specialize in a different area of driving and they tend to be also light heated with your needs. Only issue is that its far from where i live... But the price is very reasonable. Highly Recommended,
